Does anyone have both of these and can compare?

The calicase says it is the thinnest and looks really thin but the nilkin seems interesting as well
i got the calicase and it is super thin almost feels like you are not using a case and i love it
I have the Nillkin Nature and love the case. I did purchase the Ringke Fusion Air for comparison as well, and it's thicker than the Nillkin Nature.

How is the grip compared to "regular tpu"? One of the reviews say it is really slippery.
Seems the Nilkin is thicker but also has some extra side grip... Hmm.
The Nillkin case is garbage - such thin TPU that it deforms easily. I have the Ringke SLIM and its a pretty decent choice for a slim case.
It is a little slippery but it looks fantastic
Unfortunately CaliCase doesn't seem to ship to the European Union...
Or outside of the US, for that matter...
man the calicase really looks perfect for me, unfortunately I'm in the EU also and they don't seem to ship here
i have the nillkin natura, it's perfect! the materials are great, and aesthetics of the phone is not damaged by the cover.
black color on s7 onyx black is great.
I have the calicase, and it's definitely the thinnest case I've ever owned. It also does not interfere with my coral edge to edge screen protector (which I'm not a fan of, but that's a different story). As others have stated, it's a little slippery, but not enough to really bother me.
i got the calicase and love it... not too slippery imho. soooo thin
I am another fan of the calicase. However, you should know that it makes the power and volume buttons nearly impossible to depress without trying more than once. Small drawback, but I still love it.

could you please post some pics with the Nillkin and the Ringke mounted on the phone, i'm interested in both(more in the Nillkin 'cause it's slimmer), i had it on the S6 and i loved it, but the S7 has the more curved edges and i wanted to see how it fits around the screen, i bought a very slim Rock TPU case and the edges are very sharp, and i have the feeling the the phone wants to get out of the case(it' aliiiiiiiiive )) ) thanks

I don't has have either case any longer. I'm now using the Rock thin tpu, Ringke Fusion and the Ringke Onyx.
The Nillkin didn't fit properly after I put a carbon fiber back skin and the Ringke Air was way too thick for my liking.
thanks, i have the Rock too but the edges are quite sharp, i already ordered the Nillkin ,i also have a protector on the back, a 0.2mm one, i hope the Nillkin fits well ?

Just ordered this off Amazon for $10 and I have to say that this is an amazing case. The fit and feel is second to none and I like the angled corners of the case. It has a nice rubberized finish and fingerprints don't show. I'm getting used to the design on the back...I wasn't a fan at first. I think anyone would be happy to have this in their case line-up.

Its really lukin very impressive and nice one... you got this TR glass with the case inclusive or you bought it separately...
i also just bought it recently its probably my favorite case i dont know why. i have the slim armour and neo hybrid but i prefer this one for some odd reason.

bought both off of amazon.
I wonder which one is heavier bounce case vs ultra slim fit case ?
That looks impressive ... but not as well as NEO one (In my mind)

I have the bounce case and its great. Its not to thick, provides enough protection and covers the volume and power buttons. Works great and with a good price.
i'm digging this case too. I only dropped this phone while I was running, it slid on the front of the phone for 5 feet and didn't get a scratch or crack.
I dropped this phone a few times with this case. No damage. The case is a typical tpu case but with a nice design and pattern.
Let me start by saying i HATE using a case. I would never consider an Otterbox before due to the thickness, This case seems to be slim. Anyone have experience with it?

I have had the Symmetry case for a week or so now. I like it. I picked up a Spigen Slim Armor too. The Spigen is a bit slimmer, but the white color I picked stained quickly at work (I'm a mechanic). The Symmetry is a good bit thinner than the older Commuter cases. I'd say it's like an Urban Armor Gear case but without the extra corner protection and added thickness from the design in the plastic on the rear.
The Spigen Slim armor will give you nearly identical protection while being a tad thinner, just stay away from white. With that said, I really like the Symmetry series. It'll be on my G3 for a long while. Wireless charging still works flawlessly.

The blue one is the best. I've sadly dropped my g3 a couple of times and it's perfectly fine, the case however, has some scratches and nicks, but its definitely built to protect while being fairly slim. As you can see in my picture the color is awesome and really looks good in the light.

