Heloo everyone ! i've recently installed this battle.net authenticator without knowing what is it all about and so without knowlegde i've unistaled it and know i cant get my original reset code.
My question to you guys is : can i get somekind of restore of that previously installed app... is there any file in my phone which i can get so i can take back that data ?
i have no root and no backup apps instaled

I am afraid you need to call Blizzard Technical support for issues regarding the battle.net authenticators. Mobile or the physical device. They can remove the option from your account so one can either re-add a new one or keep it off.
I found the WhatsApp failed to work (SMS verification fail) some custom ROMs like below :

I have contact WhatsApp tech support mant times but they cannot help. They suggest me to ask the ROM authors. That implies WhatsApp dont like people to use ROM released by XDA experts ?
Can we conclude that : If you like custom ROM, switch to other software like LINE or KakaoTalk ... ?
Without XDA, we cannot have ICS or Jellybeam on our old device like Galaxy S or Nexus One.

I got the same problem, cannot verify Whatsapp and their customer service doesn't help at all.
All the email they reply only ask u to reinstall the app which won't solve the problem.
This is really bad and if they start to ask ppl to pay for this app, that's ridiculous.

.. I had the same problem I was looking apps the internet and finally found this ... it worked for me I hope this help u ..
Uninstall Whatsapp+.
Install original Whatsapp from Play Store.
Go through the setup into the main conversation screen and chat with some friends.
Backup your conversation in Option > Settings > Chat Settings > Backup conversations
Uninstall original Whatsapp.
Install Whatsapp+

I got the same problem with whatsapp on my rooted Sprint HTC ONE running Benny's 4.3 a couple of days ago. I tried to install viber today and it also said it needs the sms verification. I didn't receive any sms so i used the call option. Once again, i waited five minutes and then uninstalled viber because I am so impatient and then some more minutes later I finally got the call. I wrote down the verification number and then tried reinstalling whatsapp, but this time the sms verification worked instantly! Hope this helps!

HI, i have installed and rstored whatsapp a million times or so, when flashing and switching between roms. last night i tried something funny, and it cost me tooo much.
I tried to install whatsapp for another number(my phone is dual sim), while sms verification was happening, it got registered via my previously registered whatsapp no. Now even after i deleted the new no. account,i am still not able to get my old account back. when i give my old number, it doesn ask for sms verification, and goes to local backup directly, but fails there and throws error. on the other hand, i can verify the account, but cannot restore all my messages.
Please help, as my msgs are quite important..!

APN (Access Point Names )

I downloaded watsapp on my ROM
And wen installing a pop out came u have installed
Custom ROM and watsapp is unsupported I clicked OK
Then at verification it keeps on loading.

well, nothing special, just a lot of my friend using this chat app and there is a game so i can play with friends of mine and it requires email, i just wondering if something wrong with my device, because my friend had registering email without problem, though i've already done reinstall, restart, even factory reset, well i have no idea about this, thank you :good:

I'm having this problem too, on an Incredible 2. I think I've already registered, but the app gives me this system error whether I choose log-in or register. Doesn't help that there is no contact info to be found on their website.

I have an Asus Fonepad 7 with android 4.4.2 .....the ting is when i go to contacts and pick any contact>menu>link and then i choose whom contact i want to link the first one to (whether it's a facebook contact or a whatsapp one) then after i press the Done button nothing happens ! ...and if i go to same contacts and try to link it again I see the it's not linked to any other contact ! .........what should i do ?

What about downloaded picture size. They are downloaded in size of icons, on 5.0.2 it looks ugly.
Unfortunately that can't be changed as far as I'm aware. You'd need to use a 3rd party app from the Play Store for that.

Understood about that.another question is about FB info syncing. Merged contacts are not synced to Google contacts, so that FB info is only shown on device. I have many contacts merged manually and don't want to do same work for other devices. How to write that extra fields from Facebook to contact permanently?
I've tried your solution and the installation runs perfectly but not FB contact appears so i tried the manipulation of the DB and it doesn't work either. I've put a screenshot as attach files.

This board is the only place I've found on the web that's even talking about this issue, but none of the solutions I've found seem to help me. So maybe one of you astute technical types out there can solve this perplexing issue.
I cannot get Facebook to sync its contacts with my address book to save my life. Syncing doesn't appear to even be an option when I go to the accounts section in my phone settings. I've set Facebook itself to continuously upload my contacts, but nothing is happening outside of Facebook like it used to do in Kitkat.
I'm running Android 5.1.1, the latest CM12.1 nightly, on what was a T-Mobile SGH-M919 but is now a GT-I9505 because of the upgrade. I've tried the patch that was on one of the threads for Facebook on 5.1, but even with wiping the cache/data on both Facebook and Contacts Storage both before and after the patch, I'm left with an annoying error that the acore process has stopped. Sync.me doesn't do the job anymore, either. I even tried Facebook Hello, but that just gave me a second address book, and I prefer Contacts+.
I really would like to be able to solve this. I'd like to be able to cross-pollinate all my FB info to my Contacts+ address book, but I'd just settle for the pictures (it's nice when someone calls and I just need to see the photo to know who it is before I answer, know what I mean?). Thanks to anyone who can solve this.

On my Sony Xperia M (CM 12.1) I get an error message "com.android.acore has stopped" after installing this software. My system is not usable anymore.
I made a restore and installed xposed framework with this module, which works like a charm, even with the latest Facebook version (not beta).
