i flash this tab whith sp flash tool. i cannot make a backup old files.
i download a scatter file from http ://ww w.needro m.com/downl oad/mt102 w- mt8312/
this scatter was install success. but when power on the device screen lights on but no display on lcd.
i am so worry please help me.

Hi, I have dg330 mobile phone. There is firmware update on their site and I downloaded the files and flashed with SP Flash Tool. Everything gone well without any error. When I power up the phone there is some multicolor stripes across the screen (I uploaded the photo). Other functions working like startup sound etc. I download again the same firmware (also low revision number firmware) and reflashed it but no luck. So I decided write issue here, help me thanks.

I have Moto E4,which I purchased and have a receipt.
In the process of trying out some Custom ROM I formatted
the *whole* Flash of the phone (using SPFlash tool),
This apparently erased my IMEI information.
I now have Lineage 14.1 on the phone and rooted. Everything is great, besides not
having the IMEI hence cannot use my phone.
I believe I can use SNWrite_Tool but I need two files: APDB and BPLGUInfoCustom. I found these two files for MT6735 but they are not accepted by SNWrite_Tool. I get an error message.

I need urgent help with my P Smart 2019 (POT-LX1). Briefly some info, have the P Smart 2019 cheap auctioned as defective with software error. The previous owner said he had tried a board software / flash file (.xml) to flash unfortunately he no longer knows which it was exactly.
After that, the P smart 2019 no longer started and it is displayed a different boot logo (Huawei Ascend) he has then started several attempts with different firmware (dload) and (.xml) all without proper success. P smart 2019 now starts again but as boot logo is still Huawei Ascend and the firmware seems to be only a board dignose firmware. In Settings --> System --> About Phone is no model ( unknown )