I bought the Symmetry case for the HTC One M8 and loved it. Am now waiting for Symmetry case for G3.
Just got this case for a great price from Amazon. I had a Body Glove case, which is nice, but I wanted a bit more protection and wanted a case that fit tighter to the phone. The Otterbox is perfect - REALLY tight, no loose sides or top or bottom, so it feels like a tank once it's on. It's a little tough to get off, but that's no big deal. I can also confirm it works fine for wireless charging.
I think this is the case I'll be keeping my G3 in until I get a new phone next year.
So I bought the Spigen slim armor with kickstand case just recently and found that it is rather a thick case and added bulk to the N6. It in turns made the N6 not be able to fit the car mount I bought. Anyone got recommendation for a good slim case?

Ringke Slim Case.
But keep in mind. Slim cases like this offers less protection.
I really like my Diztronic case. It's thin and feels well protected. A few videos on YouTube where people do drop tests and it came out without a scratch.

The slimmest i have is ringke
Try Orzly case, it is very very thin.
The Ringke Max is actually pretty 'slim' with a lot of protection. If you want close to naked feel, then the Ringke Slim might be best, but really not that much protection.

I bought the Spigen Ultra Hybrid (clear), Thin Fit (clear), Slim Armor and S Wallet. IMO the Slim Armor fit and looked the best, but FAT. The TPUs just made the phone uber FAT(er). The wallet hinge/flap/binder thing is too loose and flabby [I wanted tight form fitting].
I ordered several generic gel jelly slim TPU.
First one to arrive is one with a logo that reads INSTEN and I am very impressed by it.
It's tight (queue up Micheal Meyers), lip is thin and holds on to the frame without going over on to the glass, barely raised ever so slightly higher than the screen.
It makes the screen/viewing pop out (it might be the color I chose, yellow).
The cutouts are great, the thinly covered raised areas over the power and volume rocker are just right (if you have the slim armor you might experience what I have, where touching the buttons is just too sensitive).
Grippy and sturdy. Knocked some on the table, I'd use it to press some buttons, sure..
I might go order more colors.
Usually I like Goospery Mercury Gel TPU cases on my phones, but haven't found any made for the N6.
EDIT: easy in and out from pocket.
Thanks guys for your suggestions. I think I'm going to go with the slick wraps full body because it does not add any bulk and provide some protection.

That INSTEN case is identical to the Caseology cases. Probably made in china, and companies just put their own name on it. But they look OK with medium protection.

I'm not doubting your choice, as it's your phone. But any "protection" you get from a skin will be just to prevent scratches and no drop protection. Good luck.

I dont have the caseology, but from the images I can agree, sans dimple. It's a good thing being at 1/3rd the price. I went ahead and bought green and black as well. It is so far my fave case.
I'll add, you know the form, shape that the phone has, makes it fit well in the hand and really gives it that unique feeling that it is a much smaller phone. This case INSTEN keeps that feeling intact..

Agreed. Fairly protective without being too bulky. Good grip too.
Does anyone have a recommendation for a case that preserves the top heaviness and dramatic tapering of thickness at the bottom of the phone? Basically I'm as concerned about drop protection as preserving the original "feel" of the phone.
What's the absolute grippiest solution for this phone? Most skins don't give a lot of confidence. Egrips doesn't make something for our phone and those rings or popsockets are huge
These sandstone cases are the solution http://www.ebay.com/itm/MSVII-Slim-...hash=item33bedfb626:m:mkaiNfq5LXgpPGOyD4m0Sbg
Go to the patchworks website. I can't post the link because i don't have 10 posts but i already have a spigen neo hybrid which is slippery but i kept because i like the color. The patchworks case has a slim and just a regular case but both have special grip on the side where you hold the phone.
i just got the alcantara case and it's by far the grippiest case ive used on any phone.
You could also try a bumper as well. Adds minimal bulk (also won't hide the color of your phone) and will add some grip too. I've heard of bumpers for the iPhone, but didn't realize there were ones for Android phones as well, haha. XD Erika Griffin mentioned one when she did her S8 unboxing on her Youtube channel -- the RhinoShield CrashGuard Bumper Case. I couldn't find it on Amazon, but I included the link to their official site.

