please help me with my KII-L21 - Honor 5X Questions & Answers

i've downloaded form the official site of huawei an update for my phone which name is " KII-L21C636B130 "
this update contain 2 files which ends with .app
the first one which is the rom was 2.7 gb
and the second one was 1 kb
when i tried to flash the rom from a micro sd card , i couldn't
so i tried to flash the other file which was in a folder named as " CUSTOMIZE_HW_SPCSEAS "
my phone had turned to this :crying: :crying:
please any help because i have searched a lot for a solution and i couldn't find any
i want my phone back to it factory condition

Do you have twrp in your device ?
This happens you flashed CUSTOMIZE_HW_SPCSEAS, And from where did you bought the device ?

i don't have twrp ,, and the rom i have downloaded was containing this two (.app) files
can you help me :/

are you from Egypt ?
if yes please download your region software here
if you bought the device from another country change to it and check if theres software available for it

i have downloaded it and updated my phone but when the phone turned on , it was the same problem again . like nothing changed

is there 2 update.app in Egypt software also ?

You shouldn't flash small update.app in Vietnamese ROM because it changed your region to spcseas instead of your old region, that's why you lost your device infos
you need root/twrp to fix it
I had the same problem before and managed to fix it

But dont root your device, go to Huawei service center, they should fix it in same day

If you have stock recovery put the large update.app in your sdcard in a folder dload
shut down the phone. now bootup the phone holding volup+voldown+power
when you do it correctly the phone will flash the software from the dload folder to the phone.
when it's done reboot to recovery with volup+power and choose a factory reset from the stock recovery menu

as i told you before, visit huawei service center and they will fix it for you
or you have to flash twrp then root your device to fix it
