Are you able to access recovery (Power + Vol Up)?
If not:
Marshall London Bootloader Interface gave me some problems before. Try this:
1. Right-click "Marshall London Bootloader Interface" in your Device Manager and click "Update Driver Software..."
2. Select "Browse my computer for driver software"
3. "Let me pick from a list of device drivers on my computer"
4. In the list you should be able to find "Android" (or something like that) and in the sub-menu "ADB" (again, something like that), provided you have adb drivers installed on your computer.
5. Select "ADB" drivers to replace "Marshall London Bootloader Interface"
You should be able to use ADB in a command window to reapply Cofface's TWRP recovery and access it. If it's in Chinese see my comment here.
Hope this helps solve at least some of the problem.
Does your bootloader officially unlocked? If yes, just download a miui fastboot rom, and flash it through miflash
Edit: oops I didn't read the whole post. sorry

Hello..
I too faced such situation...
I tried to root my redmi note 3 pro..(SD)
I followed the unofficial method which I found here in XDA.. Don't know ,where I missed any step...
My phone gets in same situation as yours..
It can boot into fastboot mode ( volume - and power ),
If I turn on it flashes mi logo two times and .. Gets into diagnostic mode ...
Searched a lot.. But.. Can't find my exact situation in any thread..
Somewhere in some forum I found that.. Let the battery be fully drain.. And.. Without turning on.. Charge the phone to at least 30% .. And den enter edl mode by pressing and holding two volume buttons...( + & -).
My mobile is at 97 % of charge when it got bricked .
Which means... A few days to drain it fully..
Omg... I can't wait..
So.. I decided to open the back cover..
Gently opened it.. And.. Removed battery strip.. And.. Placed it again ...
Den..
While connecting to PC through USB cable..
I pressed and hold the two volume buttons..
Connected cable..and.. Pressed both volume buttons as fast as I can after connecting cable.. And holded for two secs..
There. U can enter edl mode...
So that u can flash.. Global stable ROM..via mi flash tool...
If u failed...
Remove the battery connector . and.. Put it again..
Close mi flash.. Open it again.. Try to put the phone in edl again...
I don't know .this can be done in another easy way..
But.. I have done this way...
Tell me if u succeed..
can you execute "adb devices" and "adb reboot edl" in command window when connecting your phone to PC? if so, you might use latest MiFlash (20160330 or 20160401) to flash rom.
MIUI forum has a guide to rescue bricked redmi note 3, you should have a look at it.
The posts are http://en.miui.com/thread-274589-1-1.html and http://en.miui.com/thread-235865-1-1.html
If the vol + and - trick does not work, I was in the same situation and I ended up doing this: http://forum.xda-developers.com/redmi-note-3/how-to/redmi-note-3-pro-snapdragon-650-edition-t3367774
if you unlock official way, just run the unlock tools again

Best of luck. Let me know if anything else is still unclear to you.

thanks for help but none of above worked for me.
adb things will not work if phone just got to fastboot.
you must look on 'ports' section on device manager.
it will detect qcom hs-usb qloader 9008 if you're on edl mode (you can use miflash on this situation).
but on bricked phone it will show qcom hs-usb diagnostic 900e if you try to enter edl. here you can't do anything.
the only working solution known is by disassembling the phone and use test-point method.
but luckily I don't have to do it. mine works just by re-unlock using unlock tool.
just apply the unlock code with your last entered mi account on phone. when you got the sms, go unlock it

Sorry to chime in (and open up this discussion) months later, but: I have marshall london bootloader interface Here's the thread with my issue http://en.miui.com/thread-362628-1-1.html (if you don't mind). My phone has finally powered off after bootlooping for hours (was able to switch between fastboot mode and mi logo bootloop). Waiting to recharge and try and enter recovery or try this (http://xiaomitips.com/guide/how-to-put-redmi-note-3-into-edl-mode/). Maybe you have some other pointers for me? Please? I'm nearing my wits end
Hope this isn't rude and all and hope you have some ideas. Thanks in advance!

Get TWRP and root after updating to Nougat
This method worked for me, but be aware, it might not work for your specific device. in a worst-case scenario, you'll brick your device - proceed at your own risk!
For devices with UNLOCKED BOOTLOADER! This guide does not show you how to unlock the bootloader
BIG thanks to @tamahouse02, @bkores, @S0wL and @tron1 for the help they gave me when trying to do this on my own device. This post is just a compilation of everything we tested over the old questions/answers post.
How To:
Set up axon7tool and download TWRP
Download axon7tool from here. Thanks tennear for the awesome tool
Download TWRP for ailsa_ii, newest one available. I used 3.1.0.0
Download Zadig and throw the exe somewhere
I asume that you already have adb installed, if not install it with 15 seconds installer
Put axon7tool on your adb folder, rename it to axon7tool.exe
Put TWRP image on the same folder, rename it to recovery.img (you NEED TO BE ABLE TO SEE THE FILE EXTENSION! Google how to enable that)
Duplicate the recovery.img, rename it recovery.bin, keep it in the same place
Connect your phone, enable USB debugging, open CMD and run adb reboot edl
Open Device Manager once your phone looks like it's off. You should see a Qualcomm HS-USB QDLoader 9008 under Ports - COM & LPT, uninstall it AND TICK DELETE DRIVER SOFTWARE TOO and hold the three buttons of your phone (vol buttons and power) for quite a lot of time, until you see that the device manager list refreshes. If Windows attempts to install the driver cancel it at once, repeat the process if it did install it (it appears as a Qualcomm thing again). After holding the 3 buttons you should see an unidentified device named QUSB_BULK
After you have the QUSB_BULK device fire up Zadig and Install the driver.
Flash TWRP using axon7tool
Hold the 3 buttons of your phone again until device manager refreshes
Open CMD on your adb folder (go to the folder, SHIFT+right click anywhere, open command window here)
run axon7tool -r recovery gpt boot
Leave CMD open. Go to the folder where the tool is and make a folder named backups or whatever, put all the backups there (recovery_backup.bin for example)
You should have made a recovery.img and recovery.bin there before. Check that you left them there, just to be sure
Finally, on the CMD window, run axon7tool -w recovery. If it fails try holding the three buttons, opening cmd again and trying this step again. otherwise post your error here
If it succeeds disconnect your usb cable from the phone BEFORE THE COUNTDOWN ENDS, then hold the power button for like an eternity until the phone reboots. If you don't do this your TWRP will be replaced by the stock recovery. you only have to do the previous step again in that case, don't worry.
Either while the phone is booting or with adb after it gets to system, get to the recovery and test if it boots. Congrats if it does!
Install SuperSU
You probably know how to do this if you came this far. If you don't:
Download SuperSU 2.79 from somewhere on the internet
Get to TWRP
Flash SuperSU
Avoid the inherent nervous breakdown that the initial bootloop causes (in layman's terms, don't freak out, let it do its thing)
Done
Get Fastboot
Download this ZIP (thanks @sToRm1nG) and put it in the root of your phone's storage
Go to TWRP and flash the ZIP
Boot system and adb reboot edl
Now we need to replace the Zadig driver, sorry you'll find QUSB_BULK under USB devices (bottom of the list in English), uninstall and check Delete driver software too
Hold the 3 keys
Windows might attempt to install the driver. Leave it, hopefully it will. You need to get Qualcomm HS-USB QDLoader 9008. If it appears as an unknown device google for the driver (just google Qualcomm HS-USB QDLoader 9008 driver and you'll get it) and install it, then hold the 3 buttons and check if the QDLoader 9008 appears under Ports COM&LPT
Download MiFlash from here, and the fastboot package from here
Unpack the fastboot package somewhere, be careful not to unpack it like a folder with another one inside, but rather one folder directly with all the stuff inside
Open MiFlash and select the folder that you unpacked
Select Refresh, then your device should appear. if it doesn't then you didn't reload EDL or you didn't install the Qualcomm drivers, simply do that again. If it appears go ahead and choose Flash
Reboot and try if it worked, by selecting Fastboot from the 5 sec menu or using adb once you're booted
All done. I'm not a developer of any kind, so I'm afraid i won't be able to help with specific errors. But most simple errors you could have are described here, so you should have little trouble doing the procedure.
Hope the best of luck to y'all while doing this
I just tested unfortunately with the much less easy to read original problem thread that described process works fine! Thanks!
Thanks for the Guide!
My Axon 7 (G-Modell - Nougat 7.1.1) is located in the EDL and is under Device Manager as
"Qualcomm HS-USB QDLoader 9008" detected, but MiFlash does not recognize it. The latest drivers from Qualcomm are installed and I use the original cable from ZTE, but it does not want to be recognized ;-(

