I have a broken screen Samsung galaxy S4. The touch isn't responsive and I'm trying to put it into USB debugging mode so i can do a screen mirror to my laptop. Ultimately my main purpose is to maneuver to the gallery to my hidden photos to retrieve them.

I have a galaxy nexus, and just bought the mhl hdmi adaptor, i've managed to lock the phone on is portrait mode but this rotated the image filling the whole screen. Basically requiring me to turn my head to see properly. Is there any way to rotate the image vertically and have black pillars on the side?
I need this for a presentation of a portrait application.
Hi,
I have written a small application to rotate the application's orientation to Landscape, Reverse landscape and Auto dynamically. This application is working fine when the phone is not connected to any external display device via MHL-HDMI. Once i connect my phone (Galaxy Nexus) to external display device via MHL-HDMI cable, phone/app orientation automatically changing to Landscape. In this case, my application is not working if i try to change the orientation to Reverse Landscape. Please suggest me what needs to be done to make my app work.
Hey guys, can you help me? My Samsung Galaxy S II's camera interface or the menus on the sides are stuck on landscape mode even though auto-rotation is off and the phone is held upright. When I turn off the auto-rotation, my camera interface is stuck on landscape mode but other apps such as messaging or browser aren't. And if I turn the auto-rotation on, my camera reverts back to portrait mode and works normally when you rotate it. I don't like having the auto-rotation turned on because it affects other apps. I tried clearing camera data and cache, even doing a factory reset but the problem won't go away. I also tried lots of calibration test (even the chihuahua thing from *#0*#) but it showed that my sensors work fine. Fortunately, the pictures taken by the camera are somehow oriented in the correct position. It's only the interface. But it's very disturbing to look at. My Samsung Galaxy S II model is GT-I9100G. Running on Android 2.3.6 Gingerbread. Anyway you can help me will be very much appreciated. Thank you.
I want to be able to duplicate my Dex screen on a projector at work, but when I connect it puts the projector in Dex mode, and by Tab as normal or as touch pad. I want them both to show the Dex screen. Is this possible?
Thank you
Found a series 3 Samsung Chromebook in the trash. Turns on but there's no screen to it. Plugging into HDMI has had no real effect. Is there some trick to get it to automatically display on a secondary screen?
