I can't get doze on the go enabled on my LG G6 either. Completely stock phone, non-rooted.
Sorry, Doze on the Go is no longer available on Android 7+ due to internal changes in AOSP.

I still have the option in Greenify's Settings>Aggressive Doze and also under Settings>Xposed-based Features and am able to enable it. But no idea whether it works or whether Oreo's settings work. Running 3.9.9.1

I've gotten it to work on individual apps like chrome, gmail, playstore and so on. Not om system ui or anything like that.

When you apply a theme it gives the option to specific items to apply the theme on

Because some people prefer the slow animations from IOS I guess lol...not me...it the OnePlus 3T can unlock two times faster before the iPhone does

Your device may not be compatible with the mod and Because does not work, have you tried installing it for example the Lineage Os?
I installed the mod in Resurrection Remix and it worked but I have a One Plus 3T, if you want to do the test and have it if it works

How to install custom launcher on honor 8x EMUI 8.2.0.
As in settings only home launcher is showing
You have to install your preferred launcher and remove your default launcher using ADB command for it to work.

On chinese rom its not possible if you are on latest patch. if you are on older patch then there is a slight chance.
Use this tool to uninstall launcher and vdrive app. Before all of it you must install some 3rd party launcher.
