i need to know if the digitizer of Achos 101 Xenon Lite is the same model of the Archos 101b copper one.
The model-code is the same HXD-1027 SR, but i need to know if the frame is the same too.
Anyone can help me?

I am at the same position as you.
I trying to find a seller or supplier that ship the lcd flex ribbon (p4 cable) and i could not found anyone yet.
Also i know that even if you buy a new lcd screen the flex ribbon wont be part of the package. :crying::crying:

OK guys, after digging a lot , (sending message all over the world, surfing the web, etc) i found a seller from ebay that can deliver the lcd flex ribbon for P7500 not the P710. But he is not sure that both use the same flex cable.
So we need to figure it this out.
See some picture about my cable attached (p7510), i believe the cable should be the same because both tabs are using the same LCD screen, right? the only big different is the 3G modem.
Hope someone could clear this out. :good:

i believe thats the only difference from the p7510 and the p7500 ive used a p7500 digitizer on a p7510 so there defiantly compatible on parts do you mind sending me a link to the ebay seller

I have cracked the outer screen on my Viewsonic Viewpad 7. The unit still fires up but doesn't respond to touch. Someone said I need a new Digitizer Screen. I have tried to find one but can't.
Do you know if there is anywhere that repairs them or even better can I buy the parts to repair it myself ??

It is not possible, its all glued together, I did a motherboard swap and that was also glued, but I managed to get it of with a lot of effort here.

However, after replacing it, I noticed the x-axis is flipped.
How can I reverse it? Can it be done via editing some files?

Somehow managed to smash the corner of my archos arnoa 10d G3 tablet, its not the LCD its the outer screen bit as the picture is still working fine. Does anyone know anywhere I can buy a new replacement screen/panel thing from please?

1 of my three Chuwi hi8 had a broken digitizer.
I ordered a new one from Banggod for about 14 euro's and managed to replace it.:good:
Only issue is that I couldn't get the flatcable out of the motherboard so i just pulled it off.
But now I have no idea on how to get the new cable in as the connector is still locked or closed or whatever
Can anyone advise me on this? A video or picture would be highly appreciated!
Is it possible to connect it on another way, by removing the white plastic lock and use glue or something else Macyver would use or do?
Btw: this little tablet is awesome. I really love it. I one a Samsung Tba S2 9.7 but i rarely use it; mostly the Hi8 (non pro).
