Button mapping is not a kernel level feature, it's done within the Android OS code, not Linux kernel

Why add Deepflex this not in his CM13 Version

I would suggest to use stock and modify it with e.g. xposed and some modules. To speak for my behalve, i have no problems with stock and xposed - with all your requests working!

Reporting Bugs
Please keep in mind, omni is still work in progress, so some glitches are expected, if you face any bug, please add a log or at least step by step information to reproduce it and report it at gerrit.omnirom.org (unmerged changes), jira.omnirom.org (merged changes) or at the bug tracker. If you can't provide the needed information to reproduce it or a log, post it here.
Please keep in mind, if you use your own mods, kernel or any other modification which isn't shipped with the rom, try first if it's working without the modifications before reporting or asking about it.
FAQ
4.4
Q: My singal indicator shows only one bar, why so weak?
The signal itself isn't that weak, it's just a graphical glitch showing it as weak.
Q: I got an error within recovery, what to do?
See, prerequesits
Q: My camera doesn't work, how to get it fixed?
At first opening the camera the system will crash, but when it booted up afterwards the camera works.
4.3
Q: Mobile data doesn't work, how to fix it?
Search for the apn settings for your provider and add them manually
Q: Active display kills my battery, what to do?
Active Display uses much juice if the pocket mode is enbaled, because the proximity sensor is used, if it drains too fast, turn pocket mode off and let the notification redisplay instead (half an hour or hour isn't a bad interval and won't use that much juice).
Q: Where to find the Multi-Window feature?
Go to the recent activity list (long press home), long press the activity you like to have in Multi-Window and choose add to splitview from the contextmenu.

Can I ask? if I wanna ask? Where do I ask? Ha ha ha

What you mean by restore, if you talk about restoring with titanium or similar, doesn't work most of the time, just search for them and type them in manually under settings - > more - > mobile networks and it should work fine (at least for everyone else, where mobile data didn't work out of the box it worked).

The dev host links are user builds from me and hackworks, both as well so only include source from omni repositories, my last includes more cherry picks, like active display and device settings, hackworks less, but is built more recent.

It has been pushed to gerrit and reviewed, but it won't be included (at least not soon), because multi window and halo have a conflict, because of an identical flag.

Since Omni is currently mostly an AOSP rom with a few goodies and tweaks, I found the following Xposed mod works perfectly and brings with it a few very nice, yet sorely missed features to this rom. Till these are implemented, we can it them instead
Gravity Box - Screenshot on Power Menu, QuickSettings Tile Management, Navigation Bar Tweaks and a whole bunch of others.
XuiMod - BatteryBar as found on SlimBean
Tinted Status Bar - As the titles says, changes the status bar colour to match the currently running app
I only tested these so far and they work very well and there is no battery drain or perceptible performance decrease.

Some hints:
1. Keep in mind that this are early beta stage builds!!!!!! Means bugs can happen. So please only use this builds if you want to help us and iron out the bugs with proper bugreports etc (see third post about how to submit a bugreport)
2. Be sure you are on latest CWM recovery or TWRP!!!!!!
3. Not all gapps packages right now are nice working. You can try others but at least I know that the one linked here is working (it only does not have the new google launcher). If you have other gapps which are working you can link it here of course
4. Full wipe when coming from any 4.3 rom (as well format system manually please)

Reporting Bugs
When you submit a bug you want to make sure that nothing from your side is causing it. Otherwise your developer might be hunting a bug which doesn't really exist.
The best way to achieve this is by doing the following.
1. Make a nandroid backup.
2. Perform a full wipe (factory reset + wipe /system)
Now we have two different ways depending on what kind of problem you're having.
3a. When you're having a problem with a ROM function, flash just the ROM without GAPPS etc. and boot back into the system. You will boot directly onto the homescreen.
3b. When you're having a problem with a 3rd party app in combination with our ROM then flash the ROM and GAPPS.
Boot now back into the system. You will boot to the setup wizard.
Log in to your Google account but make sure that you untick "Restore from my Google Account to this phone/tablet".
Finish the setup and open the playstore and download only the app you're having problems with.
4. Start a logcat recording and reproduce the bug (if possible more than once) while taking the logcat. If you don't know how to get a logcat read this tutorial or this.
5. Post the logcat in a txt file (this is important because you otherwise clog up the threads with your log) in the correct thread.
Please also write detailed description how we can reproduce the bug.
6. Restore your backup from point 1 and wait for a fix (don't ask for ETAs).
first
looks good will this have spen features
nice to see some kitkat action here....but I cant see the link.....
yeah !!! finnally !!!! tomorrow i try
First impression after trying it for the last two hours: very good for a beta. Some features from the advanced settings are still missing, but I am sure we just need to be a little patient for them to be added. At least it is stable and everything seems to work as expected.

