Hi,
I have used this rom for almost a day now. There are no bugs whatsoever. It is really stable. Didn't notice any battery drains either. best suitable for a daily driver.
About, the bootloop issue, try to reflash the rom again according to the instructions in the Rom Thread.
Wipe data, Wipe cache, Wipe dalvik, Format System and flash rom. Don't flash any patches provided in the thread. Since the rom is pre-rooted, i dont think you need to flash the stock rom using SP flash tools and then flash this rom.
P.S.: I used TWRP recovery to flash this. Not CWM. Try flashing the ROM using TWRP.
Cheers!

S3 Custom Rom

I have S3 GT-I9300.
It's probably the 10th time I am asking for help on XDA. I have been trying to install CyanogenMod and other custom ROMs from 6 months with no luck. The problem is whenever I install 1 of the custom ROM I lose my network. I have also tried flashing the modem of JustArchi with no luck. I am dying to taste a custom ROM. It would be greatly appreciated if anybody would help.
Thanks in anticipation.

you lost your imei if you have previous version of stock backed up you should restore it from recovery
If u flash original stock ROM your signal is OK?
You need to restore the efs files to restore the IMEI, do you have a EFS backup?
Enviado desde mi SAMSUNG-SGH-I537 mediante Tapatalk
Install this stock rom first..
http://samsung-updates.com/details/27048/Galaxy_S_3_International/GT-I9300/XEH/I9300XXUGND1.html
Then check if all good .. install custom recovery then install custom Roms enjoy !
And please MAKE EVER A NANDROID AND EFS BACKUP, be lucky

Have you formated modem/efs ? I personally never done that allso make sure you're on the latest [insert recovery of choice here] version? Allso how can you have imei and network on samsung based rom and not have them on CM? Check on samsung rom if imei is the same as the one behind the battery or on the box you've bought your phone.
---------- Post added at 10:55 PM ---------- Previous post was at 10:53 PM ----------
Also next time write in Galaxy S III Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting or General, this isn't development related, you're just experiencing android zero issues.

I dont know how I have formatted the modem/efs. I just wipe data cache before installing the rom. I am using philz_touch_6.48.4-i9300. The IMEI on the rom is same as that on the back of the phone.
Sorry I didn't notice that I posted in the wrong place. How am I supposed to move it to the right place.
This has been answered multiple times, there is a thread about that, it's all about patched kernel/modem, also, you're posting this in wrong forum, there is Q&A for that!
Use boeffla and patched modem, but first return to stock, i guarantee it will work.
Steps:
Flash stock: Stock 4.3
Flash Boeffla (sammy version): Boeffla 5.3
Flash patched modem. Modem
-> Till here you got to have your network back.
Then flash your desired AOSP ROM, and then flash a patched kernel like Boeffla (for AOSP, but watch out, there are CM and Omni based roms, so is Boeffla kernel, if you use CM, download for CM), because only patched kernel can read a patched modem. When you do that you don't have to flash patched modem again because CM/AOSP based ROMs do not wipe modem.
And remember BACKUP EFS
And if IMEI is ok you don't have to restore EFS, you only restore it when your imei is 0000... or 0049..., for Emergency calls only and Baseband unknown follow my steps.
Just follow these steps and you're good to go.
Someone should make this sticky.

Well, no, you can flash any stock rom, as long it is 4.3 based, you can see that under this thread you have many more stock, deodexed cwm falshable roms based on 4.3 by JustArchi, i linked you that because it is easier to flash in CWM then via Odin, but again, your choice.
As off Boeffla, here you can download all versions, recmmended are latest stable:
http://www.boeffla-kernel.de/index.php/2012-10-31-06-13-16
You can see there are for Samsung 4.3/4.4, and Omnirom based or CM based all the way down. (double check if you will run omnirom or cm based rom).

You tried flashing back your former firmware ?
You have posted only half the story, what had been done to the phone previously? If your efs was patched, or kernel & modem, to fix botched repairs then you will have to repeat these patches each time you flash a firmware.
No. because I don't backup before flashing ??

problem : not registered on network

Is your device carrier unlocked originally? Or unlocked later? (i bet for the second version)
Anyway, try to restore efs and modem, and flash an AOSP/CM based rom (which has no modem.bin or modem.img inside the zip, its important! check it before flash).
If the signal come back, and you can make phone calls, then post your baseband version.
I am having the same issue.I was about to flash Stock firmware via odin.
Before i did a full wipe including internal storage (TWRP).
Now i have official 4.3 firmware with Imei .But Now Network not registered
My device : i9300
Bulid : JSS15J.I9300XXUGNB6
Baseband : :I9300XXUGNA8

the point is don't let the rom installer change the modem:
check in the updater-script file for modem change line, and delete it,
or delete the modem.bin from the zip
or change your patched modem in the zip
and after the rom, flash the boeffla kernel that fits to this rom's android version from here : http://www.boeffla-kernel.de/
i think this is it : http://boeffla.df-kunde.de/sgs3/boeffla-kernel/Stable_kk444/Series%207.x/7.6/boeffla-kernel-7.6-Samsung-i9300.recovery.zip.
