Thanks but, as used? There are no guidelines and do not understand the program. However even remove the app, I need to know how to install it correctly, and you have your folder libs etc. And knowing the path specifies where paste everything. The problem is that you uninstall the app with Titanium Backup to try another more recent gallery, but could not install, restart after I saw the original folder had disappeared. The apk app as I have it, I created the folder SecGallery2014 system / priv-app and paste in the apk, but does not work. Probably because the library was erased, and I'm not sure if the route and created the well ... So asked for a flashable zip.

*First extact firmaware using 7zip in Windows.( right click -> 7zip -> extract here). Then you got file named system.img.ext4.
*Then download the software in the link. Extract it. You will get file named Extractor[4.0].
*Put system.img.ext4 filefolder in to the Extractor[4.0] folder.
*Then rename system.img.ext4 to system.img( uncheck hide extension for known file types in folder option in windows. Then You will be able to change extension easy.)
*Then run extractor.bat in Extractor[4.0] folder.
Type 3 in cmd and enter.
*Extractor will auto detect system.img and extract it.
*Now you will have new folder named system.(in Extractor[4.0] folder)
*Open it then go to priv- app folder.
*Copy secgalary2014L folder (copy full folder)to your phone priv- app folder and set correct permission for all the files and folders.
Set permission for every file and folder in secgalary2014L

Hello to all...!!!
Today I flashed my first custom ROM (void) on my LG P500 and as a noob I have some questions...
1) Where can I find some LG programms (memo and calendar) and the other LG widgets? I mostly interested in widgets "Weather","Calendar","Analog Clock" and "News and weather"
2) Is it possible to have the LG Keyboard on SMS app on this custom ROM which has only the Gingerbread keyboard?
3) When I had the stock ROM I had made a backup with "Titanium Backup" all my apps and I have it saved in my PC.Can restore in custom ROM only the apps which I want?
Thanks in advance....
For 1 and 2 download this: http://sinap.se/oo/void-sapps.zip and apply in recovery.
For 3 the answer is yes, you can restore which app you want.
Thanks you...!
One more question,I don't want to flash back every deleted system app but some of them. How can I do this?
Of course I don't want appadvisor,Car Home and some other crupps...
extract just the app that you want an put the in them data/app folder you need root file manager or from adb
ΟΚ,I'll try it and I will be back....
Thank you!
With the "File Manager" of void ROM,I can't copy-paste the apps into system/app .
What can I do for this?

Yes, you can.
Anyway, if you extract the files from void-sapps.zip you will see 2 folders. One of the is "system", inside of it, another called "app" there are the ".apk's" that you need corresponding to widgets and programs.
The "News and weather" widget is called "GenieWidget".
You can extract the ones you like to the root of your SD and then, from the File Manager in the phone, install them one by one.
before i've said that you had to have root file manager to copy and paste in system/app
or as Noejn says : http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=887281
No, you have to re-sign it. Use a program like this one.
Tutorial: How to flash only some sapps
1. Grab the sapps/gapps package
2. Extract it
3. Go to the extracted folder "/system/app/" and delete the applications you don't want to flash
4. Use the above program (zipsigner) to create a CROM.zip, put the extracted files there so you have 2 folders on the root of the zip: META-INF and SYSTEM. Then sign it and it should create a CROM-s.zip.
5. Rename the CROM-s.zip to MySapps.zip, put it in sdcard and flash.

Right, that make sense (to me) if I want to install most of them and leave out just one or two. What about if I only want just -one- widget from the void-sapps.zip?
Isn't better to uncompress void-sapps.zip and take that one out and put it on the SD card, then install it from there?
yes is right what you say but sometimes (for some lg's app) this method don't work

Right, and according to this:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=10113607&postcount=35
(second part of Noejn questons/answer)
Also is not possible to install directly the Browser and Calendar.
I almost have found what I wanted from sapps zip,but I search for the stock internet browser.Which one of these is that?
I appreciate a lot your help!
It has been asked before... and I think I have the hang of some of it... BUT...
I have been modifying some of my app icons via xRecovery. The method I used was via 7zip and replaced the iconfiles through there... I have been using [FW 2.1.1.A.0.6] Black HTC Theme for X8/X10mini/pro ~XRECOVERY~ [UPDATE:11.03.2011] and the enclosed "app-update.zip" via xRecovery.
Now to my questions!
1: Where do I find my installed apps (apk´s) on the internal storage? I use RootExplorer and was thinking about copying apk´s to the memorycard and then transfer to my PC, modify them there
2: Can I use the "app-update.zip" method to all selected apps? For example... the App-update.zip" contains "SemcContacts.apk" and it workes fine to change this way... but can I just put "handcent.apk" or "Ndrive.apk" in the same "app-update.zip" without any problems?
I hope I have explained so you guys can understand what I´m talking about...
Best regards
Manneman, Sweden
1: "/system/app" and "/data/app"
2: if you do it with 7zip yeah it will work if you give them the same name and place in the app-update.zip
example you want to replace "com.blablabla.hey" in direction /data/app
you need to name the app "com.blablabla.hey" and in the app-update.zip it need to be placed in the dir /data/app
Hmmm... Ok, I found the *apk´s under "system/app"... no worries there. I just replace the png "CalendarProvider.apk" that represents the icon. via 7zip. After that I implement it with "app-update.zip"
"app-update.zip" contains two folders... META-INF and system. The system-folder contains the folder app witch has some apk´s... That these apk´s is coming from "system/app" on the internal storage I understand. So in order to install modified apk from "data/app" I have to create a folder in my apps-update that is named data/apps with my modified apk´s?
So in the end my "apps-update" will look like this:
apps-update.zip containing Folders META_INF, system and data coresponding to the apk´s I have changed...
All this will be done with 7zip without extracting anything....