Why no Mokee ROM forum exists in XDA for Sony Xperia Z2 ?

I tried searching all the threads under xperia Z2 for Mokee ROM, but couldnt find any information. Finally flashed Mokee release version dated 18 Oct 2015 and got to say very pleased with its stability and battery life. LTE, Wifi, Bluetooth and Google camera works.
I get more than 7 hours of screen on time. (forgot to take the screenshot when i had 7 hours SOT, but posting close to 3 hours of SOT and battery still at 60%)
My setup before flashing - Rooted + Unlocked bootloader + Dual recovery
Followed these steps for flashing.
1. Boot Recovery
2. Factory reset - Wipe
3. Flash the rom.zip http://download.mokeedev.com/?device=sirius&type=release
4. Flash open gapps.zip http://opengapps.org/#

[APP][6.0+] XTouchWiz | Customize your Stock Samsung Roms

This module supports Samsung TouchWiz Marshmallow 6.0+ Rom only.
XTouchWiz includes the most important features IMHO, I have no plans for the theming/coloring features, so please no need to ask for them.
Wanam Xposed was a big project that i cannot keep supporting anymore, it will be discontinued in favor of the new module, XTouchWiz will start with Android 6.0+ support, and i will try to keep it clean with only the essential features that i can keep updating over the major Android updates.
Features:
- Fast PIN unlock
- Advanced Power Menu: Screen Capture/Record (Busybox required) and Reboot options
- Fake System status
- Disable TIMA/KAP
- Clock positions
- Call Recording
- Auto call recording
- Extended Multi-window support for all apps
- Skip Music track with Volume buttons long press
- Bypass Email Exchange restrictions
- Disable tether provisioning
- Disable battery level/temp checks while using Camera
- Disable wake on Home button
- Long back press to kill App
- Show Data usage
- Disable some annoying quick settings notifications
- Switch between LTE and 4G icon
- Hide Alarm icon
- Disable Adb during secured lockscreen
- Enable Message save and restore from sdcard
- And few other features
Download.
It is highly recommended to update your Xposed framework to the latest update here (V80+).

As i mentioned, Wanam Xposed will be discontinued because it became a painful task to maintain it and keep it compatible with all Samsung devices.
XTouchWiz is a lite and improved version of Wanam Xposed, with essential mods only for better support and compatibility.
I wrote this module for my own need with the main goal to provide some must have features and fix some Knox restrictions on Samsung Roms.

No, it does not alter SeLinux status, i have no plans neither ideas on how it can be done since it's enforced at the kernel level.
This feature disables some Samsung Knox services checks for better compatibility with Root and Xposed, this should improve battery life as well by eliminating Tima services wake-lock.
More details about what means TIMA/KAP can be found on this Samsung white paper.
Hi @wanam, would you consider at least supporting Lollipop as well as Marshmallow, as most Samsung devices would be on at least 5.x?
I don't think I could live with a Samsung device without your Wanam module!
Hi @wanam, I can't try out the module yet because official Marshmallow isn't out for the S6, but by "- Disable some annoying quick settings notifications" do you mean that it will also disable the popup that appears when mobile data is turned off?
I have a issue after install this module.. i can't expand notification manually, anyone with this issue? - Rooted MM 6.0.1 ,latest Xposed firmware.

[CM Based ROMS] Swap Buttons for OnePlus 2

NOT SUPPORTED ANYMORE.
Come on, Swap.
You can generally find swap buttons from
Settings>Buttons>Recent buttons
or
Settings>Additional buttons>Swap buttons
In Exodus ROM you can find it here
Settings>Swipe right for exodus settings>Hardware>Action rebinding>and
Code:
set App_Switch to Navigate back
set Back to show recent apps.
if not then,
open System/usr/keylayout/synaptics.kl and set this
Code:
key 158 APP_SWITCH VIRTUAL
key 139 BACK VIRTUAL
To solve this mess, I've created two flashable zip files.
if you want your
left button for recent and right button for navigating back
Flash Swap Buttons Recent Back
This will be your order.
RECENT---------HOME----------BACK
if you want
left for navigating back and right for recent.
Flash Swap Buttons Back Recent
This will be your order.
BACK-----------HOME------------RECENT
Downloads (Refer Download section or links below):
Swap Butons Back Recent.zip
Swap Butons Recent Back.zip
This will work on most of the CyanogenMod based ROMs, if it doesn't let me know..

Thanks for the screenshots. Really helpful... it seems I'm not blind or too stupid. Both options are not existing (having hardware buttons) on lineage-14.1-20170410-nightly-A6020-signed on Lenovo K5. Thanks anyway.. appreciate it.

If you don't find those options, ask on your device forum why, maybe it differs from OnePlus 2.
