Did you find any keybord to reply message? I found only predefined messages.
As with the original gear fit, looks like in predefined and suggested replies are available.

You can't. It's only possible to do predefined reply.
It's a software limitation though, since the fit2 has a perfectly fine small virtual keyboard for wifi key input and pin.
Perhaps someone at xda can hack it or develop something..?

I hoping there is some SMS software that allows the SPELL input with a basic word suggestion/dictionary (As with the Universal etc) anyone have any ideas ?
I would like to know that too.
The dialpad with T9 doesn't allow to add words to the dictionary

That's odd...my StarTrek remembers not even words, but whole sentenses, smileys and all...and I can choose whenever I want a new word...

Why not to use T9?
FlexMail 2007 Is the really good.
The best sms/email replacement prog for a wm smartphone is definately FlexMail 07
Well... if this dosen't have what your looking or... I doubt anything else will.
What is really cool that during the install it asks if you want flex to be the default application to handle email/sms.

If you want a free version lemme know.
Hello,
is there a way (software or setting) to configure my Wallaby (with PPC2002 or WM2003) that any incoming sms is forwarded to a defined number?
Thanks for any answer
Best regards
nobody an idea how to do that?
wallaby is the first htc phone out and a pretty dead device
I would
1 use search and look in the forum search for any info about forward calls
2 ask in another forum as forwarding of sms's would likely be a general wm thing rather then a spec wallaby thing
Hello Rudegar,
thanks for your answer.
The forwarding of calls is not really a problem.
But the forwarding of sms is one!
I have found some programs that can do automatic sms forwarding, but the problem is that they don't work with WM2003 or PPC2002 (the two OS for Wallaby).
Now i'm searching for a program that works on WM2003 or PPC2002!
I know that this device is very old, but i only want that this device forwards my calls and sms! So this device would be the whole time in the cradle. And i would use another device "Samsung Omnia" for working with it. So i think it would be a little bit to expensive to buy a new device only for being in the cradle and forwarding sms and calls!
I hope you know what i mean!
Best regards
Andy
i've not seen any .net sdk code that can handle sms for wm02/3, just the pocketoutlook for wm5/6.
i could be missing it, but goodchance you're going to be out of luck.

I'm off topic - or device - here, I use HTC touch Pro and Treo Pro, so i would appreciate if you know anything that runs on WM6, 6.1 or 6.5 that does this well. I DLed a trial of txtForward, it doesnt seem to work.

I bought txtForward. It forwards incoming text messages (with an option for outgoing as well) to an email address. So, since all my "phones" have at least exchange/active sync support, i get my text messages delivered to my email that i am always connected to. Good enough.
anyone can make this happen because we already have gear fit caculator and phone call.A keyboard and gear fit will be perfected :highfive:
For what do you want keyboard in Gear Fit ?
sms .. or maybe whatsapp viber ? xD that would be awesome

Yeah, but what about comfort? You can write 10-times faster on mobile then on GF, right ? This is just insane. :good:

i know is insane but short reply is very useful and i think is cool to have a keyboard for gear fit hope someone can make this happen:angel:
A swype keyboard so it is easier to type.
i dont think keyboard a good idea, but if text template for quick replay maybe better
So we prepare the template and we choose one of them to reply msg
Sorry if my english is bad, this is the first time i post
still waiting
Text response templates are built in. Edit them with the Manager app on the phone.
I will prefer keyboard too cause for template we only can reply on sms but not on others. Beside if let's say u need to reply other words urgently. We have to reply on phone. When e.g. your phone is quite far from u.
Yes, but it would be nice if these also worked with Whatsapp

you can try Gear Fit Message : Please search it on Play Store with keywork : Gear Fit Messages. I can't post link here.
I've installed the gear fit messages app, it works ok for sms, but you can't use it for whatsapp or anything else.
I found the application only in the Latin alphabet. Could someone make it in Cyrillic?

Why don't you send an email to the support of Percet Keyboard? What you are asking for is hacking an app to add additional features, which might be illegal, as Perfect Keyboard is an app you have to pay for.

As stated in the title I can't add anything to my personal dictionary in Gboards.
Am I the only one with that problem?
Anyone got a fix? If not how can I report it?
Simon
I have the same issue. Still didn't find any solution.
Why dont you guys simply use SwiftKey? Its so much better. (IMHO)

Nope you're not the only one. I've had it ever since I got the phone around the release date. It's a pity though. However there are apps like user dictionary manager that can somehow help wth the problem but it's not the same still as you have to add your words manually and not double tapping on them while texting to add them into user dictionary - https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.usr.dict.mgr
Nope SwiftKey is far from gboard so not an option.
Thanks, dictionary manager works like a charm!

No worries. Like a charm maybe but not as intuitive as when you could only double check tap the word while typing on gboard ?. Maybe someone will fix it one day.
