Any there any way to get a full sim unlock for GSM use? I heard only some vs990's come factory unlocked.
All Verizon V10 come sim unlocked.

buddy put a sim code in and forgot it now we cant unlock his phone to make calls. What do i do get a new sim card or is there anything to help with this? thanks all
Do you mean that he put a PIN code on the SIM or change his SIM to another carrier and needs his phone SIM unlocked (i.e. so it can take any SIM card)?
I heard that they can unlock iphone by using copy sim method. First, they copy information from AT&T sim to a new blank sim, then copy info from the sim which you want to use with iphone to that blank sim.
I think if it is possible, we can unlock all phone with this method.
Can we unlock sim of X01HT white edition by using this method?
i have rooted my international galaxy s3 GT-I9300
and installed voodoo sim unlock
when i open the application it says
sim lock:inactive
so is my phone factory unlocked and will it run any carrier sim card?
Basically yes, that's what it says.
so phone is unlocked right?
Again, yes.
thankyou very much
I also use voodoo sim unlock it says network inactive but when i insert a diff sim it didnt work. Untill now my sim is locked. Try to put other carrier so you will see if its really unlock. Hope someone fix voodoo sim unlock,coz thats the reason i root my phone.
Got the unlock codes for an LG L70 locked to Metro PCS.
They gave me the following but I have no clue which ones to input into the phone.
I've read that you have to enter 2945#*323# in the dialer and then choose "service provider lock" but when I get here I don't know which of the following codes to input. I attempted to use the SIM unlock one but nothing.
Thanks!
My codes:
SIM_UNLOCK=3490056879823597 (tried this one already no luck)
NSLCKUNLOCK=1755325312178850
CLCKUNLOCK=7459115196074969
PCKUNLOCK=2424199315596625
ESLCKUNLOCK= SP_LOCK=1346363008093251
Note I tried the SIM unlock code without a SIM in the phone. Could this be the issue? Does it have to be a Metro SIM or a blocked SIM?

I have a tmobile lg v30 that was unlocked with device unlock tool... used it for a year on att. Then I went to xfinity mobile with an Iphone. Put the v30 away for a month.
Was gonna give to my friend to use on tmobile. When you put a tmobile sim card in it will not connect to any network. Will not work with att sim now either. Tmobile says its carrier locked and they
cannot unlock it now. ????? Says I have to get the original carrier to unlock it... They are the original carrier. Device unlock "when you try Permanent unlock says" Unlock Failed Unlock Approved : Mobile device is permanently unlocked.
When you try Temp unlock it says Unlock Failed Unlock Approved : Mobile device is temporarily unlocked until 02-Aug-2019.
When you put tmobile sim in the apn is there but you cannot edit or add apn.
When your put any other sim in the apn is empty and you cannot add apn.
Phone is on Android version 7.1.2

If it's a T-Mobile H932 and you want to use it on T-Mobile, why does it need to be carrier unlocked?
If it won't work on T-Mobile, have T-Mobile repair it
It's not a carrier unlocking issue, at least if you want to use it on T-Mobile..
Because it’s not on an account now and T-Mobile says it needs to be network unlocked. Before they can add it back to their network.

T-Mobile H832 does NOT need to be carrier unlocked to work on T-Mobile, since it's a T-Mobile device.
If they are telling you that they're lying or they don't understand what you're asking. Maybe you confused them with unnecessary details about your attempt to carrier unlock it in the past.
Stop mentioning that to them and focus on it's T-Mobile device that needs to work on T-Mobile, period. And they need to replace it or repair it if it doesn't.
If some incompetent support person doesn't understand that, then go to another store or make another phone call.

Just to be crystal clear here,
are you sure about that? Is there something you're not telling us?
We ARE talking about T-Mobile H932 and not Puerto Rico H932, right? You BOUGHT it from T-Mobile, right?
If the answer is yes, it's T-Mobile H932, then this statement stands:
T-Mobile H832 does NOT need to be carrier unlocked to work on T-Mobile, since it's a T-Mobile device.
You need to find competent support person and do NOT mention anything about carrier unlocking to them... until the phone is working on T-Mobile with no problem.
THEN, you can ask them about carrier unlocking it to work on other carriers.
