I am using Android 4.2.2 Jelly bean..i am having connectivity problem.Whenever I m trying to turn on my mobile data pack and trying to go for an website it is showing " Authentication via the proxy server was unsucessful" please help.

I've rootedmy phone (HTC Desire HD) to android 2.3.5 and I've installed cyanogenMod7 from it's nightly build repository: "cm_ace_full-200.zip".
my full cyanogen mod is: "CyanogenMod-7-09192011-NIGHTLY-DesireHD"
It's so powerful ROM and almost every thing works Okay but I have a problem with it.
my phone can't connect to vpn server!
(I've tried several up-time VPN servers and those can connect through PC! but in my phone just says: "server hang up.The username or password you entered could be incorrect.Do you want to try again?")
What can I do for connecting to VPN server?
help my gt-s5570 suddenly cant connect to any available network so i cant receive any messages or calls.

I have got my Samsung Galaxy S3 (I9300) about a weeks & I keep getting pop up saying below:
Network Failure - "Download failed. Disconnected from Wi-Fi Network. When re-connected to Wi-Fi Network dowload will restart. To download via mobile networks, start download again after disabling Wi-Fi only. Downloading via mobile networks may incur additional charge"
The strange part is i havent even connected to Wi-Fi network so dont know how it is disconnected from it.
And this error only pops when my mobile data is on.
The phone is atm running on android 4.0.4(though 4.1.2 update is avalaible in India but my Wifi router is not working and i have ordered another which will be delivered in a week)
Any idea how to rectify this problem?
Sounds like your phone is trying and failing to download an update, the new stock ROM for your region probably.
If you don't want it to use all your mobile data plan then disable the Samsung firmware updater.

How to disable Samsung firmware updater?
In Settings>About Device>Software Update i am getting these 2 options:
Update(check for update)
Wifi only (Only downloadable when connecter via Wi-Fi (SELECTED)
So I am testing a new rom version that is having problems with the wifi. It says that the connection has no internet when connected but the internet is working fine, it is just showing wrong. It is a marshmallow rom and the previous version of it was fine. Because of this android will not connect automatically because it thinks there is no internet. The rom is made by a chinese developer so the communication for it is hard. I am trying to figure it out myself. What in android analyzes the connection to determine if it has internet or not? Would that not be the first place to look?
I have this AGM A8 with RR-OS v5.8.3 and Android 7.1.2
But cannot solve this problem. I need to activate hotspot using my mobile data, so I can use the Internet from the smartphone on laptop, but with no success. I have activated the mobile data. and can surf over the Net on the phone, but when activate the hotspot the system returns me error msg. the strangest thing is that it gives result when wifi active and mobile data is off... need help, 10x in advance.
