Xposed on OF1 - Verizon Samsung Galaxy S 4

Hello.
Was curious to know if anyone here happens to have a way to get Xposed running on the SCH-I545 (GS4) OF1 update. I can't find a deodexed Odin flashable tar.md5 anywhere either. Ideas?

Deodexed Rom:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/galaxy-s4-verizon/development/stang5litre-ediition-5-0-t3132555
Follow OF1 directions implicitly.
Xposed:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=68027116&postcount=10
Flashfire install. Use at your own risk. If you screw it up:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/galaxy-s4-verizon/general/guide-sch-i545-vrugof1-look-t3395833

Here's what I did to get stock deodexed OF1 rooted with Xposed:
- Update OTA to OF1
- Root with Kingroot (I had to use the desktop version)
- Replace Kingroot with SuperSu: http://forum.xda-developers.com/galaxy-s4-verizon/general/root-rid-kingroot-king2suv2-0-t3361601
- Install Flashfire
- Download the following DEODEXED OF1 ROM and place it on your device: http://forum.xda-developers.com/gal...-to-update-to-i545of1-5-0-1-keeproot-t3182544
- Flash with Flashfire like normal
- Attempt to boot. It will not, but should go to the Verizon boot screen at least
- Boot to recovery and wipe cache/factory reset phone
- Attempt to boot. Be patient. It takes FOREVER!
- Install Xposed from here following the instructions: http://forum.xda-developers.com/galaxy-s4-verizon/general/how-to-xposed-touchwiz-t3113399
Enjoy!

The W0lfdroid removal of King root worked great. Awesome. Thank you.
Are there any special instructions for setting Flashfire for flashing Xposed?

Steps to root, put on a recovery and flash stock android (cm11 or 12)

I am having a hard time finding the correct steps to root then install a recovery then install cyanogen mod or whatever ROM works the best for the S4 for stock android steps.
What it be possible for someone to please post the correct steps in doing all that so I do not mess my phone up? And having the correct links in the steps for me to download the correct software would be also very helpful. Thanks so much in advance

We need more details about your phone, before we give you instructions on how to root & flash it.
What bootloader are you on? If you have a new Samsung Galaxy S4 or accepted an OTA update you cannot install Cyanogen Mod. CM ROMS only works on an MDK bootloader with the loki hack.
If you have a newer S4 or accepted an OTA then you'll have to use Safestrap to install touchwiz based roms. (Although I think there is a safestrap GPE ROM out there)

Do you mean NK1? From the Verizon site it seems the NK1 is the latest update http://www.verizonwireless.com/dam/support/pdf/system_update/benefits-galaxys4-12-1-14.pdf
Here's a link on XDA on how to root the NK1 http://forum.xda-developers.com/gal...-to-root-i545vrufnk1-4-4-2-12-1-2014-t2959613
Here's the link to GPE ROM for SafeStrap I would read this thread thoroughly before even attempting to flash it, not sure if it works on the NK1 bootloader. http://forum.xda-developers.com/gal...ow-to-install-aosp-s4-google-edition-t2817708

[How To] Xposed on Touchwiz -New Flashable Zip, verified

Update!
There is now a flashable option for mere mortals! If you have a deodexed TW ROM, you can install xposed installer, flash zip, and will have xposed.
Verified it in my S4 running Muniz_ri's OC1 stock, rooted, deodexed ROM. ROM must be deodexed for this to work.
It's new, so make a backup first!
See the OP here, use the V3 version of the framework flash file:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=3113463
Install Xposed installer 3.0 Alpha 2
Flash Xposed framework zip V3
Reboot, cache will rebuild
Run xposed and start adding modules.
Read up on modules, all aren't compatible.
Holy crap.
It's been sold. I have been debating heavily over the past week whether to stay on HyperdriveRLS21 KitKat or finally flash a custom Lollipop rom. Xposed is my life, and I told myself that the moment any sort of advancement of Xposed for TouchWiz_LP I would upgrade. I'll flash this Saturday to test this xposed out
(Echoe looks nice, but it seems that as of v49 the sending SMS/MMS is broken, if anyone knows of a stock-deodex I'd like a link)
Will Flashfire work for flashing this zip?

