This is all you want if your running a ROM.
If your running stock, you will want to get the images directly from Google.

It's the latest and greatest of course! I'm on stock, so I'll just wait for OTA but if you're bootloader unlocked it's best to flash these via adb so your device stays up to date at least with the BL, radio, and vendor.

The OTA roll-out has begun already for MCH19Q, but may take a few days, to one or two weeks to cover worldwide.

Forget what the user above said. You have all the rights to post external links on XDA-Developers. If he (The XDA fanatic who cannot tolerate other websites on the internet) feels that your or mine or anyone else's work is a piece of junk, then he should just write it by himself.

We move 15 terabytes of ROMs on a slow month, XDA wants nothing to do with that bandwidth
But I do see the wisdom in a collection type post....
Maybe after work I can a make something a bit more unified.

This is meant for custom ROM users - we no longer need to download the *full* factory image even if we're just updating our /vendor monthly.
I personally am grateful for such a collection, not only because of the data flow it saved me, but also because of its convenience (Google is not accessible by normal means in China).

Nope. ROMs and the partitions supplied here needs to be updated hand in hand. It's the ROM itself (the kernel) that contains the patches.

Radio and Bootloader are backward compatible. However, for some, an older radio version could work better than the most recent one, on the latest update. So you may regard Radio as subjective.
As for vendors, they should be flashed corresponding to their build numbers, so you could say that these are NOT backward compatible
I hope I got your question right. :good:

Many thanks to XDA for this great forum.
The device must be unlocked and using a custom recovery (TWRP or CWM are the most common).
You need a ROM update.zip and optional Gapps. Links to Gapps and ROM zips are found here.
First take a nandroid backup of your existing system.
The first time you flash the ROM or switch from another ROM base (e.g. AOKP, Omni, Sense, AOSPA),
do a full wipe via recovery and flash the ROM and optionally the GApps (if you want Play Store and other Google apps).
Reboot to System. The first boot will take a while as it generates the dalvik cache (dexopting)
RECOVERY:
IMPORTANT!
A recovery update beginning with the Nightly ROM 20140501 will be required!

I believe @intervigil technically is as I was just posting on the CM10.2 thread.
Since we have a CM11 thread now, I wanted to ask if anyone is having Bluetooth crash when connecting to MAP/phone audio with a car handsfree system for instance. It pairs fine the first time but after connecting again, BT will force close repeatedly unless the phone audio profile is disabled. I wonder if it's due to CM using their own Bluedroid from qcom and it conflicting with the MAP that Google added in 4.4.

Not trying to be rude but if you are not the official maintainer for cyanogenmod then you should not be starting a thread about it, at least in either of the development sections. For now I'd say having one in the general section would be better. That's my opinion though, moderators can do whatever they think is best though

Basically there is no maintainer, as evidenced by the 'official' thread's subject still referencing 4.3.0 and no maintainer activity in that thread for months.
So we created a separate thread to track current cm11 4.4.2 issues.

Ok. So basically when Google updates the AOSP sources (with multiple commits) they push a new build. These new builds also contain security patches and bug fixes (very minor ones). These updates don't add new features most of the time (if they are based on the same android OS version). I have added a new line in the OP where I write the build number for the latest build. This should help people find the latest build faster.

I couldn't find his threads on xda though
This isn't my build, however I do have a CM14.1 build which works with my Nexus 9, no visible bugs. This is built unmodified from CM source, apart from removing forceencrypt. I would post on the Dev section, but my post count is too low. If there's enough interest, I'll upload it and do twice weekly builds?
Edit:
So if anyone wants a test drive, try https://harryyoud.co.uk/cyanogenmod/ which has a build from yesterday
BE AWARE: forceencrypt is enabled by default here, so if you don't want encryption flash ElementalX or another custom kernel (or maybe FED)

When I clicked the link, it was empty! I wonder if XDA use different ID's on a daily basis - would have thought that they would have been statically assigned to each. Anyway, his profile is http://forum.xda-developers.com/member.php?u=4630246 (assuming that doesn't change!) You can see what threads/posts he has made from there. Quite active.

This build is (and probably will stay) vanilla (built directly from unmodified sources),
and made, because, until now, I could not find one.
Maybe other people experience similar desire.
I will try to update as milestones or important bugfixes or significant merges hit the road.
Credits go to coders. I don't think I have enough authority to provide sufficient support.
But, for me, the ROM works perfectly fine with the hardware.
About bugs: perhaps report them upstream AIO thread, or ask me to do so for you.
First time, flash clean and unencrypted=decrypted (format data (ext4) if coming from encrypted).
Upgrade, flash dirty from GZOSP (for minor Oreo GZOSP version update or bugfix).
About features: this baseline 'common denominator' ROM has no extras. Some prefer it so. I certainly do.
Personally, for now, I use open_gapps-arm64-8.1-pico for gapps and magisk-v17.1 for root.
If I happen to not adhere to XDA ROM thread etiquette, please, dear coder or moderator, correct or delete.
One day, an official GZOSP for OP5T might appear, and these unofficial builds will become irrelevant.
Like many, or most, custom ROMs, GZOSP only alters system and boot partitions.
It is, as always, rather your call to alter other partitions.
One can use Doc's Oneplus 5T Firmwares thread (DocRambone) for flashing other partitions.
https://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=3728665
Personally I flash the latest stable Stock (I mean: not the latest Beta) partitions.
FYI: builds are done on Intel Linux ubuntu 'bionic' or AMD Linux 'bleeding edge' gentoo.
Donations to me not requested or accepted. Donate to the GZOSP coders/contributors instead.

Just 15 seconds before deciding to go check XDA I was wondering if there was any pure AOSP for OP5T so I could tweak the **** out of it... And what do I see here? I am really starting to agree with Elon Musk that we live in computer simulation.

Charging is fast, not sure if equally fast as OOS was. I will measure.
I guess not slower than other AOSP + CAF based firmware.

This build is vanilla and I made it because I could not find one. Maybe other people experience same desire.
I will try to update as milestones hit.
Credits go to coders. :highfive: I don't think I can provide support. But, for me, the firmware works fine with the hardware.
Flash clean and decrypted. Upgrade dirty (when upgrade comes).
About features: this baseline 'common denominator' firmware has no extras. Some like it so. I do.
If I happen to not adhere to XDA ROM etiquette, please, dear moderator, delete.

Sure Martinus, and thanks so much for your work!
I hope just adding the git repository is fine.
I also added the AIO GZOSP XDA thread but can remove it if you like so.
Man I wish this ROM wasn't decrypt only

I think it doesn't work that way.
If the rom is decrypted, you must be decrypted.
If the rom is encrypted you can be decrypted or encrypted. In case you are decrypted you have to flash the no verify zip.
Or maybe I am wrong.
Cheers!!

I have not enough statistical evidence yet (I flashed 2 days ago) but battery life seems to compare with OOS 5.0.4 one.
Fantastic rom, pure barebone, runs nicely. Please keep it barebone and slim as now.

so flashing no verity means no need to wipe internal storage for decryption?
