xt1526 can't install CM13.0 After Stock6.0. - E 2015 Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

hello,
I installed the stock 6.0 from this thread following all the instructions including flashing the gpt.bin and the bootloader downloadable on that page for the xt1526 6.0 stock.
I was having issues with the ROM and want to use CM13.0. So I factory reset everything and flashed the cm-13.0-20160523-NIGHTLY-surnia-recovery recovery. when I tried to install cm-13.0-20160523-NIGHTLY-surnia, It failed and threw the following error message
HTML:
This package is for device: XT1514, ..., XT1526 ...; this device is surnia_cdma.
My device information from bootloader:
HTML:
BL: 80.20
Baseband: <not found>
Product/Variant: surnia XT1526 8GB P3
Serial Number: TA09800X4S
CPU: MSM8916
also, motorola device manager says i'm on version 24.51.39

Moto E2 stuck at Bootloader

Hi there,
My moto e 2nd gen got stuck in bootloader and won't boot.
The monitor displays as below:
**********************************************
Start Up Failed:
Your device didn't start up successfully.
Use the Software Repair Assistant on computer to repair your device.
Connect your device to your computer to get the Software Repair Assistant.

In the Recovery Mode display, I see "qe 0/0" which I learned from the other thread that it means the device has never been rooted.
Below is how this happened;
I used the app called KingRoot.
But the app says failed to root the device.
My phone acted weird so I uninstalled KingRoot.
Then I tried to remove the .exe file of KingRoot but failed somehow.
Right after I just turned on some secure feature (which warns the user that the app may be harmful?) of the device, the device went black and displayed the bootloader screen.
Below is what I have done so far:
Wipe cache partition (successful), then Reboot the system (Failed)
Wipe data/factory reset (successful), then Reboot the system(Failed)
Apply update from ADB with the stock Rom I found in the [http://firmware.center/firmware/Motorola/Moto E (2nd gen-2015)/Stock/XT1527/] but received error as below,
***********************************************
Finding update package...
Opening update package...
Verifying update package...
E:footer is wrong.
E:signature verification failed.
Installation failed.
************************************************
Then, I flashed three image files (recovery, boot, bootloader) using fastboot command (without unlocking bootloader).
I did not use the bootloader unlocking command.
So I thought the flashing would failed but somehow succeeded only with recovery.imag.
I believe my device has never been rooted and the bootloader has never been unlocked.
Is it possible that KingRoot has modified some system files even when the device has never been rooted and the bootloader has never been unlocked?
And how can I fix my bricked moto e?
Could someone help me out on this please? :crying:

Hi Thank you for the reply and pointing-out.
I re-posted the thread in E 2015.
Regarding flashing stock rom, I flashed three image files and two of them failed due to the older version.
Is it possible to flash the entire files without unlocking the bootloader?
I have got marshmallow stock rom and have never tried to flash.
Hope you reply me back in my thread in Moto E 2015 forum.

[MT6592] Need help flashing recovery and custom rom on a generic Chinese tablet

Sorry if this has been asked before, but I've searched around for hours and couldn't find a solution.
Tablet Specification (from AnTuTu):
Brand: T906
CPU model: MT6592
Root: Yes
Android SDK version: 19 (Android 4.4)
Kernel: 3.4.67
Back story: so I bought a generic Chinese tablet online which came with android kitkat. The app I wanted to use (simply piano) unfortunately only runs on Android Lollipop and newer, so I wanted to flash custom rom.
Problem: I managed to root the tablet using KingRoot, but failed to flash custom recovery like TWRP and my understand is that you can't flash custom rom without a custom recovery.
What I've done: I found a twrp .img file that claims to work with the exact CPU and Kernel of my device here. I then attempted to flash said twrp using the following methods:
1. Androids apps (Flashify, RashR, Official TWRP App)
2. ADB and Fastboot (when I use 'fastboot flash recovery recovery.img', it says partition recovery 'recovery' not support flash)
3. Flashtool (followed the steps of this website)
Even after what seemed like a successful flash, whenever I try to boot to recovery, it just goes straight to normal startup and my lockscreen appears.
Any help would be greatly appreciated
Edit: I forgot to mention about the bootloader. I tried using the dialer method to check if the bootloader is unlocked but nothing pops up, then I tried the adb method (fastboot oem device-info) but it just shows blank. Then I tried the 'fastboot getvar unlocked', and it returned 'Unlocked: ', so I'm not really sure if the bootloader is unlocked but I just continued with it.
Also interested in a ROM. These generic 10" tabs are shockingly good for <£50 with just the software letting it down.

TWRP Unable to flash any ROM - Error 255

Hi everyone
First of all, some infos about my device
Security Level Patch: 2019-05-01
MIUI Version: Global Stable 10.3.3 (oCBMIXM)
Android Version: 8.1.0 O11019
Unlocked: True
Root: True (Magisk)
TWRP: twrp-3.3.1-0-cactus
RAM: 2GB
Storage: 16GB
Everything seems to work well except one thing... I can't flash any Custom rom.
The error :
Checking for Digest file...
Skipping Digest check: no Digest file found
Updater process ended with ERROR: 255

I wanted to Try pixel Experience or Lineage OS 15.1. I tried to flash both of them via TWRP but I've got the same error for the two of them .
I've already tried in several ways
Flashing again the TWRP
Installing from internal storage
Installing from the external storage
Wiping cache/dalvik
Wiping data
re-flashing the stock rom (using the MiFlasher tool)
The thing is i'm not a total newbie in flashing roms (I'm an entusiast since the Samsung Ace era), but this time I'm kinda flattered because I can't understand the reason of the problem and can't figure out how to solve it.
Any tips?
Thanks in advance.
