So, i hope the support of Remix OS can take a look here, my issue is :
Remix OS Booting fine in a internal HDD, but when i install it on a External HDD (for 32 GB) then when boot it stay on "Error 15".
So any Suggestion ?
Try RMXinstaller
Can the Remix OS "Installation Tool" install to destination larger than 16GB?
Why does Remix OS installation tool only provide 8GB or 16GB as the installation sizes?
For example, I have a 150GB partition. Why can't Remix OS use all of this space?
Remix OS for PC tool have a 32gb option. I don't use the installer from the ISO. Only works on Windows though.
Hi folks.
I have a Dell Venue 11 Pro 7140 Tablet.
How can i run Remix OS from the internal SD card reader?
Unfortunately the install tool only recognizes USB and internal HDD.
Tried to install Remix OS on a micro SD card with a USB card reader.
Remix OS boot from the USB Card Reader without any problems.
When i put the micro sd card into the Venues internal card reader Remix OS stucks and won´t boot.
Any hints from you?
best regards

Hello,
I have a 64 gb memory card which miui formats to fat32 for use.
I cant put files greater than 4gb on my meomory card.
So, does the custom os like lineage os , cdroid or ressurection remix removes this limitation ? Anyway to remove the 4gb file limit?
Format the sd card as NTFS using a PC. All android devices support NTFS sd cards created by a windows pc.

NTFS format doesnt work. Tried and tested!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Well that's basically SOL then. Only options would be to bite the bullet and use adoptable storage via adb commands to convert to the internal file system

SOL = s**t outta luck. To force adoptable storage just search here on xda it's a very common topic I'd say
Installed RemixOS for PC Version 3.0.207 on a 32GB SD card and it boots and runs flawlessly.
Then I made a 16GB partition on HDD then installed the same version RemixOS, it takes more than 45 minutes to boot into remix.
The computer is a Lenovo T420 with 8GB RAM. Dual boot with Windows 7 64bit.
Windows was installed on a MSATA SDD drive and the partition for RemixOS is on HDD.
What could be the problem and how to solve it?
Thanks.
