T mobile doesn't support mms via WiFi. Disable that setting in any 3rd party app.

I spoke with a T Mobile rep about this and did some redditing. The problem is MMS in "3rd party" clients which even includes programs like hangouts and text secure. If you're not on their network the picture will not come through because when the server checks your connection it will only see your wifi and it won't think your wifi is authorized to see the picture. T Mobile support was only so helpful, they said they'd consider fixing it in a future patch for the phone so unless you flash a custom ROM you won't get this resolved any sooner. To view the picture turn off wifi for a second. I want a freaking data credit for that bull****. Charge me by the GB then force me to use their connection to use my phone? Boo hiss.

T-Mobile and VoLTE

Does z2 supports VoLTE on T-Mobile USA
I think its model spesific
I have a Europe Generic device where it suports all global 2/3/4G networks

No idea if anyone has made an app that would do that. It's a niche request, but perhaps someone has put up a firewall or port forwarding type app that would be capable.
The way that I would do it is to use the command line program, iptables.