That sucks. D: Only other thing I can think of would be to try something like the Spigen Thin Fit or Airskin cases as they're about the thinnest cases you can get.
EDIT TO ADD: Almost forgot the Spigen Liquid Air case, which of the ones I mentioned, I actually own this one. The pattern on it seems grippy, but I have to see how it feels in-hand when I get the device.

it adds a lot of grip if you "squeeze" the phone, but not that much when placed on a slope.
I got this one and it seems grippy enough to me!
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B06XP6KZKC/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o05_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
The speck pseudo grip is pretty decent. Pricey though.
I bought the Spigen Slim Armor / Metal Slate case for mine and it's a nice, tight fit. Feels great in the hand. Edges have a rubberish feel to them but don't add allot of bulk. Now the trick will be in finding a screen protector that will work with. Like I said, TIGHT!
My solution was the honeycomb skin from slick wraps. I've used it on my last 2 phones.
I agree with pieman13, I got a dbrand skin for my S6. Protects the glass from stuff wedging between the case and the back and is the right grip
Double post.
Ordered the new black dragon... Let's see
shoot a load of jizz right to the back of your phone. it'll stay sticky and grippy, as a bonus no one else will want to mess with your phone.
I bought this case because it looked super thin. I know this is for the S8+ (this regular s8 forum is more active ), and it's awesome. It definitely is super thin, so it won't add much in terms of protection, but it has an amazing feel. Very grippy in the hand, and even on slanted surfaces. I love the feel it adds to the phone, and the size is perfect. The white specs are more pronounced in the pictures on Amazon than they are in person, they are still noticeable but not "sparkly" looking like they appear on the pictures online.

https://forum.xda-developers.com/galaxy-s8/accessories/best-slim-case-ive-t3597761
Holy crap, the Sandstone case posted by @peachpuff is AMAZING
Super thin and the texture is awesome.
It's even thinner than the Nillken which is hard to believe
Only issue is it DOES NOT have enough of a lip on the front to lift the screen off a flat surface if laid screen down. Not a huge detractor for me as I never have my phone screen down.
Hello guys,
I am still doing my search for an ultra-thin case with mate finish for my S8. It is something like the Peel cases for iPhone (sadly they don't care about Samsung phones).
There are some thin cases but I often don't like their glossy finish or the case is not well built.
If anyone knows a case like the Peel, please let me know

Nope - the one negative for me. If it was, it would be perfect, but otherwise it's great
Spigen AirSkin is the best quality and closest you'll get to Peel or Caudabe.
+1 for Spigen Airskin. It is .36mm and the peel is .35mm. It is *very* thin, bordering on scratch-only protection.
Are you guys speaking from experience on the S8? The Spigen air skin doesn't fit my S8 for some reason, it's just a tad bit too narrow. Spigen was nice enough to replace it, but the new one is the same.
MNML fits perfectly and is the same ultra thin type case. It's my vote for the S8. The other benefit to the MNML case over the Spigen is, the bottom is covered on the MNML, while on the Spigen it's exposed.
I have the Spigen Air Skin on an S8 now and it fits perfectly. The bottom is exposed (except the corners) and the back cutout looks to be different (one big cutout) than the MNML (3 separate cutouts). Face down, it still sits without the front glass touching.
The Nillkin brand of cases out of china are good quality. I've owned a few version of their cases for different models of phone. If you want the slimist case that is TPU and gives some slight shock protection over not having a case, the NATURE line is awesome. I just ordered my clear S8 case from Amazon. can't go wrong with this case. I will update once it arrives.
Also, thing of note...this case has a separator for the camera and fingerprint reader. This actually helps out and functional to keep me from placing my finger on the camera. My current case has the same design as this was a feature I was looking for. Most of the cases has a large cutout on the back which I think was the cheap/fast way to release a case.

I got mine from a company called Bare Cases. Think they're a small company but the case felt very premium. Has a matte finishing. So far it's scratched at the back but I don't mind it cos I guess it protects my phone from those exact scratches.
The Spigen air skin didn't fit good and I just gave up with that.
