Hello, i just flashed some marshmallow ROM's, but can't flash gapps.. i tried many of them, some with just 44MB and always get error 70 (not enough space in system partition). Can any1 help with this ? is there any way to solve the problem so i can use the marshmallow on my phone ?
My device: Wiko Darkmoon(Mt6582) - kernel 3.4.67 from superdragonpt.
Try to use advance wiping option and select system, data, cache, delvik to format the system pertition and then try flash the rom. After flashing the rom do a factory reset and then flash the gapps.

So that's mean your system partition doesn't have much space to install gapps.Your phone spec is too low.bad luck.

Unfortunately there's no other solution to help you.It is because your phone doesn't have much space in system partition and system partition can't be modified. You need more liter rom to give some space to gapps to install.

Hi Guys,
Need some help here. Got a weird problem with my OpX. I have a habit of trying each and every rom on our forum. So, as usually after trying a rom for a day or two I used to revert back to my fav rom. So, I'm familiar with all those flashing stuffs. The problem right now is that I'm not able to boot into any 6.0.1 Rom that I flash. No matter what I do it doesn't boot, just stuck at bootloop. I'm just tired trying out each and every rom out on the developer's section. Wiped completely, even tried downloading the rom multiple times. Tried all type of flashing, like with gapps, without gapps, with gapps, with SU. Tried all possible combination just to end in vain . None of the rom boot into HS, it's just stuck in the bootloop .
However, I've no problem in flashing OOS, H2OS, Color OS, Cm12.1 rom. It flashes without any issues and works fine.
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance
Did you perform a full wipe ( sys/data/cache) when you changed android version (5.1 --> 6.0.1)

Port rom... you have very bugs. But, to port rom: https://wiki.cyanogenmod.org/w/Doc:_porting_intro
Ideally you get a ready-rom, like the settings of your device and change.

This is my first time trying to flash a custom rom to one of my devices. Using an online tutorial I rooted my phone and I changed my custom recovery to twrp. Well when I tried to backup my data I got a message saying unable to unmount system. Does anyone know how i can get rid of this messege so i can flash the rom?

Exclude bootloader partition while backing up, good to go. And also, once everything's going right just wipe from twrp & flash firmware, Rom & gapps, Reboot!

Ahhh, Deym!
Anyway, backup / restore is still buggy on mido!
Why you wanna take nandroid? Just wipe everything and flash cm14.1 firmware first, then custom rom & gapps, reboot!
You can easily flash Miui using TWRP if you don't like custom Roms!

Nah, it depends!
If you're coming from Android 6X based MIUI then you need to flash cm14.1 firmware, if you're jumping from Android Nougat based MIUI then there's no need of firmware.

Hi,
My problem is that I can not install any gapps on my GT-I9300 I have fleshed it with many different version of custom ROM, using android 7, 7.1, 6 and 5.1. Unfortunately regardless of the version of the gapps (nano or stock) installation ends up with error that google apps stopped working. The gaps version is correct for given android version. When I flash ROM only - no gapps - the phone usually works fine but only on Android v5.
When I try ver 6 ROM flash does not even start. With ver 5.1 it flashes but then get some apps error.
Any suggestions or idea? What can goes wrong? Where to start troubleshooting ? On the stock firmware the phone was working fine.
Thx for help

I tried at least 7 different ROMs. Before I flash, I run wipe data/factory reset then cache partition and dalvik cache at the end.

Sly Fox007. Now I'm not sure if I format the data correctly. I use ClockwordMod Recovery v6.0.1.2 not TWRP. Is this a possible source of my problem?

Try the next if one of this doesn´t result:
- Restore the vendor partition, do wipes, reboot
- Flash the firmware linked over your rom, do wipes, reboot
- Do a clean flash again, wipe cache, dalvik, system and data (if it´s important backup it before), flash the custom rom you are using, GApps, Magisk, reboot.
