Hi :
someone know how to enable 4g/lte icon in quick settings?, this button does not appear in the rom 5.1.1.
Thanks.
You have to look look up the secret code to punch in your phone, then you can access it. Settings you need are CDMA GSM and ECDM. It's online.

Best I found was a widget that opens the menu wher you can manually change from 2G to 3G. Grab it from the Market it's called 2G-3G OnOff

The 'SwitchPro widget' also has this function but it also takes you to the menu, it doesn't do it automatically.
this one disables wifi/3g with one click from notify bar

That screenshot shows that you may be using a stock kernel, and using an Xposed module to fake SELinux permissive status. To actually edit using SQLite, you shouldn't be on a stock kernel, but a modified kernel such as beast kernel...
The tutorial to which I originally linked is for adding a flashlight toggle, though a few posts afterwards shows the steps you wanted (a toggle for mobile data).
I've modified the tutorial to give you that which you desire, mobile data.
The 3 records must edited in a similar fashion to that which is displayed below, adding the MobileData text and semicolon in between each edit.
Your edited fields should be in the identical order sequence for each of the 3 records in the database.
The first 3 screenshots show the highlighted rows, while the last shows the edited record. All you will be doing is adding the text MobileData to each of the 3. Put them wherever you wish for the toggle to appear in your drop-down notification panel..
Good luck!

OK this is what I found. Get the Wanam Xposed app from the market and download the exposed downlader.
Open Xposed Downloader and update framework until all the red text is gone. Then go to Downloads and look for
ADVANCED POWER MENU +
You can have a custom recovery reboot power menu with data toggle and anything you can think of

I am in same situation, surely there must be a way to hide it or change the colour of it to match the colour of background of the status bar.

It would take removing it in the base framework.
Also if you think that will hide your activity on the network the you are sadly mistaken. Your it can see exactly who and what is using g the device.
If your not supposed to be doing it then don't risk being fired over it.
For the life of me I can't figure out how to remove an icon from the second screen. Can someone chime in with the procedure please?

Sure which icons are you talking about. the program shortcut icons or icons on the far left where the wifi calling icon is?
Forgot to ask, are you talking about when the main screen is off or on.

Hi thanks for the reply.
I went to the T-Mobile store and they showed me. Apparently you can click on the TEXT in the second screen menu to bring up other options.
Who Knew?

So basically there is no longer a Volte toggle to turn this off or on. One has to switch to 2G mode to effectively cease using HD voice?

curious as to why you would want to turn this off..
It's on by default and works in supported areas. You can disable it using a hidden action.

When I had it enabled on my N5 Inwould get dropped calls all the time. Perhaps now it has been inproved in my area. I have it on on my N8 but then again I don't know if it actually works.
I have a N950F & I installed Kalm_Traveler's TMO volte/wifi calling/etc mod. After installing it I now have volte in the quick settings panel. Expand the drop down, click on the 3 dots, & choose button order. It may just not be set to appear in the panel.
I never actually have seen the volte icon in my notification screen so that's why I'm not sure if it works. Personally I don't really care. If it does or not. Wifi calling & everything else works for me though.
If you want to disable volte go to settings and search for volte the you Will get the option to go into it and disable it. I don't have a toggle either.

Negative., not on a T Mobile version. Yours is flashed to USA unlocked model hence you get that option to search for it.

If you're rooted you can try adding this csc feature to get the quick settings toggle
<CscFeature_SystemUI_ConfigDefQuickSettingItem>VoLte</CscFeature_SystemUI_ConfigDefQuickSettingItem>
