I managed to get the OS work on my Chuwi Hi10 Windows 10 tablet. So far so good.
But it defaulted to portrait orientation and there is nothing I can do to get it to change to landscape.
Please advise.

ro.remixos.box=false then have a look in Settings
or try my systemless root (if you're running 64bit)

Landscape support *may* be available with 7.8 or 8 but "all landscape" possible don't think may be possible.
I was wondering if it was possible to put the navbar on the bottom while in landscape mode so my keyboard wont get cut off, I know there is a program to put this on the bottom but it hides it too, but I want it to show. Is this possible at all, I don't know how I google this as I get no "results" on what I am looking for.

Very strange. Worked as described on my Thor running Nexus 2.0.5. Wonder if you have something else installed that's messing with your navbar.
I have stock Amazon,not HDX Nexus.

Navbar placement is tightly baked into Fire OS. Amazon probably stripped the phone and phablet UIs. If Phab7 (or similar tool) doesn't do it you may be stuck.

Everything else works prefect. Its watch broken or its software related?

If rotation sensor is messed up are there a easy fix for that or It’s only to accept.
Don’t want to send it back to China. I have tried locking/disabling rotation in system settings and the only different is that rotating its faster or slower.

You could try forcing the orientation for camera app to stay in portrait using the App Settings Xposed Module

***UPDATE*** I was able to install Google Play Store. However, still need to know how to change the screen resolution to make icons / text bigger. Also, how do I enable touchscreen? Trying to play Pinball Arcade -- speed is awesome but can only use keyboard. Doesn't the Surface Book touchscreen work???

Running Remix OS successfully on my Surface Book via USB. Several questions: How the heck do I change the screen resolution? Everything is soooooo small that I can barely see / read it. I changed the font to HUGE which made no difference. The screen resolution of the Surface Book must not be compatible to Remix OS. Also, I couldn't find the Google Play store, where is it hiding? Or, is there a way to install it?

Where is the grub.cfg file? Can't find it on the USB drive (where I installed Remix OS) or on my hard drive. Also, is there some way to enable the touchscreen on the Surface Book? If the touchscreen doesn't work for an Android OS, then this is a complete fail. Thanks again.

Hi , In Settings/Experimental features you can find zoom like on windows 10 put it on 175% , it can help you
Touch Screen on SP4 not working too, maybe we should wait for fix from remix os developers

There is no Zoom setting in Settings/Experimental features. Where are you finding this setting??

This is good news. Remix OS is quite useless if there is no touchscreen integration for the Surface Book. Also, there needs to be a setting to change screen resolution. All of the icons / mouse / text etc is soooooooooo small I can barely read anything. Thanks.

It's quite odd that you have different options in the Experimental Features than I do.
just go to Settings then Experimental Features, you see from the buttom "Set the Zoom Level" from there you can adjust what size of text and icons what you desire.
Have Samsung S10e on Android 10 , if you install a 480dpi app on it , normal i think is 430dpi screen will i notice anything different or work ok? Thanks

The right forum for your device is this https://forum.xda-developers.com/c/samsung-galaxy-s10.8507/ anyway the question fits for any device according the display size, by changing to this value (480) nothing weird can happen as random reboots or soft bricks so you can try it your self and see how it looks. You can adjust it from Developer options.
