Recommendation for a device that can lock on LTE. - Android Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Greetings
I have a need- locking device on LTE only.
The need is for testing in my workplace.
I would like to buy a device that I set it to this option easily, without installing ROM, etc.
can you give me a recommendation for a specific device, Specific Model and a Specific Android version?
I came across a number of online forums and posts-
were not conclusive regarding the specific device/ Model/ Android version:

Many thanks in advance

[Q] ZTO N1 PLUS - ROM information for generic Chinese tablets

Hello, and thanks to all who take the time to read this and offer their support.
To everyone else... just hello.
Okay.
I have a few of those cheap Chinese 7" tablets so common on e-Bay these days. For the price, most of these are okay and seem to run fairly well "as-is" without having to spend a lot of time rooting them or installing CFW. This one however is just a little bit different.
Here's the deal... The tablet I'm going to be addressing in this thread has a ROM that was not customized for the retailer very well. The particular combination of apps and services it has causes the tablet to perform horribly. I'd really like to change this. The problem is however that because there are so many of these around these days, many of these generic units have not been "developed." Because of this, rooting these devices or replacing the ROM's is often very difficult if not downright impossible. At times, even identifying the specifics of the hardware. This tablet is one of those.
I've tried just about everything I can think of to simply modify the ROM it has in a way that would make it work better, but there are a few apps installed that are locked and impossible to modify or remove. I've come to the conclusion at this point that if possible, installing a custom ROM is going to be the only way to "fix" it. I have been able to root the device, but I have not been able to replace the recovery app , nor have I been able to identify a ROM that might be able to be installed once I do.
What I need from you folks.
If I supply every scrap of information I can come up with about this tablet, would someone please be willing to tell me which ROM just might work, and how I can use the recovery app that's installed to install it? If so, thank you.
Here's the information.
Options available in the installed recovery app.
A. Apply update from ADB
B. Apply update from external storage.
C. Apply update from cache.
Here's the tablet information.
Brand: ZTO
Model: N1 PLUS (Generic Chinese 7" tablet)
Android version: 4.1.1
Baseband version: v0.4rc3
Kernal version: 3.0.8+
Build number: N1 PLUS_wifi-7601_V4.1.1 JR003C 20131202
And again, Thank you.

Which Model # is Which?

I'm just trying to confirm which model I have. I am pretty sure I have the chinese model because it came with all kinds of oppo software I removed via ADB, but I just want to confirm.
The model I have is PAFM00 / ColorOS Version V5.1 / Android 8.1
Second Question: does the international version allow background processes?
I know I can lock 5 apps and disable battery app freezing, but I really need it to truly run things in the background lol.
Thanks for the quick help, I could not find the information via search so I figured I'd reach out and post here so other confused users could find it.

How does a carrier know which model phone you have?

Just wondering if it is possible to spoof your phone model (in build.prop or elsewhere) to make a particular phone work on a particular carrier.
i.e. Huawei phone on Verizon
How does a carrier know which phone you are using?

Regarding your last question. It's read off your device and transmitted to the carrier.
To spoof/fake I actually only know one tool that I'm using myself but the device must be rooted and also running Xposed. The latter means the ROM must be Oreo or lower as Xposed isn't available for Pie; second with Xposed installed you're never going to pass the SafetyNet check if you require that. Finally, depending on your ROM version use XPrivacyLua or XPrivacy, both by M66B, and I always suggest the pro version to mainly support the developer and the development but also to enable some additional, useful features. XPrivacyLua has a companion application.

LG LM-X210APM20s (Phoenix 4)

Hey all,
I got this unlocked GSM phone from a very large online retailer and I would like to put TWRP on it and also flash a custom ROM and possibly gApps if possible. I came across a guide telling me to download an app to determine if the phone supports project treble, which it does not as it was upgraded to Android 8.1.0.
When these devices are advertised as unlocked I assume it relates to being free to use on any carrier using that particular network, in this case GSM? Also, this does not mean the bootloader is unlocked?
I am having difficulty in finding the correct version of TWRP for this particular device as well as compatible custom ROMs and I am not even sure that this is the correct forum to be posting in for my device as I didn't see a Phoenix 4 forum. Please help.
Any chance a mod could transfer this post to the correct forum?

I13 Pro Max

Hi everyone, I don't know if you can help me.
Currently, I buy a Mobil called I13 Pro Max (It is an imitation of the Iphone) This device has an Android 12 operating system and it is very bad, super slow, or it detects SIM
I would like to know if anyone knows of any good ROM for this device which I could install
At first I think that this may be wrong section of the forum for this thread. There is a multiple fake Iphones on the market so I think it will be hard to say which specific software will be best for this device. Also I think that the only think you can probably do to it is a debload which means that you will remove any unnecessary applications from the device or make custom rom. Can you provide more information about this device like processor, ram, rom etc.?

As for the ROM, I don't know how to identify which ROM my device currently has, it will still provide you with information about the device