yup your right BUT!
in META_INF if you click through all maps that are in there you will end up with a file called update-script
drag it on you desktop
open it with wordpad(!)
search this line "copy_dir PACKAGE:system SYSTEM:"
and paste this underneath it
"copy_dir PACKAGE:data DATA:"
without the quotes ofc

Awww...sweet. That was just what I needed to hear. I was sure that something like that had to be added!
BTW... the modified apk´s will overwrite the original ones, right? No backup-crap (like Windows) is made by the Xrecovery installation?
Thanx!!!
Worked like a charm!!!
Thank you for all the help!!!
Well...I take that back...
I just replaced the iconfiles with my modded ones... the same name and size as the original. Everything done within 7zip...
All the apk´s within the "system"-folder worked fine... bur the ones within the "data"-folder uninstalled instead. In Appbrain the are still installed but in the drawer the are gone. I had a couple of them as shortcuts on my homescreen and the I get the message that thay are not present on my system.
Thank god it was only a couple of apk´s i modded so I reinstalled them via Market.
I added the line as You described but something must have happened?

Its quite simple. Download a superuser.zip file that is for your device. Extract it. You will find two folders, System and Meta-Inf. Open System folder and you will find a folder called app inside it. Open it and delete the superuser.apk file and copy your modded system file into it.
For eg., Let the file be Gallery2.apk .
Now open META-INF folder -> com -> google -> android. You will find a file called updater-Script. You have to edit that file. There will be a line, where the system mount command is given. Do not do anything until that line. Delete the lines below it and enter these lines.
delete("/system/app/Gallery2.apk");
# [here Gallery2 is the name of the apk file you copied]
package_extract_dir("system","/system");
ui_print("Installation complete!");
Now rezip the folders together and you have your own flashable zip to install modded system files.
Hit thanks if this helped!

With a root file manager navigate to root-system/media/audio, then replace the folders with the ones provided in the zip. Verify that the permissions are correct (folders and files inside), then reboot. Its a good idea to make a backup folder with the stock files in case you want to revert to the stock sounds.

Just unzip, move the 'audio' folder into the 'notifications' folder on your device and reboot. Make sure you delete the extracted folder for where ever you extracted to and keep what's been moved in 'notifications' folder or you'll get duplicates for each sound. If you do have duplicates then just accept it or look through one by one and delete duplicated sound from 'notifications' folder.
I'm theory you can have these sounds anywhere as it will just pick up the .ogg files and add it to your list of sounds. I like to keep them separate in 'notifications' folder.
Hope this helps and don't forget to thank if it did.

I have just
duplicate your different folders (UI, notifications etc etc) in the folder audio,
Change permissions for each files,
not delete the original folder, just rename with 'back' at the end.
And no sound!!!

You don't have to move anything into the system - media - audio folder or change any permissions. These can be in your download folder and they will still be picked up.
A while back Samsung made it so you can't add any audio to the media - audio location in your device so from then we just move the ogg files to the notification folder on your sdcard (not external bit may still work).
Thank-you for the sharing.
You can also unzip and paste all the files to : /storage/extSdCard/media/audio/notifications
Or
/storage/extSdCard/media/audio/ringtones
No need to be root [emoji3]

hi to forum
I have this smartwatch and I can't download any new watchface to my watch
I download to my pc and I move the file to folder watchfaces( without dot folder)
I make copy paste to the folder. After that, the file never shows to that folder.
I can't find any solution about that.
any suggestions. My watch rom is 2.8.3.0. And my mobile is MI MAX2 .
thanks
Did you reboot the watch?
Yes both my watch and my mobile
Some browsers download unknown files are ZIP, make sure they end with .WFZ: watch_face_name.wfz, and copy them to the folder /sdcard/WatchFace.
WFZ files are actually ZIP files, so if you open then you in 7zip or WinZip for example you should see its contents, and NOT a single file.
all files have the extension wfz and I try to copy to warchfaces folder after copy paste the files doesn't show in the folder

Then maybe they aren't supported, I don't think that ones for Pace/Stratos work. You can get some here:
