How to unlock the bootloader if the oem is not already check..because my phone was bootloop..

You have to restore it using rsd lite method

How are you dumping the verizon firmware? Ive got the republic wireless XT1049 here and ive been trying to use ROMDUMP to get the firmware off since the bootloader is locked, but am having trouble.

Btw u can also use the att or tmobile version to update

Thanks !! But correct me if im wrong ...all the moto x have the same hardware and the only difference is the modem ..so i could flash any rom if i had my rogers modem to flash after that?

VZW version has the option of the Turkish language but my device XT1053. What should I do?

Even if u don't have ur Rogers modem u can also flash the att or tmo

I'm from Turkey. My device is Moto X XT1053 and no Turkish language. VZW Moto X version has Turkish language. I want to make Turkish my device. What should I do?

If you can unlock the boot loader, then I believe you can flash the firmware AFAIK

Well you can't flash Verizon because that's for the CDMA variant, you need gsm firmware, but now that your boot loader is unlocked you can root it and then apply Turkish language pack, I assume there something available

There is a tutorial on how to root the Moto E in general section.
It's noob friendly but if you have any difficulties you can ask for help on that thread.

There isn't any CM11 ROM for surnia. The phone released with lollipop so there wasn't any kitkat development.
Why Kitkat?? We have great lollipop and marshmallow ROMs.

Well, I'm not running the rom you are using (I'm using AEX) and the best kernel I've found so far is FireKernel.
There are other alternatives like: QualiaKernel or SquidKernel. Hope I helped