Did you try to get to TWRP? Does it show the BL unlocked screen, or just the boot logo?
Otherwise try to get to fastboot however you can, then flash TWRP again, or you can try getting to EDL and restoring the backups that you hopefully made. I have no idea how the DFU mode thing is, but I would do some research on that. I'm no dev

@icaros1530 Huh I've just installed 7.1.1 official today, so I have to do the process again. I've just opened MiFlash and it detects stuff nicely. The device appears as COM5 on MiFlash and the driver is under Ports (COM & LPT) with the name Qualcomm HS-USB QDLoader 9008 (COM5)

Thanks for checking and posting the screenie. I've been on the issue since yesterday now and found a suggestion to try on a different computer, so I tried again and it worked on my win10 notebook. So issue is insofar solved as my smartphone is now running 7.1.1 and rooted and all. Why miflash just can't connect on my win10 pc.. I have no clue. I've rebooted device and pc tons of time with different drivers, even trying the old root methods, used zadig whatever. Everything looks the way it should - but some minor thing hiding somewhere just won't let it work.
td;dr: if miflash can't connect try different computer..

That doesn't work for me. The command reboots the device, but Adaway keeps saying host files couldn't be copied.
SOLVED: for 7.1.1. we seem to need the systemless version of adaway. I picked up version 3.2 from here and it works perfectly: https://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2190753
@icaros1530 lol I'm gonna add that to the OP (try different computers if it doesn't work)
All these programs are extremely nitpicky it seems!
And I uploaded 2 pictures, but only one showed up, so I just deleted them and added some text. That's why i edited, i just wanted to make that clear
Thanks dude! Clear and simple instructions, got TWRP and root running on my A2017G 7.1.1

Yes using Miflash
A few reboots of phone and laptop and it flashed.
Hy everyone, I am in this situation since last Friday. Read and tried many guides and tutorials without luck. Here is my situation:
- I have the MEG7 version, I'm in south america. I don't know which version of MIUI I had before the brick (maybe a global fake one?), the phone was working excellent. Friday appears an OTA update of 225 mb, download and executed. After that the phone stucks in a bootloop, just the MI logo, powered by android appears a second and restart.
- Read guides and forums, then I did the test point according to knowhows.net/fix-xiaomi-redmi-5-plus-fake-rom-boot-loop on a 64 bit win10 laptop. The pc recognized the COM qualcomm port, I used the latest miflash 7.4.25.
flashed success stable cn rom but accidentally chose the "flash all and lock" option -> bootloop remains
flashed success dev cn rom -> bootloop remains
flashed success stable global rom -> bootloop remains
flashed success dev global rom -> bootloop remains :crying:
Tried other tools I read in miui forums, like XiaoMiTool, downloaded both china roms (global were not available, maybe due the mi site update?), the bootloop remains.
Keep reading, tried with the beta version of miflash, the proccess was endless, not luck.
Tried with and old miflash version 2016.08.30, the proccess end successfully but bootloop remains.
At this point didn't know what to do, tried to flash with miflash but with the device in fastboot mode, a "flash modem error" appears just 3 second after the start. Perhaps this error can give some clues of the real problem? :crying:
Now I'm starting to get frustrated. Could be the pc? I just have my laptop. If nothing works will borrow a win 7 32 bit pc. I used two usb cables to try luck, no luck. But, which is the correct rom to flash? the global or the china stable? I read can't flash dev roms with locked bootloader.
I tried almost everything, will preciate your kind help.

