Play Store Error 504 when installing whatsapp - Sony Xperia M4 Aqua

Hey guys...
My WhatsApp was running normal and when I open it was like I had never opened it before. I put my number again, and when he appeared "Connecting ..." he just closed and went to the Apps screen. And when I opened again, same thing ...
I tried to uninstall and reinstall it with the play store, but it appeared the error 504, even thought it might be something with the beta, then deactivated and tried to install it, and it was the same error ...
I also tried to download the APK from the official website, but the application did not install "Could not install the application."
But I took this APK and tried using ADB and installed, but the app asked my number again and again ...
The last thing I tried was reset my device, and remains the same in the play store and manual installation ...
Thank you.

Did you flash anything recently? I had the same problem after installing xposed. All I had to do is clear dalvik cache in recovery.

I've never done anything on that device, I've never seen anything like it, was the first app I tried to install after reset, and still the same thing, only with whatsapp, all the other apps work ... I'm thinking of doing a full wipe.
Thanks

Help Please! Market not working; Ongoing download on notification bar

Hey everyone,
I need serious help, I've been trying to fix this problem for a couple of days but I have had no luck at all. I have searched the X10 forum for countless hours but haven't found any solid solution. I realize that many people are having problems with the 2.1 market and I tried following the advices on those forums but none of them worked.
When I try to download something from the market, it would take forever to download and the process would add to the queue on the notification bar (see screenshot). Every time I access the market, it adds another process to the notification bar. Now I'm up to 50 ongoing process, and I have no idea why it's doing this.
So far, I've tried clearing the data and cache on the market, flashing the phone to a newer firmware (now I'm on Build number: 2.1.B.0.1, Baseband: 2.1.67), factory resetting the phone, opening Google Talk (some how its suppose to work) and even uninstalling the market from phone. The funny thing is even when the market is uninstalled, the downloading process still shows on the notification bar. I'm a noob when it comes to programming but I don't think the problem is from the market itself cuz even when I factory reset my phone and uninstalled the market, the process is still ongoing and displays on the notification bar.
Does anyone know how I can fix this? Maybe I'm suppose to delete a file or kill a command or something? Any help is greatly appreciated, I'm really desperate to get my X10 fixed. Everything works perfectly besides the market so I can't download or update any of my existing apps. Thanks in advance!
Find a new vending.zip and install with recovery. Have seen it posted plenty on the forums.

I've tried wiping the cache on the market and installing a new market via Root Explorer and the market still doesn't work. I can't find vending.zip anywhere so I can't flash my phone, any idea where i can find the vending.zip??
Try this through recovery

I tried flashing the NewMarket.zip through XRecovery 0.3 and it didn't work either it uninstalled my existing market and I can't install the market through Root Explorer either. It says "There is a problem parsing the package". Do I need a newer version of XRecovery?
I installed that version through recovery v.03 .
Sorry cant be of more help.
Which rom r u running
Sent from my X10i using XDA App
I'm running EWJET LauncherProEx V001ex ROM but when I flashed to the generic 2.1.B.0.1, the market still doesn't work. I'm thinking of flashing it back to 1.6 then to 2.1 again? Thanks for the help so far, really appreciate it but I seem to have no luck with this at all
Have u tried to format everything, and install the rom once again over the existing rom?
Yep, I've factory reset the phone, reset through XRecovery before installing the new ROM and the market still won't work

CM11 "comepleting" install, but isnt

So today i took the leap and rooted my phone. That went well and i rooted my phone succesfully. My next step was install CM11. Heres where the problems start. I used the CM11 installer and followed all of the instructions. The installer went through, it said it was succesful, and i saw the blue CM person on my phone and my phone started. As expected it made me run through all the set up options. But then, every 10 seconds i would get "google play services has stopped working" and my phone was running very slow. Going to settings, my phone was still running jellybean and nothing was new, now i was just at factory settings, google play services was broken, and my phone ran slow. I rebooted my phone. still nothing. I tried custom installing drivers and reinstalling CM11 using the installer. Same thing. Anyone have any ideas?

