Hye. Need someone expert on this. My device got problem on sounds. This happens when i plug in 3.5mm audio jack to my speaker. Suddenly my device reboot loop on mi logo. Flash RR custom rom and its booting but cannot call or play any sound from audio file or video. Already flash with miflash also no luck. Just reboot loop on mi logo. Battery consumption also going crazy. Less than 5 hours without doing anything. And fevice feel warm always.
Try going back to official miui
Already flash stock global rom using miFlash with no luck. Btw, thanks.
Did you make full backup of all partitions using alka twrp?

My Redmi 3 IDO is stuck at the startup, system process failed ;(
Sometimes it starts up after +-2 hours... today it started, I immediately went to factory reset, but nothing happened when I pushed the button...
Then I tried to install TRWP & Kingroot to root my device, but this process hangs too, I immediately get into the lock screen and touch screen doesn't work.
I had put some roms, TRWP on my SD Card to flash asap, but I cannot get to flash...
Then I installed MiPCSuite (adb drivers installed on pc), but no device found.
I also installed XiaMiFlash on my pc and tried to flash a TRWP or Rom from there, but immediately fail.
I guess that original bootloader from Xiaomi is protected or something.
How can I get over this, so that I can install a new bootloader from where I can flash customised roms ?
Don't know what to do now, flash from pc,...
Touchscreen doesn't work, it starts up in lock screen and the light goes out faster than usual.
Today it booted up once, I had turned of the lock screen, but now it is on again...
I can only put my phone in download or recover mode with that built in Chinese bootloader, but don't know if I can do something from there.
I also tried to boot without SD/Sim card so that i'm sure that nothing blocks it, but this didn't help.
I guess I used too much apps & cleaners....
Maybe i'm lucky and it will boot after 2-3 hrs, but still when i'm in my device, nothing seems to work, this really sucks
Letting the battery run out and wait a few days to turn it on won't help probably...
Theres a lot of factors to determine in this case, first of all, is it a Snapdragon model (kate/kenzo) or a Mediatek(henessy)?, what version of MIUI are you using?, and most importantly, what did you do to get the phone in that state?
But in your case the most reasonable solution is put the phone on EDL mode and flash it using MIFlash, that software is used only for flashing an original MIUI Rom, you cant install TWRP or any other rom.
Yes it's a snapdragon (also tested it with an app), it's the IDO version (Redmi Note 3 international version).
The Miui is still the original version 7.
Actually I didn't nothing special that the phone got in that state, I think I just installed too many apps which resulted in a conflict that the proces system doesn't react and hangs at startup.
It's also strange that fastboot mode does nothing, it just shows the animated figures...
I will bootup in EDL download mode and try to flash the stock rom, the only thing is that I don't know which one.
My version is the IDO version, it's not in this list, I'll try the Kenzo.

Kenzo is codename for Redmi Note 3 and Kate is for Redmi Note 3 Special Edition (International version). Ido codename is for Redmi 3 (http://en.miui.com/download-298.html). Here is URL to Redmi 3's forum: https://forum.xda-developers.com/redmi-3
Thanks, it wasn't necessary anymore, while driving from work and waiting a few hours it suddenly started up and I quickly reseted to factory settings

Recently I decided to install Cardinal Aosp on my Redmi Note 4 (SD) with TWRP. But when the system starts after the boot, a message appears that the Bluetooth stopped working and after a few seconds the smartphone restarts and stays in that cycle.
Can someone help me? I have already tried to install the AICP, Pixel Experience, Cardinal, download the files twice, change the version of TWRP. But nothing to fix the problem.
Sorry about my English.
Try another custom room

I decided to go back to the miui with fastboot, through the official website. But the same problem continues, the system starts and in the initial steps to set up google account and personal data, it restarts. It reconnects, starts the system and restarts, and it remains so infinitely. Can it be a hardware problem?
Have you try custom room based on Lineage OS? If after install Bluetooth still not working it's possible hardware problem

No, but I have already tried to flash MIUI via fastboot in EDL mode and it remains the same. The device insists on restarting for whatever I do.
Hi
Few days back my redmi note 3 phone got stuck in earphone mode and have been like this. I have tried many methods to fix it like-
1) Rebooting mobile several times
2) Inserting and removing earphone quickly
3) Changing types of earphones from headphone and audio effects
but all this did no effect on mobile.
So, kindly suggest any effective method to fix the problem.
Thank you in advance
Its not your mobiles problem xiaomi miui 8.5.7 update messed up with the kernel the bug is because you must have flashed after wards miui 8.5.7 ROM sometime
That is a fairly common problem with the Redmi Note 3.
Cleaning the headphone jack with a swab and then restarting the phone did the trick for me .
It can also be a problem with the ROM (already happened to me too), however you would only know that if flash another ROM, so try the cleaning method first.
Hope I could help
Flash agni kernel with agni jack modification on
Hope it will work
Recently I've encountered a problem on my Redmi Note 3 Pro 3 gb ram 32 gb. I've been using custom ROMs and Kernels for a while. One day my phone switched off after getting warm. It switched on after some time. Then I tried Wiping Cache and Dalvik through TWRP and it didn't work as I had the same problem over again. Then I tried flashing another ROM through TWRP and I couldn't complete it as my phone restarted while I tried to flash a new ROM. Then I tried copying my files from phone to USB OTG and that too failed as phone continued to restart. The only option I had is using Fastboot. I downloaded the latest Global ROM MIUI 10 and flashed new ROM using MiFlash. Phone booted perfectly and after I synced my Mi account and Google account the phone switched off again and when I tried to restart it boots up till lockscreen and switches off Immediately.
Again I booted up Xiaomi Recovery as TWRP was now gone and Wiped the ROM and it booted up normally, after few tries I finally didn't sync Mi or Google account and Didn't install anything on phone as it might switch off again. I'm pretty sure it'll switch off again. Other than that I think the device is okay as I'm posting this thread from the same phone. It couldn't be a ROM issue as you can see I've tried different MIUI ROMs even the Custom MIUI ones. What could be the reason for this behavior? I hope someone could help me as it is my main device and this issue is driving me nuts.

Make sure u selected clean flash while flashing fastboot rom including cleaning user storage and internal sd.
Dont encrypt.
Are u rooting ? If rooting use magisk only.... not supersu.
Remove sd card, sim card . clean it. Put back.
If still cant solve....open back cover. Remove both battery connecter and connect again. Charging board flex connector on both end and connect again. Sometimes carbon can create problem.

I've Selected Flash all While Fastboot flashing....Yet I've
Same issue, Boots till lockscreen then screen goes black....Then when I use Mi Recovery to Wipe all it boots up and I can use the phone. But if I try to Open a few apps or try to Sync, phone switches off again. Any way I'll try the cable fix and report here.
I have a redmi note 9s (the topic is about this device). After testing a port of Android 13 or beta 2 I ran out of sensors and the audio was cut off, they told me to pass the stock via mi flash to solve the same, the stock doesn't boot on my phone anymore, it just stays on the Redmi logo, but I enter in fastboot, in recovery stock and after passing the custom recovery I enter the custom recovery too. With that I can pass some custom to use the cell phone, it comes back with the sensor bug and audio cut or no audio, I wipe several times, format data, I pass a zip called "clean.zip" the firmware and even then solve the sensors and audio. I'm afraid to keep changing roms now, but it's complicated to stay in just one rom, and when Android 13 comes out I'm stuck on 12, apart from that I can't go to stock anymore. Anyone had a similar problem? do you know any solution? Thank you very much for everyone's help in advance, Best Regards MurilloAssF
