hello. I use z2 D6503. When i flash Stock preroot+recovery MM 23.5.0.A.570 or eXistenz 1.00 MM, then flash fix boot loop zip file. everything works normally, except the volume key on my headsets. when I press volume (+) the phone becomes volume (-), when i press volume (-) the phone becomes the key button on smartconnect. If i use stock FTF MM build 570 or not use fix boot loop zip file then this does not happen. Anyone had a problem with that?

Thanks to all the guys posting in this forum.
I finally managed to:
- unlock bootloader with the hardware trick (without loosing DRM?)
- upgrade from stock FW 335 to 368
- unroot device
so far i can help anyone having troubles with it
now i need to:
- install CM7.1 using rom manager, but the question is:
which is the Clockworkmod Recovery for the SK17? (it's not listed in the RM options).
Thanks for answering

he meant recovery mode. you can enter it by pressing volume down key during first 5 seconds of boot. you should wipe data and apply cm7 zip file there.
but i cant enter it. im wondering if i have to replace boot.img first :S

people are reporting that menu LEDs are very bright. do you know if theres a way to reduce brightness or disable the light completely?
for what i know this the vol down at boot should trigger the Clockworkmod Recovery, but as I cannot install it it's obvious that we cannot see it...
inside update-cm-7.1.0-XperiaMiniPro-SK17i-signed.zip there is a boot.img but don't know how to handle it... :-/
is it that the file that should be flashed using fastboot?

yes, boot.img via fastboot.
the instructions are on the official CM thread. here's the post for Mini Pro. http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=16822404&postcount=4
so i must:
1: estract boot.img from update-cm-7.1.0-XperiaMiniPro-SK17i-signed.zip
2: flash via fastboot
3: put update-cm-7.1.0-XperiaMiniPro-SK17i-signed.zip on the sd card
4: trigger the recovery mode via vol down on boot
5: flash CM7.1?
right?

i believe so.
there are some issues. LEDs under menu keys are super bright, and some people are reporting vibration and keyboard layout issues. keyboard layout can be solved (theres a thread for it) and vibration could be due to not wiping data before applying CM. keyboard layout could be due it as well.
so basically, LEDs is the only known issue right now.

hello,
you cannot use KingRoot.
most mtk67** devices are not supported.
I have used Kingroot with MT6735p with a Haier L58 phone and it worked succesfully, just give it a try, if the program can't do it, will let you know, just remember you can try it with the PC too.

Hello,
I've been using Mido over one year, never faced such a weird problem.Whenver I flash Pie Based Roms the whole screen goes blank when the Rom boots up.I've followed each & every instructions as per OP,still same result but everything works fine on Oreo/Nougat based Roms.I've used TWRP by warabhishek/Pitchblack TWRP/OrangeFox TWRP,I'm on latest 8.9.6 firmware. Tried almost every pie based roms/GSI for Mido.
Can anyone provide a fix for this issue?
Edit : So I've fixed it myself after researching on the MIUI forum. Some people got this issue on various xiaomi devices after updating MIUI,After they did a Factory reset everything went normal. So I decided to test this,I did things, which are mentioned below.
1.I was on Oreo Rom so I flashed a fastboot miui rom.(Don't lock the bootloader)
2.After the Miui rom booted,Turned on the usb debugging
3.Booted into MIUI Recovery, Performed a factory reset (I know it sounds strange, but stay sure it's going to work)
4.Flashed Treble-TWRP by abhishek
5.Once again format data from advanced wipe (Need to remove the encryption)
6.Wipe system>data>cache>vendor
7.Flash any Pie Rom & Gapps
8.Reboot
Now you won't face that strange black screen issue anymore.
Thanks

Idk what's happening with you but I found this useful, while nobody had idea about this problem. You can try flashing older miui fastboot rom, like miui9/10 then perform a factory reset with miui default recovery.then try switching to other custom roms.Let me know the update.

You have flashed , stock ROM that means on first boot twrp will be replaced by stock recovery unless you flashed VB meta zip to retain twrp.
You are from which region ? Coz realme released same phone in diff part of world with different internal partitions. If you flash wrong region ro m even though for same phone , it can break your phone. Check if you can go to service center.

Phone region Realme XT, if you flash firmware from Realme EUEX, then it will completely block, as I understand it, when flashing a different drain, the system board goes into defense and besides replacing it there is no way to restore the phone?