Install the latest version of PhilZ recovery from here:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/galaxy-s3/development/i93xx-philz-touch-t2002953
Go to this page and download a type of cm rom that you want:
http://download.cyanogenmod.org/
Put it on sdcard, go to recovery, do a full wipe (wipe data/factory reset + wipe cache + wipe dalvik cache) then install it from " install zip "
done!

Huawei G510-0200 issue. Can't install new ROM.

I got huawei G510-0200 from friend to try to fix it. The phone is allready rooted and has installed a custom ROM(SlimKat 4.4) and TWRP recovery. But when the software is booted up, all the time i get the pop up message of applications crashing(play store, messenger, nova launcher etc) and i didn't run any application. So here's the real problem... When i access recovery and try the full wipe, factory reset or installing new rom, twrp reports that actions are successful but nothing happened. Nothing has changed. The phone was not reseted, data and applications are still there and same rom is still running. Someone told me that issue could be partitions.
Anyone had this problem, any ideas how to solve it?
Thanks in advance...

[Q] "Systemui has stopped" - Carbon rom

I just rooted my HOX+ and installed CWM and flashed 23/06 Carbon nightly on it. For a couple of days everything was fine
until today when it said "Unfortunately.. blah blah.. systemui has stopped working". Every time I boot up the phone it gives me
this message and I can't do anything. Rebooting doesn't help, I tried wiping everything and reflashing, still nothing. I did some
research and found a thread about face unlock might causing this. I disabled the face unlock but didn't work. I don't know if it's
caused by some google app cuz when I reflashed everything, including gapps, first there was no problem, but I think when it was
installing google search the error message came again. Have anyone else experienced this error? Any solutions?

Same here. It started yesterday. Tried to flash older and newer ones with full wipe including cache and dalvik cache, but it still does not help.
I flashed a sense rom (ARHD) and wiped nearly everything on the phone before I installed the new rom. I did multiple factory resets, multiple dalvik wipes, multiple cache wipes and I formatted the whole system a few times (=format system). Afterwards I flashed ARHD and my phone works brilliant now. Try this I hope it works on your devices!
I made a fresh install of Carbon on my HOX+ last week (CARBON-KK-NIGHTLY-20140802-1713-enrc2b, fwiw), and it worked just fine up until last night when I encountered this exact problem. The official enrc2b Carbon thread contains a post that would seem to indicate that the problem is with Google Plus (though there isn't much in the way of evidence).
In any case, completely wiping and re-installing the phone appears to be a solution, but I would submit that it's temporary - if the problem is some sort of incompatibility with one or more Google Apps, then the issue will simply return at some point.
Hopefully the root cause will be determined and a fix will be forthcoming. Until then, I suspect we're all just sitting on time-bombs.
i think the problem comes really from the google+ app.
i did a clean install after the crash with the small pa gapps, wich didn't contains the google+ app.
Then i reinstall al my apps one by one except g+ and now everything works perfect again.
It's a little bit more work, but the only way i know to fix..
Hope it helps
I had the same problem with Carbon. I've installed Carbon a view days ago (comming from Mokee) and after the latest G+ Update my SystemUI stopped. A dirty flash didn't solve the problem.
So I restored my Mokee Backup and here everythink is great (with the latest G+ update)

restored original motorola firmware -> error 495

Hi fellow,
I recently decided to flash CM13 on my XT1524.
First, I've unlocked the bootloader, then I've flashed TWRP, I've flashed latest CM13 nightly and latest OpenGapps (nano). All goes fine, but Play Store is not able to install/update any apps under WiFi: a notification with a progress bar appears but this ends up with error 495. All seems to works pretty good under mobile data.
A strange error. Having no time to lose, I flashed back the original firmware.
Honestly, by restoring original MM firmware I thought that all problems gone but didn't. In fact I get exactly the same problem with original ROM.
Since the only difference between actual situation and latest working one, is the unlocked bootloader, maybe I have to do something else to restore the phone... Help!
PS: I've already tried all known methods
1- reboot
2- clear data/cache of google play store, of download manager, of google play services, of google services framework
3- remove google account
4- factory reset
5- uninstall google play store update (in reality, I have no updates to uninstall, so...)
