I left my phone charged for couple of days when I was on a trip
When I came back I got this stripes on my screen..
The screen turns on, but all I can see is this

Will it boot into bootloader or recovery? If not its a hardware issue

A few weeks ago my phone was stuck on the black htc screen with the 4 warning triangles in the corner. I thought that it was loading the ruu that I flash , the PH85IMG.ZIP so I brought it to school and kept it in my pocket. I took out the battery several times and when I put in the battery without me pressing anything it restarted itself. Once I got home 7ish hours later it plugged it in to the computer and the orange light came on but every 10 seconds it would shut off. Then the light would come back and turn off again. Every time showing the HTC screen and triangles. So I gave up for a while and now I'm determined to get it back working if it's at all possible. Any help is appreciated.
What kernel were you using? If you were using faux124 then there's a bug that causes the phone to do that when the battery dies and the only way to fix it is to Reflash the Rom or restore a good nandroid.. need more info.

I'm not sure what kernel I had because i never flashed one. I made a 1st thread http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2416591 if it helps at all to have this information.

Some different things occurred from last time and since this morning when i leave my phone on the charger instead of showing a orange light for half a second it actually stays on and shoes the black htc screen
hi i woke up yesterday morning to find my phone completley flat. so charged for good few hours.phone started up but the taskbar was vanished and all screen was disproportioned i had the new hox+ venom 2.0.1 installed for just over 2 weeks. after about 5 mins the phone switched off and unable to reboot into recovery or bottloader and hox all in one toolkit unresponsive come up device not found any help please ill think my phones bricked
any help
anybody have any ideas been trying all day cant even get into bootloader or recovery ...

Another guy had a problem somewhat similar to this... phone went dead, had charging issues. His phone claimed it was charging but wouldn't start or anything. Try just leaving it on the charger for a few days.
It was as if the charging circuit on his phone went bananas. He literally had to charge it for a couple days. A couple hours wasn't enough

finally managed to get phone into fast boot then managed to restore but still task bar has vanished but can still press as if they where there and screen and clock is disproportioned any ideas

Best I can say is reflash your ROM from scratch. Sounds like your backup was corrupt somehow.
Hey guys, i have a problem. i have a Xperia u given off a friend, the screen was working but then he went and took the bloody thing apart and disconnected the screen from the mother board! now the screen just lights up with no picture, the phone recognizes the phone so i tried refreshing stock tft but it still just lights up. is this actually the screen or is it something else?
The screen does light up and the phones vibrates to tell me it has turned on just no xperia logo or anything.. and if it helps the blue light at the bottom of the phone doesnt flash?/

So today my phone had 4% left on battery, I switched it on to show my friend a photo and suddenly the screen turned into so many different colors and just stuck there. I took the battery out and turned it back on, tried to turn it on with no results at all, not even the looping samsung galaxy SIII screen! I thought it was the battery so I put it on charge, but nothing shows; no red LED nor battery screen. I took my battery out for 10 minutes, turned it back in and tried to charge it again, also nothing. I used a different charger, also nothing!
My phone is rooted with the newest CM 11, Kitkat.
Anyone has an clue what just happened? What was that colorful screen?
I would really appreciate some help, thanks!

Yep, it shows nothing at all, just a black screen, no lights no nothing

We have 2 things here:
1. The phone turns on but no screen.
2. The phone don't turn on.
If it is No.1 then you can boot into download mode and flash stock it is hard but possible. Try holding power+home+volume down for 5-8 seconds and then press the volume up key(try volume down to not sure about this one)and then connect the phone to your PC and see if odin recognize and then flash stock and if you are lucky it will get fixed. I got such a problem with my friend's phone and fixed it this way. If it turns on and stock didn't help and if it won't turn on the only way I recommend is to give your phone to a Samsung service center.

My Galaxy S6 is in a bootloop! 2 days ago it suddenly turned off and it always crashed when I turned it back on. I flashed stock 6.0/7.0 and nothing worked and now there is just a black screen and a blue LED, like it stucks at booting up. It cant be a display problem because I never dropped my S6. Nothing works! Not even Recovery/Download mode. Please help me guys
I have the same issue. Phone boots up, with a black screen. I can hear notifications in the background. I suspect that my wife did an OTA update. Phone was rooted.
