Dear XDA Members,
I soft bricked my Nitro A311. I installed Cynogenmod 12.1 and tried to uninstall supersu. Uninstall failed and on rebooting, cynogenmod logo keeps coming indefinitely for days and no progress. I can not use power+volume keys when the device shows cynogenmod logo. On removing battery, the device gets powered off. On connecting the battery and to charger, device automatically goes into the bootloop (not recovery). I am unable to put the device in fastboot or recovery mode. adb detects my device when it is showing cynogenmod logo. I tried to put device into bootloader, recovery, fastboot modes from adb. All fails.
Please help me to recover my device.
Thanks in advance.

Thank you Bhushan andSahil for your support.
The problem was with battery. I think it got drained fully during bootloop problem and was not getting charged. Discharge rate might be more than charge rate and due to low battery it kept switched off and on again and again.
I charged battery separately and after inserting battery I could enter into recovery mode. I flashed cyanogenmod and it is working cool!
Thanks for all your support.

When connecting charger in switched off condition, phone was automatically starting. so it was draining more than charging and again getting switched off. Any how, now the problem is solved.

Hi
I was using my phone. It suddenly turned off. Now it won't turn on.
When I connect it to a charger there is red light for one second then phone looks dead (no LED, nothing). (normally there was constant red light).
Tried to reset it using buttons, tried connecting it with fastboot mode, flash mode - NOTHING.
What can I do?
Main problem is that this phone is under warranty but it has unlocked bootloader and there was CM9 loaded on it..
take to service centre ,.. if u cant turn it on they cant too
Force off the phone
Volume down plus power button until u feel 3 vibrations
Then dun try to switch on

Take the battery out for about 20 seconds and put it back on again, dont turn it on, press the volume down button and get a usb cable and plug one end to the pc and and the other to ur phone keeping the volume down button pressed. If there is a green light that means it can be fixed.
will send it for warranty.
I didn't agree for extra charge so it wont be a problem,
got my device replaced under warranty
Device was full bricked with unlocked bootloader via sony site (twice!) and loaded cyanogenmod with custom kernel

I tried to flash the stock ROM but the phone can't boot to flashmode or fast boot or even boot when it's connected to PC

the phone when is turned off normally you can connect to PC with any mode.
but when I turned it off using Force method (power key + volume up) the phone doesn't respond to any connect to PC !
also it can't be turned on normally (by power key only) !
only when I pressed (power key + volume up) = (the same shutdown method) it turned on
and now I don't know how to let it shutdown normally to flash the ROM
Try the volume up + power while CWM is on and phone connected to the PC, this shult put in fastboot mode, then disconnect and try flash mode.

yea , I think the main problem is the battery was drained because after I flash the kernel and can't restore the backup I turned it off from CWM well and plan to flash the ROM but in a moment I decide to turn it on to try to wipe data/Factory reset maybe I could restore the backup .
but the same I couldn't , so I decide to turn it off and flash the ROM , but I couldn't , the phone was not able to turn off from CWM as I did before .
at the end the phone was turned off due to the battery was drained
so I connect it to charger for about 3 hours but as the phone doesn't charge !
and now I'm so scare that maybe the battery or the phone is damaged ..... !
finally the problem is gone
my friend disassembled it and removed the battery cable then re-back
then the phone is able to be charged properly then flash the ROM
It's a bit of a strange problem, I'll start from the start.
I tried to update my Z2 with a new rom but I got stuck with my recovery saying that the rom was for a diffrent device (It incorrectly identified my device as a "Leo" instead of "Sirius")
I found a diffrent version of TWRP that suposedly fixed this issue but when I flashed it in fastboot all I got was a boot loop with the sony logo. It doesn't get to the point where the LED lights up and you press the volume button to get into recovery.
I tried to go back into fastboot mode/download mode to try and force it to boot into recovery that way, this is when my battery went flat and the real fun began.
When I try to charge it straight off a wall charger It would automatically boot up to the sony logo and get stuck in it's boot loop.
The problem is that this boot loop seems to drain the battery faster than I can charge it. After awhile the screen goes black with a red LED indicating a flat battery and as soon as it gets enough charge it'll try and boot again.
I can get it into download mode only if I let it charge for awhile and then go through the steps using the wall charger and not the PC, this obviously doesn't do me any good but at least it is possible to access this mode if I can get enough juice back in it.
Is there anyway of stopping it from trying to boot while I'm charging it?
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated, I'm at a loss with what to try next.

I have attempted this but I can't get it to boot into download mode to flash a stock firmware without getting more of a charge in it.
I have ordered charging cable that connects to the magnetic dock connection and hopefully that will let me keep it charging while flashing.

Let it download and then use the little "OFF" Button by the Sim card tray. It'll turn phone off completely. Then plug USB Cable into phone and hold Volume UP while plugging USB Cable into PC.
Then use Flashtool to flash the firmware you downloaded.
Hello everybody, I have a problem with my s8 plus Samsung, suddenly my phone froze, and begin to restart, almost 15 times or more. Then I did a force restart by holding volume down and power button, and after then its start-up usually for 10min, and again restarts, after I connecting to the power cable to changing, it stops charging. Then didn't response for nothing. DEAD, and after I leave it for a couple of hours, I tried to enter safe mode and to wipe cache memory. I thought maybe some app is causing a problem, and I run a test, and it shows me like this. On google, I found that probably is the motherboard, but somebody says its maybe last android update. And my friend says that perhaps it is RAM. Can somebody help me, I only want to access my phone to enter the gallery and save photos, then after that, the phone can be lifetime dead, it doesn't concern me. Thanks for helping me

I've never tried it, but I don't think the phone will boot properly without a battery. Battery plays primary role in the mobile phone circuitry.
You do not have access to Recovery and eRecovery (see your photo No.1), that's why update via eRecovery doesn't work, imo.
So I need to buy new battery and then try again? Or maybe you have any idea to recover old one?

No need to send the video.
It looks like a damaged motherboard or dead emmc memory (see screen No.1), hard to say. It may not have been a good idea to turn on your phone without a battery...
Plug it on a computer, if it only says USB SER, then you can probably only restore it using testpoint & board firmware (if it is a software problem).

It should be "Android Sooner Single ADB Interface", if I'm not mistaken. "fastboot 2.0" = 'black fastboot' = hard bricked phone.
