Also when i install other rom phone was dead still not charge or connect to pc so please also help me how to connect phone to computer

Hi, everybody.
I got a galaxy ace 4 and trying to root it with King Root I screw it up, now it doesn't pass of starting Samsung logo and doesn't run android system, I connect it to my PC but it doesn't recognize my phone it already has installed Kies3, I tried in others PC and using others cables but my phone can't be recognized by any PC , I've been trying to root it from the SD card but none of all the ROMs I've tried have worked.

I tried accessing the ROM link but it just took me to an error page reading: ‘internal server error’
Is there a newer, still active site where I could get the ROM?
Or another method that would allow me to update my s2 GT-I9100T to kit Kat?
