Is there anyone who can help me to flash developers rom on redmi note 3 snapdragon version also called pro version without unlocking bootloader.. Snapdragon does not have recovery pre-installed .

Hi, noob here...my friend has a redmi 3 pro (the 3gb version) and stuck on the 7.9 global stable (it came with this rom), can he flash the redmi 3 miui 8 global stable rom on his redmi 3 pro from this link?

Backup your data by system backup, then used mi flash tool to flash a global rom. I personally prefer global dev rom. There's a instruction for flashing miui official rom in the download section. If you prefer customer recovery, used flasher toolkit V1.05: http://en.miui.com/thread-296053-1-1.html, after you have twrp installed, you can easily changed to zcx twrp for flashing miui official rom and can do a nandroid backup. There are many version of twrp for redmi note 3 pro: read the newbies guide on twrp, please read and really understand those topics then started to flash whatever your preference.