No idea...I'd ask on the thread.
There are issues w/some S4 variants and probably not working on our phone yet.
Kinks being worked out...i9505 issues are almost resolved according to the OP on the thread, and I'm hoping that will help for us as well, since we run i9505 kernels and ROMs w/some mods.
@SnyderGuy
There is a fix for SMS/MMS now. I'll update thus with the post link when I get home.
Arter97 made an update that completely fixes Xposed for our device! Install the xposed apk from rovo. Flash arter97's new V3 zip. Install the Lollipop memory leak fix module and Disable Samsung DVFS module for great performance.
Yup, just installed it today and verified it works! Updated OP.
Anyone get this to work? I flashed the V3 (I believe) and it bricked my device.
Which version should I download and is FlashFire okay to use?'

I haven't tried myself but if you used Flashfire that would be my first suspect. I've seen that CWM may be needed. This is in its early days still.

Just flashed this fix and I am waiting for the ROM to boot. It did as I typed this..

As I already said, working perfectly for me. Stock, rooted, deodexed OC1 ROM from Muniz_ri in the Android dev section here.
Follow the steps in the OP in the thread I linked to. Install the Xposed installer, flash the framework file (use V3).
Reboot after flashing the framework zip will rebuild your cache and then you can use Xposed as usual.
Not all modules are lollipop compatible!
Remember, requires deodexed ROM.

I'm running v3 with no problems.
I'm still mdk bootloader and twrp recovery. I'm running Echoe v49 deodexed rom.
Sent from my SCH-I545
I actually flashed Xposed on Echoe v49. Works like normal. Used the Safestrap kernal changing thing to get access in safestrap but it still worked.

I'm mdk as well but can't get echo to boot what all did u do to get it working (wifi as well)? Sorry for asking here..... Got excited.
this worked fine through muniz_ri's deodexed oc1, and flashed through flashfire perfectly for me.

I don't think that I had to do anything special to get it to boot. It's been a few days since I installed it, but I might have just cleared the cache. I haven't had any issues with wifi. It worked right away.

I was very hesitant to flash xposed via Flashfire, but after reading this decided to try it. Worked well! Of course we have a limited selection of modules and mostly look forward to Wanam. But at least it isn't bricked and see a great future!
Also have muniz_ri's deodexed oc1, Verizon I545

Are you using NC5 flasher to get to SafeStrap or did you use Flashfire?
Flash this: xposed-v75-sdk21-arm-arter97-snapdragon_requestConcurrentGC.zip (http://forum.xda-developers.com/xpos...lipop-t3113463)
----Flash this if you need to uninstall: xposed-uninstaller-20150831-arm.zip (http://forum.xda-developers.com/show....php?t=3034811)
You can use this installer: XposedInstaller_3.0_alpha4.apk (http://forum.xda-developers.com/show....php?t=3034811)
Enjoy :good::good:

I use FlashFire. SS is a little buggy on LP if ya ask me.

Flashfire: Can it be used to install zips like a recovery?

I am at Lollipop 5.0 OC1 with root. I was never able to install suSuper or get OC2 to install while I was is SafeStrap so I installed a rooted Lollipop OC1 .tar via Flashfire. So far so good... except ATT wants to push an update on me, which I declined knowing I'd lose root.
I assume I need to/want to go to OC2 . What file would I use to do that and can I use Flashfire to do that? I don't have access to Odin on this machine (company machine is locked down and I can't add the Samsung drivers)
Can I install the StageFright fix via Flashfire as well?

Thanks but had you read my question better (and that thread), you would have seen that I was asking about going from OC1 to OC2. I used Flashfire to get to OC1. I was asking if you can get from OC1 to OC2 using Flashfilre.
True,but so far I haven't seen oc2, yet,
Also i have been able to use flashfire to flash any oc1 based rom with out safestrap
Also please use the Q&A session

I'm pretty sure many here on xda took the oc2 update while on rooted oc1 and didn't loose root. carl1961 has a thread with the oc2 update zip. Check that thread out (can't remember exactly which thread sorry). It's a config file, rename to update.zip and don't see why Flashfire wouldn't flash. I hope this info helps