I guess that the successive flashings after relock bootloader were not really sucessfull.
When you using method point what you did after that? tried with miflash tool or miphone flash tool? so miflash tool don´t work in edl (download) mode, it is for fastboot mode.
Try enter to recovery with pwr + vol up and when appears logo mibunny release pwr button and do a format data and see what happens
MEG7 with locked bootloader needs global rom, not China one, stable or dev doesn't matter.
unlock your bootloader. altough your phone is bootloped. my situations is 100% same as yours. i spent lot of roms also. untill i try unlock (bootlooped phone) but succes. try it bro i hope succes. after succes you can flash into EDL mode and the phone booting normally.

Yes. I read one guide about that After to understand it, I flashed two global stable roms
- vince_global_images_V9.5.11.0.NEGMIFA_20180521.0000.00_7.1_global
- vince_global_images_V9.2.6.0.NEGMIEK_20180122.0000.00_7.1_global
I did the proccess succesfully, at least the miflash shows that.
But after the reboot, the device stops in "powered by android" and reboot again

First of all try to unlock bootloader, follow this tutorial and download Xiaomi Unlock tool from here: https://www.xiaomigeek.com/download-mi-flash-unlock-tool.html I´m not sure if this works if you didn´t linked before a miaccount onto your device and didn´t enable USB debugging and OEM unlock before.
MiFlash tool from here https://www.xiaomigeek.com/download-xiaomi-mi-flash-tool.html works in fastboot mode.
MiPhone flash tool from here http://chinagadgetsreviews.blogspot.com/2015/11/download-miphone-tools-for-flashing.html works in edl/download mode.
If you can´t unlock bootloader then you can try with MiPhone flash tool, to get in edl mode you have to first of all download and install the drivers for this method from here https://www.androidgyd.com/qualcomm-hs-usb-qdloader-9008-driver.html and open device manager from pc so your device has to be detected like qualcomm HS-USB qdloader 9008 and there are three methods as far I know to enter in download mode although one or more couldn´t eventually work:
- Pressing the three buttons at same time to connect to pc you have to get a short vibration then release inmediately.
- Second method trying to avoid to open backcover of device, search or made by your own a "cable edl" it´s not so difficult to do it (just youtube)
- Test point method is the last resort.
MiPhone flash tool works both unlocked or locked devices.

Wow, you gave me new ideas to try, really really thanks. Didn't know about miphone flash tool. I'll use tonight.
- When I did the test point the pc recognized the device in the COM ports, as a qualcomm hs-usb 9008, as I know, when this happens the phone is in EDL mode right?
- I have tried to unlock BL with the official tool too, but couldn't because of the device was not binded to my account. Anyway I have found this thread http://en.miui.com/thread-246705-1-1.html with some info I didn't know, about kedacom driver and disconecting internet, don't know if will work but I will give a try.
If I have luck I will let you know

After a few hours I tried the suggestions.
1.- Downloaded the MIFLASH UNLOCK tool from the mi web, tried to unlocl the BL, not success "account is not bound to device"
2.- Downloaded MIPHONE TOOL, I saw is similar to Miflash, but the last Miphone of the link is from 2014, nevertheless I tried with the device in EDL (with test point and the COM port), gave me this error:
"insufficient storage space to process this command :crying:
I observed that MiFlash works in EDL too, I mean, doing the test point recognize the device in the COM port too.
Also, I tried to flash a Global Rom with MiFlash but this time in fastboot, the device is recognized with many numbers. But I get this error:
At this point I really don't know what to do.
I guess I need to find a way to unlock the bootloader without bound account to the device.
Could this be useful? Before the brick, I added my Mi account in the device and I still can see it in Mi Cloud web:
Maybe I can contact xiaomi customer support and ask them to give me the permission to unlock the device.
I won't give up!

Here three things that you should try; other version of MiPhone tool, flash directly twrp, begin and wait the unlock process......
1- As far I know MiFlash tool doesn´t work in edl mode, just recognices device. Here you have a version from 2016 of MiPhone tool https://xiaomiflashtool.com/download/xiaomi-flash-tool-20160401 you have to set the path to your firmware folder next to "browser" box upper left there is an option to configure the files (prog_emmc_firehose_8953_ddr.mbn, patch0.xml, rawprogram0.xml) that are needed to flash the rom.
2 - Also, you can move all the rest of files and put only recovery (custom twrp) and after flash some custom rom from twrp, there are some threads explaining this process.
3 - To unlock bootloader you have to begin a process, put your sim onto other device and request to Xiaomi with this number and you should have to wait for the process, read carefully the thread specially the first steps https://forum.xda-developers.com/redmi-note-5/how-to/how-to-how-to-unlock-redmi-5-plus-t3750250

