Just like the title says. I am installing Remix OS on a Dell XPS 13 2015 which comes equipped with a 256 GB PCIe HDD. Remix Installs Fine, Bootloader works as expected, but it gets stuck at "Detecting Android-x86.....". Anybody else tried with a similar config ?
Same problem installing on SanDisk usb drive on my Acer Aspire V17 Nitro, tried installing the ISO using remix installer, Rufus and UNetBoot to no avail. From what I've read, it might be an Nvidia gpu problem as I have heard a lot on the forums about Remix OS having issues with Nvidia.

Hello members, i'm installed the remix os a 2 days ago, it boot fine (in android x86 5.1 it don't boot) even i have a old PC.
but the problem is the lag, yes when i working on it the system it get slow and freeze.
Today i try android x86 4.4-r5 and it work very smooth and fast working.
So i just hope Remix os team can building a kitkat version to work smooth in our PC.
because lollipop it required a high performance.

No, one is going to work on a 2 year old OS.
Have you try PhoenixOS ? If you still slow on PhoenixOS, you should just use android x86 4.4-r5. Sorry for you dude.
Yes, i try phoenix i know it is a lite emulator, it still in bootloop, so yes i'm still in Android x86 kitkat and work smooth
