Unable to Disable "OK Google" Detection - Android Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

I was trying to clear up some space on my Internal Storage today on my Droid 4 running CM11 4.4.4. I cleared some space on the Internal Storage and one of the things I cleared was the Google App's Google Search Storage.

I assumed I would be able to just log back into Google Now afterwards, but when I did, I noticed the OK Google detection was enabled.
I went to Google Settings > Voice > "OK Google" detection, but when I click on it, no pages come up to disable it.
I have tried uninstalling the Google App from the Play Store and reinstalling and rebooting, but that has not fixed anything.
Is there another way to disable detection?

I think the screenshots explain pretty well what my problem is, tried everything but I can't update those apps, what's worse, is that more and more of my apps get this problem
Sent from my Samsung GNexus <3
So you tried all the usual fixes? Clear dalvik cache & fix permissions? Delete play store cache? Delete play store data? Uninstall play store updates then letting it update itself?
What rom are you on?
I have the same error, for me help this ...
go to Settings > Apps > All ... search for Google Play Store and >> Clear data

Random Get Apps! Icon -- Google Chrome Culprit?

Been getting shortcuts added to my screen with a missing android app icon. When moving to a folder the name of the icon is "Get Apps!" Upon letting Addon Detector monitor the system, it appears that Google Chrome is randomly creating these missing app icons. I've cleared Chrome cache, data, uninstalled, and re-installed from the play store, however, it keeps randomly appearing. Anybody have any clue as to what is going on here? I doubt Chrome is the culprit, but I have nothing else to go by.

"OK Google" everywhere options are missing from the Google App

It appears I'm missing some of the options required to enable "OK Google" on every screen. It currently only works on the Nova Launcher home screen (there's an option for that), and within the Google App itself.
Anyone know how to get the settings back? My Google App and Google Play Services are all up to date. ROM is Cyanogenmod 13 based.

Edit:
I fixed it by installing OpenGapps Mini. I had previously installed Slim Gapps Mini, I'm assuming there were some missing Google system apps.

Unwanted Apps or Virus or Malware installed silently

I am getting these apps/virus/malware install silently in background even the option is off auto-install in google play store settings and in device settings.

Hello, my problem is that i can't access the google pay application. it is constantly being updated and yet I manage to pay with it. I have already cleared the cache, uninstalled, restarted
Install latest magisk "shamiko" and "universal safetynet fix" modules, reboot, go to settings, enable zygisk, then configure denylist, look for google no pay and most likely any play or google app and check it, go back to gpay try using it if it still don't working delete storage and cache and try again.
It works on my phone just fine
