Yes. It's the latest unmodified stock ROM. With built in GApps and bloat you get when you buy the device.

Download the one for A6010 Plus of course
After you download it extract system.zip and yourcountryota.zip
For flashing you can flash it with stock recovery (Flash system.zip then ota.zip).

For K30-T, S049 is the latest (according to Lenovo's OTA server).
About changelong for A6000 S060, I don't know exactly, but like Lenovo always said :
"This firmware upgrade will fix bugs and increase device stability."

It's still 5.0.2 Lollipop. There aren't any information about A6000 official Marshmallow update (maybe it won't come at all).
About the download links, maybe Lenovo server is down at the moment (It's direct link from Lenovo OTA Server).
