does any of you here have a stock firmware of O+ 8.37z or at least knows where I can find one? I can't find one anywhere. a phone repair shop found one at gsm sandwich but I do not have access on that site. I don't know what to do. I really need one to fix my phone. I don't have money to get it fixed or find a new one It has got a Trojan virus and some important system apps have been deleted. now my phone cannot install/uninstall apks, it cannot read sim cards, cannot open messages, default keyboard missing, Bluetooth missing. I cannot fix it. Please help.

I have a Huawei mediapad s7-931u and I wasn't happy with its firmware, so I downloaded the new update from the manufacturer's website and upgraded using the SD. then I rooted my phone. after that, any change in the phone apps or connecting to Hisuit would result in changing my ringtone to phone's original one. what's really funny is that that ringtone cant be found anywhere and I have searched system/media/audio three times and I could not find it. and also, the name of the ringtone in the settings/sound is the one I have chosen but that does not ring! even other ringtones of the phone do not work.
now I have unrooted my phone which I thought would be the solution. But IT IS NOT. the original firmware is deleted from the Huawei website and I don't have a back up. the problem is still bothering me. I would really appreciate any thoughts on the matter. Thanks.

I'm looking for someone to help me with Acer Z3 (z130) phone.
There was OTA update on saturday which left me with bricked phone.
I boot ok, I can go to recovery but that's it.
There is no update image available to re-flash it - even acer support can't provide me with it.
There is option to do backup from app on the phone which save apps and data to a file on sd card.
I'm asking for someone to backup apps (not contacts or anything like that) and upload to some box or dropbox so I could try to restore it to my phone.
Acer agreed to "repair" phone but in the same time told me that any software issues are chargeable .
Any help welcome.

Hello, guys, some days ago my phone broke, and I bought for my partner and me the Lenovo A916 from eBay. Unfortunately for us the phones came with a Trojans and spyware pre-installed and unable to delete them, at the start I panicked but after a while I read online that the only solution was to root the phone and remove the programs. As I am not a tech guy, I could only do it through a program like king root (as it is easy, a few clicks). While the Trojans and the spyware are gone, our phones seem to have many issues: random installation of apps, random adverts, SMS delay to arrive at the sender and sometimes to receive. Is there any way to install any good rom (If I am not mistaken that what's its called and you do it through Odin ?) can anyone help us please? I can't afford to get us a new phone.
Someone gave me a link on a rom for my phone, but I have no idea how to install it. Is there a link or place to see how to do it in the most secure way as I am a complete newbie?

I have no idea how a virus found its way inside of my Archos 55 platinum phone, i searched online and saw that many people had the same virus as me on the same phone model and now i want to install a costum Rom on my phone and make it clean and i cannot find it as the archos guys wont release one
about the virus:
*It automatically installs google play apps on my phone and launches them.
*it has been appended to the android settings app so i could not delete it with malwarebytes
*I have tried factory reset but it wont be removed
*I have already rooted the phone in the hopes of removing it with root access but apparently nothing can remove the settings file
so i have turned up to you guys for advice on how to remove it (FYI: everything is on the table guys)

So I have a tablet of some Polish company called Overmax. The model is Solution 10+. I needed to speed it up so i planned to flash the original firmware again. But it was impossible as i couldnt find it. It might be a clone of some chinese tablet but I don't know which one. :/
Anyway i decided to root it and delete some stock apps but I probably deleted too much (even stock contacts.apk) beacuse when entering facebbok or messenger gives me an error "android.process.acore stopped working". I saw some posts saying that I should clear storage contacts data but it didnt help. Probably beacuse I don't have the proper apks to begin with...
So if anyone could provide me with these i'll be thankful (mainly contacts.apk and maybe sms apk)
The tablet is rooted atm so it wouldnt be a problem to replace them.
