Hello there, everyone! I need your help as to what my be causing this. I have installed Superuser and have explored the system with Root Explorer and have seen that in System/bin there are two files that are having their permissions denied: garden_app and qmi_ta_service, so I think that is the cause of the problem. I have already went back to stock, but still the same and the screen flickers alot when I try to view images and videos and sometimes the screen completely shots off and have to turn it on again. Can someone help me, please?
Almost the same thing happened to me, but with errox 0x55
I tried reflashing with flashtool but the error is still there.
Unlock the bootloader

I'm going to try to root the phone, so that I can backup the Ta keys and try to unlock the bootloader and refresh the Ta keys to see if that helps.

Hi,
I rooted my x10 mini, went into system apps folder and unfortunately I deleted many things inside the apps folder. Now the phone boots, shows Sony Ericsson splash and restarts. It keeps doing that and I cannot get my phone on. Can you please suggest how can I get this phone working again?
Unless you got xrecovery already installed and know whats missing from the phone that's creating this situation you need to reflash.
I removed the apps folder from system. That is creating the problem. Is there any way to install the firmware again without turning the phone on?

Hello people, I really hope you can help me out on this one. I own the Sony Xperia U, which I had succesfully bootloader unlocked and rooted months ago. It had been runing ICS smoothly and everything was working great, until two days ago, when the screen started ocasionally missing/ignoring taps/sweeps. It was a real pain to type since it would miss a letter or more in every word I typed. I decided to do a factory reset, and so did I. The problem was not fixed. Now, I'm dealing with more: My computer does absolutely nothing when I connect the XU, and the phone itself only recognizes a charger. The same in debugging mode. Superuser does not work (can't get root access despite it says it has granted the rights), I can't even uninstall Superuser. What are my options? Can I somehow flash some things and do a full reset of the phone? I have CWM Recovery installed!
Thanks in advance!
PS: The main ambition is to get rid of everything but the screen problem. I'll probably replace the digitizer after that.
Anyone? Sorry for second post!
Proberly hardware problem. But you unlocked your bootloader and your pc is now as good as nothing. Just pay for the repair :-\

Well, I would recommend to flash stock again to remove root and relocking the bootloader and if the problem gets solved, root it again.

Fixed it by flashing stock ftf! Thanks!
hi guys,
I'm new to this and I probably made the most stupid thing!
No one is to blame but me.
I wanted to root my xperia U with software version 6.1.1.c.1.10.
After hours of searching and applying all these information in order to unlock the boot loader and installing adb drivers, fastboot etc., I decided to apply the kernel that I've found to the following thread:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/xperia-u/u-development/kernel-advanced-stock-kernel-t1688147
Since then I cannot make my phone boot again. All I get is SONY and a blue light that goes away after a while, but SONY stays there forever.
So have I complete destroyed my phone? Should I see if its flying through out the window? or is there a chance for restoring it?
Thank you for your time.

So, I already had some issues with this device and they've been pretty similar, in a way that the problem always starts with random reboots when the power button is pressed. About two weeks ago I took it to a technician, because all sorts of connectivity (3G/Wi-fi/Bluetooth) simply stopped working, after yet another reboot. About 3 days ago I got it back and it was working fine except for the fact that the initial boot Motorola logo (The green one before the other logo animations) wasn't showing up. He told me it was fine because it was only an aesthetic problem because he couldn't find that image for my device's resolution.
This morning when i was going to work i picked up my XT1025 Moto E to check for messages and it suddenly restarted. So when I turn it back on, not only the animations did not pop up, but after some time all i get is a black screen, no UI whatsover, all I can do is turn off/restart the phone. At random times when I turn on the screen, it's content shows up but I can't click anything, and then an error message pops up saying that ''system has stopped responding''. I've tried many things to fix it, but nothing has worked so far.
What i've tried:
-Wiping cache partition did not work
-Factory resetting did not work either
-Unlocking bootloader (but apparently it was unlocked already)
-Flashing a custom recovery did not work for some reason...
These last two were on the ''All-In-One Guide'' by neo.ank and honestly I have no idea what i should do to fix this problem - I was thinking about reinstalling the stock ROM but i'd rather ask here first for you guys suggestions... (like i said, complete newb here).
Sorry for the long post and bad english, hopefully someone can help me out on this.

I think it's currently using lollipop 5.1.
If u want to get back to stock 5.1 then flash stock rom. Then download the firmware from below link .
http://www.androidfilehost.com/?fid=24052804347783250
and download the batch file
https://www.androidfilehost.com/?fid=24269982087018369
1. Boot ur phone in fastboot mode then.
2. Extract the firmware and batch file on same folder and click on the batch file.
3. Click on the Fashtool batch file.