Time of flashing
Does anyone know how much is the average time to flash with miflash or miphone? In my notebook, win10 64 bit, dual core takes 700 - 900 seconds. I see in other images that finishes in 100 - 200 sec.
I have same problem like you in my MEG7

Hello and thank you for your help.
I actually installed the drivers AFTER MI PC suite failed to detect my device, at that time windows displayed it as just "android device".
Fastboot CMD show me this, it's correctly working?
I don't have time to try the EDL method today, I'll give it a try tomorrow. Will it work on a unlocked(I meant Locked) device?

So, now I have android 6 and MIUI 10 (previously I had MIUI 8), should I upgrade to a better ROM?
Hello to everybody.
Dear friends I post this to guide (only unlocked bootloader rooted phones) you through the steps that I used to succesfully recover my Xiaomi M9T
from a hard brick (by that time only edl mode was available).
Since Xiaomi has decided to lock down their Mi flash tool, and only special authorized accounts have an access to their utility tool.
was almost impossible (by yourself) to recover your phone from a hard brick situation.
I found a way arround to xiaomi tool with a 100% succesfull 1st atempt with my own phone it worked flawlessly.
Forget the point to point jumbers with a required open phone procedure.
Forget the authorized account holders with a teamviewer use of your computer and a fee for their services (logical).
Forget returning back your phone to any authorized repair center for a revival for what ever cost.
Below you will find al the steps one by one.
First thing you need is to install: minimal_adb_fastboot_v1.4.3_setup. https://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2317790.
Run it and put "Y" and hit enter all the way through.
Second you need to install: TOOL_ALL_IN_ONE_2.0.1.1. https://forum.xda-developers.com/android/software/tool-tool-one-driversunlocktwrpfactory-t3358711

Press tab advance options.
under the advance options window press first the tab Set ADB and fastboot privileges system wide.
It will asc you for confirmation press the tab again with the same Set ADB and fastboot privileges system wide.
Then press the tab Open a free terminal with ADB and fastboot privileges.
and type in the terminal the cmd fastboot oem edl,
It will say ADB boot oem edl OK. (unforunatelly I have no screen print from this one).
You will know at once because your phone goes from fastboot (bunny) screen to black screen and enters edl mode, is normal do not be alarmed.
In your computer you will see now under setting> devices> Qualcomm HS-USB QDLoader 9008. That is a good thing you are now in edl mode.
From there go back to already running all in one tool.
Press the tab Flash Factory images, you will go to the respective screen (below).
Select Flash all, and press the download factory image china.
Immediately will redirect you by a pop up window to the chinese site of the MIUI.
Scroll down and you will come across the Redmi K20 rom, downloaded and save it to your desktop.
Once is done decompress twice from tgz. file, to tar. file, to ready to flash rom file.
Now come back to all in one tool, and select the rom from the browsing tab, go to the desktop folder where you have previously download the roam and select the ready to flash (unzipep file) once is loaded hit flash Rom and seat back.
The ADB terminal will start the flashing procedure you will know from the very beggining if everything is normal,
Because the terminal shows the file is being prossesed and the time for each action with a followed OK
During the procedure it will break up between two or three stages of the flashing, momentarily again do not be alarmed.
If everything goes well the operation will finish with a gorgeous redmi bootup logo.
(once again I apologize no screen shot taken in advance for this step)
It will finally bootup to system, allthough it might not, But one more time do not be worried, officially you have succeded reviving your hard bricked phone.
From there if is not completing bootup simply press volume up+power botton and you have the official recovery, (in chinese of course) but you can easily
find an image with the english tab designation, hit wipe data, and reboot again, voila there you are back in bussiness.
All the gredits go to the developers of the above used tools, since I just was lucky enough to find the way through.
Good luck to all Mi9T/K20 xiaomi owners with your phone revival process.
Best regards to all of you.
P.S.
Forgive my English for any syntax or grammar errors.
I wish I had more time to spend for a more comprehensive guide.

