Is play store available for Acer r11....I just put it in developer build but can't see anything about play store...
Could you confirm that it's not yet implemented
I saw that Asus flip had already this feature
Thanks
not yet implemented on the R11 but due out very soon
I hope so cause I just get this device and the add-on of play store is really good thing...
Thanks for your answer
Yeah I picked one up yesterday for this as well. Current rumor on the street is early next week. Google has it listed on their early devices page so I too am waiting (im)patiently.
11/07 allways nothing concerning play store under Acer R11 ... will it come one day I'm so impatient

Thanks for the information....I just update this morning and play store is available now cool...
FYI, Play Store recently showed up in the beta channel for the Acer R11. I thought those of you interested in a more stable build than dev provides might be interested to know.

So has anyone heard how Sony plans to allow tablet users the ability to purchase playstation games? Or is theTablet S going to be like the PSPgo, as soon as it was released Sony pretty much abandoned it? I wish they would have just made a PSN app for us, that would have been cool.
A couple of posts on Sony's forums indicate that however it will be launched, it will be very soon:

Yeah but keep in mind they are by no means official Sony posts, they're just some guy with broken English.
The Play Statio Store has been released on 10/19/2011. You should have got a notification for you to install it.
According to the reviews this game hasnt been updated for a long time unlike its ios version (with 2 new char) and some sources say that the dev of this game abandoned android therefor theres a posibility for no updates to come. Question is, is this game still worth buying even without the update?
Havent played this game before and it looks good with great reviews so cant really decide.
Any suggestions? Thank you in advance.
Broken on ICS, apparently.
It's a really fun game, though.
oh... So when the ics update comes i might not be able to play with it until the dev update it...
I know Modern Combat 3 isn't officially supported for our device yet but just wanted to share that it is 49 cents today on the new Google Play Market. Grab it now while its on sale so you are ready for when it is supported :

It is possible to buy this game with a prime?
I don`t have any other android devices.
Nice joke Gameloft and suport for Asus xD
Nevermind, Delete.
This is killing me because I just withdrew all the money from my card >.< won't get paid again until next week !!!!
I'd like to get it, but Play won't allow me to purchase it as it's not compatible. You'd think they'd let you buy it anyhoo with a disclaimer.
you can purchase it from the web store front if you dont have another android device

This. I personally just use my gingerbread running Droid charge to buy things that aren't compatible yet. Popular apps will get more compatibility as ICS penetration grows
Unfortunately, I have a couple other Android devices - says it's incompatible with all.
I have 3 android devices
prime-not suported
xperia active- not supported
xperia mini-supported
Now we have to wait for prime support
Supported and runs well on my Samsung Galaxy S2 which is on CM9. It seems ICS is supported fine so I wonder what the problem is.
Works well on my SGS2 running latest leaked build of ICS as well. Tried pulling the APK and installing it on my Prime, but I get a not compatible with device when I try to open it. So we just have to wait until Gameloft decides to support it.
Bought it via my Sensation.... cheers! Here's to a .49 cent investment into the future!
Oh come on Gameloft.. How hard can it be to make it available on the Prime. I've got the impression they dont want my money^^ Its as if they're telling me to use other methods than buying...

What do you mean by that?
On the web android market, there is also a compatibility check.
Or do you mean something else?
I've downloaded quite a few apps that aren't supposed to be comparable with prime yet not had even the slightest glitch yet, shame i guess people gave already tried with this with no luck

I have been using the Amazon App Store to grab free games of the day like PvZ and Peggle but I noticed PvZ on Google Play is up to version 1.35 or something like that while the one I have from Amazon is only v1.2.
Is there anyway to get an updated version? Im pretty sure the two markets cannot be linked (unless there is a hack or mod that I dont know about?). I understand that I got the game for free and I am in no way complaining. I was just curious if there was a way to get the updated version for performance reasons and other fixes.
No, you just have to hope the developer maintains both stores.
No this has been a complaint of the Amazon app store, but its not Amazon's fault. Its devs that forget to update their Amazon listing.
Hello All,
I've purchased a new tablet (Lenovo IdeaTab A2109A), I got it on sale this past sat. @ my local best buy store. It's got the NVIDIA Tegra3 Quad-Core Processor in it..what a difference a faster processor makes ! Of course, that's NOT why I'm submitting this new thread..I did a Wipe Data / Factory Reset per nobe1976 suggestion. That got my gtab back to what I call an 'original' starting point, as I wanted because I'm giving my gtab to our youngest son who's visiting us for christmas. He's never had a tablet before, and so I purchased a new one I thought that would be good to do. My problem is..he's already got a google account, so that part was easy, but when he went to the google play store to install some app's that he wanted..he received the 'famous' incompatibility notice that the gtab is known for. Isn't there a 'fix' to get around this issue ? One of the app's. he wanted was this one ( https://play.google.com/store/apps/...EsImNvbS51c2FibGVuZXQubW9iaWxlLndhbGdyZWVuIl0. ) it's just a simple walgreens drugstore app., he was informed his gtab was incompatable for this app., any fix ?
Merry Christmas,
David
P.S. Just a quick update, I now know the reason I'm getting the notice " Your device isn't compatible with this version" google play is recognizing the viewsonic gtablet as a " Motorola Tervigon" device. I guess that means I'll have to 'trick' the device/website into think the gtab is something different.
A. You can find the device information on build.prop file. Can view this file using ROM toolbox lite app's build.prop editor
B. Refer this link to fix Google market issue http://viewsonic-gtablet-for-dummies.webs.com/apps/blog/categories/show/1101880-02-market-fix- OR

My 2 cents.
