Hello,
How to setup 'launch defaults option' for voice control software? After successful pairing I can use my Bluetooth headset during calls but I can't start voice control app from my headset shortcut. Is a option or additional app?
Thank you,

Click to collapse
Use an application like Titanium Backup (there are others) to <freeze> the VLingo VoiceCommand.
That's what I have done , and it works: I use Cyberon Voice Commander

I have an A2DP Jabra Bluetooth headset and SGS2 (Tmobile). I try to speak use google map voice command but it doesn't seem to work. It seems to work with Samsung VoiceTalk but not Voice search. Is there a way to use Google voice command via A2DP Bluetooth headset.
Your time and help is greatly appreciated.
It doesn't support it (stupidly).
See if you can select Vlingo (presumably what the Samsung VoiceTalk actually is) under Settings -> Voice Input & Output -> Voice recognizer.
You can then use Google Voice but it'll use Vlingo to do the audio gathering/processing. I think I got it working this way.
I try your instruction. However, when I hold the talk/call button on the headset; I got the voice prompt from Vlingo the 1st time but sub-sequently I have to look at the phone and hit the Taps To Speak. What is brand and model of your headset if you don't mind I am asking? Mine is Jabra BT530.
can i map my bluetooth device to do seperate tasks
like this
plantronics headset for audio and voice commands
garmin nuvi for dialing, contacts and sms
Is there a voice dialer wich works well with BT headset using Omate without connecting? I only want to call a contact by voice.
Hi. Is it possible to stop TTS app that I use for navigation to talk via Bluetooth? I have problem with this when I'm in the car and my phone is connected with the car audio. When I receive a call all alerts and talks from the navigation app (iGO) goes to the car audio too via the Bluetooth. The sounds from navigation interrupts the phone call and I can't make a normal conversation.
Is there a way to forbid the Vicalizer (my TTS app) from using the Bluetooth even forever?
I am with SGS9 and Android 8.0. Tried couple of audio routing apps e.g. SoundAbout, but the one that seems to help me is not working on Android 8.