wow, this is too good to be true ? hope it will works for ppl who have brick. thanks
Awesome news, THX
Thank you for providing us an alternative way of reviving hard bricked devices. I hope this also fix similar problems but with a locked bootloader.
btw can i just unlock bootloader easily from this tool?
@Fantomduck Wait wait, i missread in your post "(only for unlocked bootloader)" So this is tutorial for those who have already unlocked bootloader to unbrick device or what? im confused now... bcs if we have unlocked bootloader there is no point to do this steps u described then, we can simply flash any stock rom on unlocked bl and unbrick drvice.
Yeah from what I understand, it basically flash the rom via EDL mode, but for unlocked bootloader. But why bother with EDL when the bootloader already unlocked? Also, I thought we can only flash ROM via EDL with authenticated tokens?
If this app can flash rom via EDL without special authentication, it should works for both unlocked and locked bootloader, though it might be different for Mi 9T Pro.
Very interesting nevertheless.
Hello again,
Just a clarification regarding, "I tried one more ultimate time, and boom success".
I ment tried one more time, by using alternative ways such the one that I post .
Not the Mi flash tool.
Well I guess thanks for taking the time to write this guide, however it's not applicable to hard bricked phones, and all the AIO tool does is use fastboot commands, that's the reason it requires fastboot access with unlocked bootloader.
Hard brick means :
- No fastboot at all. No way to boot to it on the phone. Plain black screen and nothing else.
- Stuck in fastboot with bootloader LOCKED and wrong ROM installed ("system has been destroyed"/"this MIUI can't be installed on your device")
Unfortunately for hard brick cases your only option will still require an authorized EDL account (and short the test pins for the 1st case) and only by using Mi Flash Tool.
Hi, yes I flased my phone via EDL Mode since I had no other option, (hard brick) the system was erased by a terrible mistake and the phone was only opening to fastboot mode, no matter what. And if you have hard bricked device you can not flash it in fast boot mode simply because your computer can not see the phone.

If your phone can boot to fastboot and the bootloader is unlocked then it's not hard bricked and can be recovered simply with fastboot commands. If you couldn't see the phone on the computer it was probably because of missing drivers or possibly fastboot/adb not running with admin rights, which I guess the AIO tool seems to fix with the "set ADB and fastboot privileges in system wide" option...
Yeah I thought so, as that app is basically a GUI version of fastboot and adb command. But I appreciate the effort to help people in here to recover their phones.

Dear ShiningScias.
Hello, well I guess then, I was on the shoft bricked side?
Thank you for making that clear to me, I then have to apologize, to everybody that I have mislead, with an assumption that was not the correct one.
I misunderstood what the hard brick is, I think probably i had jumped to that conclusion because when I was searching for rooting my phone I came across with so many tutorials and advices not to make any mistake while shifting between roms with ARB or else the outcome will be a hard brick.
Best regards.

Thus not adb debuging authorization to comunication with the device for reflashing. So only EDL Mode that qualcom put in place for such an awkward situation
At that time the only tools and knoledge I had regarding my newly purchased phone Mi9T was:
A) Flashing through Mi flash tool (which is locked for everyone to use without special account) I found it out afterward.
B) the all in one tool, that I found when I was looking for help in xda forums, which is for unlocked phones, as it states in the main window.
Said that before, I started looking for how to flash it in edl mode.
Nobody new then (a week ago) how to revive, bring back to "life" their phones( Mi9/K20 and Pro variants).
The general idea that was floating around regarding hard bricked devices.
Was the option of having a person with authorized account for flashing, to enter to your computer, and flash it for you,
( after opening the back cover and disconnect the battery, while make jumper between the the special points on the PCB).
To return the phone back to have it repaired, Xiaomi's suggestion.
I tried many times the mi flash tool, even when I was logging in, my xiaomi account said "this computer is bound to your account you can start now", but with no luck.
So Before I take my phone and bring it to a service center, for flashing for 55 euro.
I tried one more ultimate time, and boom success.
From what I know locked phones, can not be hard bricked since the system will not let you roll back, or flash not original xiaomi rom.
I posted the way arround to the Mi flash tool, that I came accross by trying to flash a bricked device , for everybody to overcome the authorization problem.
I am not a developer nor an expert regarding android programming, I just have little experience from previous devices that I messed arround by trial and error.

