I just bought the phone PLK-TL01H from china and I am now in Egypt
the phone has a VIP service card it should give me more cloud storage. and other benefits
I added a new huawei ID account and when I try to activate the VIP gold service it gives me an error ( can't connect to server)
so please help me to solve this problem and activate it
No one can help me !!
some one told me that I have to wait for 14 days after purchasing to can activate the VIP service. is it right or not?

I'm sorry I can't help. I also have that Chinese model but for Western Europe. It is working great but I don't use the cloud service. Where did you get this VIP card? Maybe you indeed need to wait your new login is linked to the phone for 14 days before be able to activate it.

Hello everybody.
Yesterday I received a device (supposed to be K-R42 Android TV box) from one of the Chinese sites. There's no model number anywhere including the box and the manual. I have to confirm the delivery ASAP to the site and they will deduct the money from my credit card. Please help me identify the device.
Hello guys. PLEASE HELP!!! I bought a Lenovo s6000 tablet at ebay from Germany. I am at Greece and when i put sim card there is no response at my device. When i asked (by the way i asked MANY MANY people and services) all told me that i cant do something. The only thing i should do is to "root" the device cause it is locked from Germany. At lenovo, they told me that it is manufactured like this so 3g cant be used at other countries. Someone told me about this site so i ask for help. Thank you! Sorry about my bad english, days ago I acquired an AT&T ZTE Maven GoPhone at Walmart, leaving USA days later I decided to unlock this phone and using this with TIGO Honduras but unfortunately my IMEI is not found by unknow reason at AT&T device unlock portal and many ebayers can't unlock this type of IMEI starting with 8695, 8690, 8669 but i found a service for unlock it and worked for me and I shared this here cause maybe there out are some users who are looking for legit and real service

I got a Honor 9 on Black Friday and smart as I am, immediately went on to install a custom ROM, which I didn't manage to get running. I didn't know there are so many different models and I wonder how I could identify it. I bought it from amazon Germany and it says its model no 51091SPA on my purchase receipt but I cant translate that to which model this is and which firmware I have to download.
any help is appreciated

i managed to flash a stock rom but now the buttons beside the home button dont work
You should try to flash to correct rom on your phone. But before check out the model number under -> Settings -> About the Phone -> Model number

My phone was stolen last week in mexico city, and I baught a new one there at Walmart.
The phone (Huawei p20 lite) is issued to AT&T.
Now I'm back home (Israel) from the vacation, and when I enter my Israeli sim the phone requests a code.
I tried to contact at&t and tried using their form to request unlock but it doesnt recognize my IMEI, niether the mexican phone number.
Please help, I am able to root or install a stock rom if it will help, or any other instructions from you experts

I think you need reBrand your device to your country. Look in xda in any Huawei Forum (actual Huawei-Family with OREO) for Help.
The Question is : have p20 lite for your country different Hardware (LTE-Bands ...) ?
Question 2 : have you the know how to do this ? It is not simple but it is very simple to brick the device !

The LTE frequency do match the ones in my country so that is not the issue if you are asking.
I have never done this on this phone, but if I find a guide that explains it step by step it would not be a problem.
