Hi there,
I've finally accomplished to unlock und root my device. Now I'm trying to install Viper4Android, but the drivers aren't working. Tried to install SELinuxModeChanger, but that didn't work as well.
Any ideas on this?
install kernel adiutor and use selinux tool from there, it works for me

Ahh, had to search for this option a little bit, but it works like a charm! Thank you.
For the rest: you find it under "Plugins"
Update: well, it doens't work anymore for somehow.
Seems like that apply on boot doesn't work sometimes?
Search for lolliviper here on xda and flash through twrp, it will work with enforcing selinux, no other "tweaks" necessary.
EDIT: you can also take a look here

Download their official app for android 5+,
But you need permmissive she Linux mode so get the selinux mode changer and change it to permissive. Install the viperfx app and install the driver

Hello,
I have a rooted Iocean G7.
I wanted to install the framework module with the Xposed installer app. This was no success, I got a bootloop. After this I contacted Iocean, and I have flashed my phone with the computer. It works fine now, as it should.
Now my question is, how can I install the framework module without getting a bootloop or other problems?
Thank you,
Robert
Not compatible with your device maybe.

That could be possible, I am going to ask to rovo98, if he can make framework compactible with my phone.
I hope he wants to do
On Tweakers they think that the Rom is not compactible, but I do not think so... You?

You guys know that Xposed puts a framework disabler zip on your internal storage? All you have to do is boot into a custom recovery and install it.

What root method did you do that didn't require USB Debugging to be enabled?? But yea, I dunno about that. You're going to have to find out though. You'll need the SP Flash Tool to work, whether it's to install the custom recovery, or to install the entire stock firmware.

There is a 'Super User' setting in Settings which I enabled.
I tried installing PdaNet but that does require USB debugging to complete the installation.
Isn't there a standard recovery mode on these phones that I can use (combination key press) to install a rom copied onto the SD card?

That's pretty handy. But no, the stock recovery does not support that. You might be able to get out of it just from doing a factory reset in the stock recovery, but it's hard to say since Xposed makes changes to /system as well and the factory data reset does not affect the /system partition, just /data

hi good day how to root iocean g7
What I Did
1. I flashed the decrypt kernel for the N Beta through ADB
2. I did a factory reset to finish the decrypt process
3. I booted into TWRP using ADB (I did it this way to keep stock recovery, you can just flash TWRP if you like)
4. Once in TWRP, though ADB I typed "ADB Shell"
Then typed "echo SYSTEMLESS=true>>/data/.supersu"
Followed by "echo BINDSYSTEMXBIN=false>>/data/.supersu"
5. I proceeded to flash the latest Supersu Beta
6. Set up Android Pay and profit!
It is pretty much the exact process for Android Pay with Systemless root, but you do HAVE to have decrypted or else this will not work.
Screenshots or It Didn't Happen
Do you mind linking the decrypt kernel?
it simply works if you are stock and systemless rooted.

ElementalX is running fine for me so far, just use the version for DP2 and you should be fine..
I am system rooted with BusyBox and V4A installed and SELinux permissive on DP3. I haven't tested Android Pay, but I was able to add a card without a problem. Is that indicative that it should work? I had the opportunity to test it today but didn't.

From my experience, if you successfully add a card then it works. Usually prevent you from adding a card. I also use Safetynet Helper Sample and make sure it passes

Guy in the N development thread showed AP working for him and he is system rooted as well. Probably a bug... but it'd be nice if Google were allowing rooted users to use AP since they know we find workarounds anyway.

It works with current and prior Pure Nexus (MTC19T). Lately, I have flashed the FiFix_ Google Dialer zip (as noted by Beanstown) after the other steps to make Android Pay work. Using it on Rooted N now but just came from Pure Nexus.
Sent from my Nexus 6P using XDA-Developers mobile app
For those who love great sound, I highly recommend to install Viper4Arise: https://forum.xda-developers.com/android/software/r-s-e-sound-systems-auditory-research-t3379709
and to install Deuteronomy 2.3.3 sound system zip file via TWRP: https://www.androidfilehost.com/?fid=529152257862677226
This will give you the complete control of the audio output of your smartphone.
See attachments.
Perfectly working on RR_5.8.0 but only partly on 4.0.X (only Bluetooth seems 100%) depending on music apps.
Enjoy
Anyone test on Resurrection Remix?
Gonna try! Do I have to install busybox ? I only have SuperSU
It works well on the OOS 4.0 and audio seems to be working except when I plug in my headphones and then try using my Bluetooth in the car or on the BT speakers (Mind you, i already unplugged my earphones). I then have to restart the phone in order to get the settings to work. Only stops working if I plug in my headphones before using the BT appliances. Easy fix, just annoying.

It is automatically installed when you flash the zip.
After reboot, you will find the VIPE4arise application in your list of apps.

Yes exactly, when you flash Deuteronomy 2.3.3 sound system zip, VIPER4arise will be installed.
No, everything being installed via flashing with TWRP, you don't need to be rooted.

Sorry, but I don't know because I never tried with the stock recovery.
But, in my opinion, you can just try, and if not working, you would have just to reflash your original stock ROM.

I flashed the zip but Viper doesn't work on my 3T (OOS 4.0.1), like the Magisk version didn't work on 4.0 (but worked on marshmallow).

I just flashed the zip file called "ARISE+Sound+Systems+Deuteronomy+2.3.3.zip" with TWRP.
Then simply reboot and you should see the app "VIPER4Arise" in your applications drawer. Click on it and enjoy !
If not working, redownload the file that could be badly downloaded.
Working like a charm on OOS 4.0.1
Before flashing these file, I cant use Hi-res audio output function in Poweramp, and now the function works perfectly. Thank you so much
Mine got a issue with arise sound system , sound is not getting any effect on head set , it's working only on loud speaker , I tried many head set but result is same .. what to do ,
Sadly this doesn't function correctly on 4 or 4.01.
Closest I've got is to install the zips in the order shown, then install viper through magisk to get the normal app. Then, to get the effect to work, modify your audio policy config XML file to remove the deep buffer. Even then, Google play services doesn't use Viper (but most other apps do)

You just have to flash the zip file called "ARISE+Sound+Systems+Deuteronomy+2.3.3.zip" and nothing else!
You don't have to install Viper separately as it is already included in the the zip file "ARISE+Sound+Systems+Deuteronomy+2.3.3.zip"
So I downloaded fortnite and as soon as I jump from the bus I get removed from the match.
Tried hiding it in magisk, using core mode, repackaging the manager, turning usb debugging off, setting selinux to enforcing, nothing worked.
Same thing each time.
Any of you got it to work?
If so, how did you make it work?
Thanks!

I got a pra lx1 with emui 8 magisk and xposed( not systemless) installed. Since one week magisk dosesnt prompt me when a app like to have root acces, like app2sd. I uninstalled it and reflashed in in twrp, but it wasnt helpfull and noww all apps which dhad root acces before reflash do not, so i got only 50% of my apps because app2sd cant get root access. In the Magisk Log it says su request rejected, but it doesnt ask me. Also sometimes the log says write failed with 32: Broken pipe what does this mean? I attached the Logcat also