You haved probably problem with fastboot drivers for your phone. Bcs this tool u used to boot EDL mode is also using fastboot first to boot in EDL so how u boot EDL if u told before that your phone can't be recognised by fastboot on your pc ?
I guarantee u can easily unbrick device with unlocked bootloader using only miflash or using fastboot command on adb. So there is no point to do all steps in description.
Wait. If i will unlock bootloader, and for some reason it will fail and brick, it will be bricked on locked bootloader or unlocked?
Is this method works with a GLOBAL image flash to a chinesse K20?

But can AIO tool reallly flash in EDL mode without Auth Mi account ? , or AIO tool will reboot to fastboot again and flash it ?
My phone is completely messed up right now. All I did was flash spark os (A12) over PPUI (A11) and then my phone didn't boot. I flashed that ROM via fastboot flash tool. I think it was the tool which caused this problem. After so many tries, my phone booted but wifi, sound and many other functions aren't working. Then I tried flashing some other ROM but TWRP/Ofox kept giving some "error 7". Then I tried flashing fastboot ROM with 3 versions of Mi flashtool but it keeps giving some kind of CRC flash error. Please help me I'm too much worried right now.
if you flash through fastboot tool do you see any error (if yes then tell us more about the error )if not and rom starts with some issues try flashing the latest firmware

now my phone screen has gone black and it won't turn on. Computer still detects it as I'm hearing some sound
I was flashing fastboot ROM using mi flashtool and it gave me error. When I tried to turn on the phone, it didn't turn on. However, when I connect it to PC, the PC makes some sound. What do I do now?
boot your phone into fastboot mode and then connect it to pc and install this rom
https://sourceforge.net/projects/xiaomi-eu-multilang-miui-roms/files/xiaomi.eu/MIUI-STABLE-RELEASES/MIUIv12/xiaomi.eu_multi_HMNote10_V12.0.5.0.RKGMIXM_v12-11-fastboot.zip/download
extract the zip file and you will see a file (install for first time) open it and if all goes well it will flash the rom

I can't even boot into fastboot mode. Screen stays black no matter what key combo I try
The following steps should put your phone into fastboot.
1) Phone off
2) Connect the USB cable to the computer (not the phone for now)
3) Hold the volume down button only
4) Still hold and connect the USB cable to the phone
Now the telefo should start fastboot mode.

Didn't work. I guess EDL mode is my last hope now.
Starting EDL mode can be a problem. At present, perhaps EDL cables no longer work and if the phone does not allow you to enter the EDL by key combinations, the only test points left are on the phone's motherboard. With test points, the question is whether the correct points have already been found. The manufacturer does not inform about them.
What driver is loaded in Windows when the phone is connected?
So the test points are already known:
It works by disconnecting the battery to completely shut down the hardware. Conductively connect the test points (tweezers, scissors) and with the points connected, connect the USB cable plugged into the PC. This activates the EDL mode (sometimes only very briefly). You need to have MiFlash running beforehand and use "refresh" and "Flash" right away. If nothing happens, probably the EDL mode has already been switched off again.
For flash in EDL mode you can normally use MiFlash with ROM for fastboot.
If the Qualcomm HS-USB QDLoader 9008 Windows driver is loaded, this is the EDL mode.

I wonder how did my phone boot into edl mode although I never opened its back cover.
And right now the problem is that Mi Flashtool is showing some edl authentication error. How do I resolve that?
First, it is very important to call things by their correct name, otherwise misunderstandings and mistakes in procedure can arise. What do you mean "Mi Flahtool"?
You should have used this:
https://www.xiaomiflash.com/downloads/MiFlash20181115.zip
I think the flashtool version of 2017 works without any problem, coz, recently I unbricked my Poco x2 with this version of flashtool. The latest versions of flashtools are getting errors. And move the flash files to C: partition mandatory

No matter which version I try, it always gives this error and asks for id and password. And when I enter that, nothing happens.
Bro, connect to a VPN , change the language of auth window and bind your mi account details there. And give it a try on tool version 2017.4.25... If nothing works go for edl.
