battery between z5c and iphone 6s (not plus) - Xperia Z5 Compact Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Hi,
has anyone switched from a 6s to z5c or vice versa? with similar use; I assume z5c will last longer. But I want to know by how much. GSMARENA shows 62hrs vs 86hrs which is a big difference.

iphone edges out by an hour or two. I average 4 hours on z5 compact and 6 hours on 6s.

Good comparison test here:

Thanks. Quite the opposite of what the review sites are saying. But believable.

Google says Android L coming to Nexus AND GPe devices in coming weeks.

"Android 5.0 Lollipop, which comes on Nexus 6, Nexus 9 and Nexus Player, will also be available on Nexus 4, 5, 7, 10 and Google Play edition devices in the coming weeks".
http://googleblog.blogspot.com/2014/10/android-be-together-not-same.html
If the Z Ultra GPe really does get L as quickly as they're insinuating, that will be pretty amazing. I have definitely had my doubts(still kinda do).
Who else is getting the Nexus 6? I have a terrible LG G Flex that I've been waiting to trade in as a JUMP at T-Mobile. At $649.00, quite a few people are upset about the higher-than-normal price. The days of cheap Nexus devices are over I guess.
Still..this is a freaking GORGEOUS phone.

I hate it when i do that. My apologies.
I'm not so sure about the colour of the n6 tho... Would've preferred a proper all black like the n5.

Can I get the old battery usage display back in .253 ? I liked it more.

It seems firmware version 32.2.A.0.253 changed the battery usage display,

I like the old one better as it showed cell signal quality over time, GPS/Wi-Fi/screen usage etc. and the new one only displays the last 48 hours.
Is there an option to revert back to the old display?
Is this change caused by Sony or Google (Android)? I hope new Android versions may improve this.
This is also on the z3c latest update so it's a Sony thing imo. I have to agree with you though as we've list a lot of battery functionality with this change. Not impressed with Sony removing this as it's the first screen I used if get any bad apps using battery. Using a third party app but it doesn't record phone awake time

Is there a good 3rd party app to remedy this?
I seldom used it but it was useful to know certain things. Annoying that Sony hid it

nah, there just isnt, shouldnt be much of a problem (for me atleast)
I suspect most people did not switch the settings from FHD on the S7 and on to QHD in display settings. Most people won't notice the difference. The screen is great on the note 10

Still, original definition of Note series was over the top best hardware around with everything except kitchen sink, not budget phone with premium price. Note series was one the first phablets on the market, one of the first with 4k video recording etc. So instead of saying like we used to " I didn't know Note had humidity sensor , heart/o2 monitors, IR blaster or 4k video recording" now you say " I didn't know there is no notification LED, no phone jack, no heart monitor" , kind of very dissapointing if you ask me, at least they kept s-pen

Redmi Note 4 battery on X821.

Hi all, my Leeco Le Max 2 X821 has high battery drenage, it falls from 100% to 15% about in 2 or 3 hours of minimal usage.
I have a Redmi Note 4 4100mah battery, as i see in google images it seems to be te same kind of battery, with the same voltage input and ouput, the same connector to the board and all. It seems it have the same size to fit inside the leeco le max 2 but i apreciatie is someone have one original or alternative battery supposed to replace te original and take measures for me. Don't wanna take the risk tearing down the chellphone and get the battery dosnt fit in the cellphone haha
Here is a photo of the battery, fully working before the cellphone kiss the floor.

TBH, I haven't noticed much difference in daily use. I am not a "power user" so there may be some under the hood stuff I am missing. It may be the placebo effect but it seems to have slightly better battery life.
Oh I noticed a few things like if your using the main display and pull notifications down the gap between the sides I noticed the blur animation thing that they do and also they changed the dpi settings on both screens thats all I noticed really
Ye iv noticed battery seems to be better aswell
