Hi, is it possible to flash FW from Sony Experia S55t CDA 1288-1433 (China Mobile) to D2502 CDA 1288-9415. My daughter is moving to Europe so if possible this is the easiest way to get all the Google etc. apps.
Or should I root and install Google play instead

I'm helping out a friend with her new Xperia Sola.
My top priority is to get Google Apps on to her phone.
We're in China, and the Sola was sold in China, which means that with the stock chinese rom Google Apps doesn't come with it. With my phone, the Xperia X8, I simply changed the CDA in the build.prop and let PC Companion do the rest of the work. The idea is that every type of ROM has a CDA assigned to it and when you hook the phone up to PC Companion or SEUS, it looks for that CDA code in build.prop and downloads the rom accordingly. So by changing the CDA to a International Version(I believe this is a version that encompassed all the different languages that Sony has to offer), I essentially flashed Gapps onto the phone, without doing to much work or changing anything. All I had to do was root the phone.
So does anyone know the CDA of the International Version for this phone? Or does anyone have a rom that supports Simplified Chinese and has google apps, could you post your CDA? Thanks! The CDA should look like this 1234-8764/R7E（Made up）
Also，Is there anyway to root besides unlocking the bootlloader? It'd be best not to touch the DRM section as I'm not sure if she uses Sony proprietary software or not.

Isn't the Sketch 4.1 app update available for German generic software via OTA on Update Center? At first my phone was Vodafone DE branded and I thought maybe that's why I didn't get the update but I flashed the German Generic software and still no official update. I got the Info-Eye 1.4.10 update just when it was announced so what's the deal with Sketch? Has anyone with German Generic software actually got this update officially? I know I can just install apk but I want to know why it is not available officially on my device?

I have a Note 8 (N950FXXU7DSJ1) which I purchased in Saudi Arabia.
I am now living in Philippines and having trouble installing country or region specific apps like Gcash and Angkas. Every time I have to download the apk and install it from the file browser. Whenever there is a new version I have to find the new apk and repeat the process. Its annoying and sometime buggy.
I would like to be able to install aps limited to South East Asia region and to Europe (Croatia) where I am from. What can I do to open the phone to be able to install these apps via Google Playstore?
