I'm running the stock deodexed/debloated OOS 3.0 with divine beats audio MOD. Flashing this makes Bluetooth work but that's it, reverting breaks Bluetooth BUT all sounds works elsewhere... Hmm betas are great haha.

That's a problem of the audio files in my MOD clashing with the ones in Divinebeats.
Flash Divinebeats remover or dirty flash OOS 3 again and you'll be good to go.
Those custom Viper audio might contains additional files that was installed together buried in /system . It could be the cause why some people still have issues after flashing the fix

Did any of you got an error while wanted to flash ?
i downloaded the .zip from my mac and then put it the storage and tried to flash it but i got this message "flashing failed" (something like that)
i updated OOS 3.0 the dirty way... maybe this is the problem.
i'm trying to update again with wipe and everything and then i will try to flash the .zip for the bluetooth again... we'll see.

I downloaded it twice, once from mega and the other from google drive.
The recovery is the one that was installed by OP i guess. it is not TWRP that, i'm sure !

I actually have been looking for a way to get Viper4Android working today. And i actually found a method to do it. By luck, OnePlus posted the Oxygen 3.0 based on android 6.0.1 today. This version of android is compatible with the newest version of Viper4Android. This version actually comes without an equalizer like 2.2... but oh well. I liked viper way better anyway.
Just wanted to give my 2 cents to the forum.. just wanted to let people know there is opportunity here to enjoy better music while you are waiting for CM 13 like me =)
How i got it to work:
- First install Oxygen 3.0 with a custom TWRP created for Oxygen 3.0 (see this url: link to oneplus forums)
- Secondly, use the custom made SuperSU (credits to @Yash98) = this link
- When the phone is updated and rooted, you can install BusyBox through the app store. After you did that download the APK of Viper on your phone via the original XDA thread
- Don't run it yet. Download SELinuxModeChanger via the original XDA thread.
- Change the mode to permissive, go back to Viper and install the drivers. It'll ask you for a reboot, do so. After the reboot open Viper4Android and press the 3 dots on the right high corner. Examining the driver status would show that the driver is enabled. If it's not. Try to empty the google music cache & removing the data (i did so somewhere in the process).
Hope this can make anybody happy. I'm an audiophile so i'm more than happy.

You need the TWRP version meant for H2OS. You will find it in any H2OS based ROM thread.

If you still are on OOS 2.2.x then V4A will not work. This fix is specifically meant for OOS 3.
If you are on OOS 3, then try reflashing OOS 3 with a clean flash. This might fix it, but only if you are on OOS 3.

Did you install the right drivers? And also check if you set the SELinux mode to Permissive.

Only if you have flashed the latest beta of OOS 3. This fix is OOS 3 specific and DOES NOT APPLY TO OOS 2.

Hm i had the same problem. Driver Status was false.
My Workaround was i clicked in Viper many Menus up an down. Lock Effect Mode disable to speaker. UI Setting to Expert and suddenly the Driver Status was True.
No cleaning data. I didn´t installed google play music.
With Viper4Anroid on OO2 Oxygen3 the sound are definitly noiser and better. (Master Gain (Limiter) / Output Gaine -20db)

Last time I used viper was the nexus 4 days almost 2 years ago... They have improved the audio (most likely new audio hardware on OP2) but yh it sounds a lot better then stock oxygenOS 3 it does the job till Maxxaudio is back

If you flashed OOS 3, it is highly likely that the build was not a pre-rooted build. To root follow this guide at this link :

Actually V4A can be tweaked to sound better than MaxxAudio. Try XtremeMUSIC mod by androidexpert35. It includes V4A as an addon.

Is there any audio mod works with full stock miui rom with just twrp installed and non-root ?
Dolby atmos. With root you can get viper4droid. There are many other mods but most of them require root to properly installer viper drivers.

But it modifes system partition like any other audio mod. What does working without root mean?
EDIT: I get it now. You didn't want to use mod which requires driver installation through root access. System partition modification wasn't the issue for you.

What TWRP recovery are you using? Zcx?
I have tried that mod but I think xloud is buggy. You have turn it off and on again to make it work every time. Does inbuilt MIUI equalizer in system settings work fine with the mod installed?

2- Storage insufficient. I choose sd card as a internal and storage is 15gb/44gb but it says no place for apps or photos.

Hi.first register on htcmania to download files and install rom and other tools and gapp and clean cach/delvik and restart...with philz recovery...
Excuseme my english not good..
Personally, I inject an install script made by me in which there's G760-L01 as compatible device everytime I download a new nightly, then it flashes with TWRP without problems.

Hey there!
So i'll get to point, i've flashed Havoc OS to my pocophone, and it is snappy and fast and nice to handle etc...
BUT
There is no audio, no speaker, no wired (jack) headphone. The speaker only makes crackling sounds very quietly.
The speaker only works when i try to select the ringtone for example and it lets me preview the song and thats about it.
For whatever reason the youtube videos lag too, and naturally there is no sound there either.
I've tried, Spotify, vlc, youtube (and vanced) and VLC player with no luck.
HOWEVER
Everything works perfectly with my bluetooth headset...
There was no problems during the install of the OS and it worked for the first time.
I'll try and reflash it tonight hoping it would fix it, but any help would be appreciated.

I assume you have TWRP recovery since you are using custom ROM, put the FW on sd card, reboot to recovery and flash the new firmware

I assume you have TWRP recovery since you are using custom ROM, put the FW on sd card, reboot to recovery and flash the new firmware

Android 10 video lag and no sound on android 10 ROM's
I was already flashed with Q firmware but that video lag and no sound glitch was happening anyways. I went to P firmware and everything works fine besides the microphone doesn't work properly in apps like snapchat or instagram but works normally on calls or if I record from the camera app.
Can't find the fix for the second issue anywhere, can't even find it being mentioned.
Try the latest Havoc update..
Flashing V11.0.6.0.QEJMIXM into LineageOS 17.1 solved the issue for me!! Thanks!!
