I have a Sony Xperia Z2 D6502 (Indian model without LTE) running 5.1.2
I want to flash stock ftf rom of Xperia Z2 D6503 (have LTE) in my Z2 D6502.
My question is whether it will brick my device by doing so??
Plz help meee
I just want to see LTE option in network settings.
No need to connect LTE.

it wont brick your phone flashing d6503 to d6502, it would not allow wifi or mobile radio to work

This is a hardware limitation, i dont think you can however the info menu may show the options

No the Xperia Tablet Z does not have GSM calling functionality, you can send text messages though.

can someone help me. i upgrade my xperia tablet z SO-03E 32gig 4.1.2 jelly bean to SGP321 5.1.1 lolipop. it seem to be fine but after i check my storage it became 11gig. did i do something wrong? please help

yes you did. By flashing stock 5.1.1 and not excluding partition checkbox you reformatted your internal storage to 16GB, 11 of which are user available as it is on SGP321.

Want to flash CYANOGENMOD 11 / CM11 (sirius)
Problem
CM11 (sirius) is for XPERIA Z2 (D6503) LTE model,
therefore broken modem, unknown baseband, empty IMEI, no sim card detected
Solution
Flash a D6502 Modem after flashing CM11 (thanks to tonypro79 in this post http://forum.xda-developers.com/xperia-z2/help/network-available-existenz-ultimate-t2842818)
