When I use the UI blur from the G4 tweaksbox, it zooms in on the upper left corner, blurs that, and then displays it as the background. I thought it was just because it was made for the g4 so I found another one made by serajr and I installed it and it does the same thing. Is anyone else having this problem and/or have a fix? Or has no one else tried this on the V10 yet? I've attached screenshots of what I'm talking about.

Hi all,
I just would like to ask someone to spare literally 2 seconds of their time and drop the market/youtube widget onto their homescreen (the widget thats like layered and staggered) and once its on your home screen, flick the home screen to the next screen along (either direction) but do it VERY SLOWLY.
Now, out of curiosity, do little dots or lines appear on the widget?
Thanks

(Watch it in atleast 720p to properly see it)
If anyone can doublecheck against theirs thatd be great
You need more confirmation?
try another launcher.
I no longer have the tab at hand and won't do until after christmas.
Can no one else look at the video I made and tell me if they get anything similar?
No one? Really?
Well, I noticed them. However they are faint and appear only when scrolling rrreallly slow... So, what? Do you have any info that this means faulty H/W? I think that it is launcher related.
Edit: Used adw and the problem is gone. Plus the widget looks better.

You get them too?
I don't think it means faulty hardware, that's why I was trying to confirm if anyone else had it.
But it seems its launcher related! Thanks!
Anyone else got any input?
Hey all,
I recently downloaded an app called 3D PARALLAX BACKGROUND.
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.vinwap.parallaxwallpaper
Seemed like a cool and interesting thing, much like the new iOS feature. Background looked pretty awesome too once I was done installing...
Only problem is, it changed my lock screen to something else (I guess a default within the program) and no matter what I do, I can't change it back to stock.
I have tried uninstalling the app, restarting the device, changing lockscreen to every stock lockscreen available, etc but it still won't change back.
Super weird and it seems that I am the only person that has had this problem. I looked through the app reviews and nobody mentions it. Wondering if it's an HTC One problem... Running 4.2.2 Android Revolution 12.0
Does anyone have any suggestions? I have attached a screenshot of the lockscreen in question. It's a nice looking one at least, but I am not a huge fan of the functionality and I would rather have a 12-hour clock than a 24-hour one...
TL;DR App changed lockscreen, can't get the stock one back.

Well that was quick, I figured out it was a completely other app that was activated for some reason. Go Locker was the culprit. Problem solved
Good work bro

HI, folks!
For last week I've been googling around how to get rid of ugly icon background and frames on my new Droid device.
The trouble is that all app icons at the app screen and at desktop screen has that really ugly background color, that seems to be randomly choosed and a transparent frame (see the attached picture). You can see that on Opera, Skype and Navitel icons. In that case background is blue, but for DrWeb icon it's light gray. That makes my crazy! Moreover, it seems to resize icons to fit in this square frames and that makes it looks even more ugly.
After some search I came up for that it moor looks like an Launcher issue/settings. My devise is an OEM Chinese protected phone (more commonly known as Batl S09) and it seem to have Samsung TouchWiz, at least I have SamsungLauncher4.apk at /system/app/ folder and it's marked as Launcher 4.2.2-eng.wsl in Applicatin section in Settings.
Soo, as I'm very noob in Android hacking, I need help there.
same problem...
Hi Guys,
Very odd but seems like this problem doesn't occur many times. It is happening to me too and this thread is the only thing I found on the web on this topic.
Can anybody help as this is really a pain in the a**.
Thanks a lot!
i got the same problem, any solution so far?
Well, just checked the Play Store just now, and if you have the stock music app, that one can now be upgraded to the latest release through there. Seems like it's the same version that's on all the newer Samsung phones.
The old one that we have, the bright, white colored one, is now replaced with something that thankfully uses a more dark colored UI. That's the major change that I noticed, apart from some fancy small new animations, there's not much major stuff that's been changed.
Probably the only one that's confusing is that the equaliser is no longer accessible from the settings menu, and would have to be opened directly from the playback screen, by clicking the SOUNDALIVE button, which isn't quickly noticeable since it just looks like a plain text field.
To those who have upgraded, did you notice anything else that might help or impede those using the current stock app? I personally liked the new changes.
Hi everyone
First I've searched the whole net but couldn't find anything
There is a horizontal white strip under clock-battery and cell info and its because of moto launcher it doesn't exist in any other launcher
It's not completely white it's just a little brighter black
I use mostly black wallpapers so I notice it and is annoying
I updated to 8.1 and done a factory reset but its still there so im using evie launcher but it does not support rotation
anyone have any idea how to get rid of this?
I'll upload a picture in one hour if needed
Thanks a lot
