It's not a server issue. CM blobs are not compatible for VoLTE.
When CM will update the source, then we will be able to make VoLTE calls.

I'm not talking about volte. Since there is no volte support, we have a app to make phone calls as a workaround. It doesn't need volte.

I flashed CM11 11-20140131-nightly - spyder last night. So far it's a huge improvement over the stock ROM which got unworkable due to slowness. The one issue I have so far is that I'm not getting any voice prompts when I try to voice dial over my BT headsets. Can anyone confirm if they're having the same issue? Any known work-arounds? I rely on that feature a lot when I'm driving. Much thanks.

I ended up running into another problem with CM11... that is, device encryption did not work (simply goes into the encryption screen but nothing happens). For that reason I decided to downgrade back to the latest official release of CM10.2.1 and guess what.... does the same thing there also. I thought encryption is supposed to work fine with TWRP... what gives?
Also, is there a way to get the phone to detect a car dock with CM? I miss having the phone go into car mode automatically when I dock it in my car.

Hi,
I have the same problem here. CM11 20140201 nightly umts_spyder
BT works in call but can't hear any voice prompt from my voice dialer app.
Voice dialer app becomes slow when BT connected.
I can't find any solution for now and app vendor only support official version by HW vendor. :crying::crying:
But voice dialer app works flawlessly if BT disconnected.
So it's definitely BT issue, perhaps submit a bug to cm?

I switched to 10.2 and the prompts work fine on that version; but phone encryption does not work which I need for work so it looks like it's back to stock for me. Bummed.
Hi All, just wanted to start this thread to add my feedback for CM12 11th May 2015 build.
I flashed the ROM using TWRP after a complete wipe. Before this ROM, I was on CyanogenMod 11, 20141115-SNAPSHOT-M12-d802
Download Google Apps from here. Version CM 12 (20141212)
So far, I have an amazing experience with this ROM
Everything works as it should (Wi-Fi, calls, messaging, camera etc etc.).
Battery life seems to have improved. There was an issue in the previous ROM. Google Play Services use to keep a wakelock for one of its processes. This was resulting in immense battery drain.
This ROM seems to be lighter than CM11
The interface is smooth as butter, no lags nothing.
CM11 also use to give me random call drops (loads of them), CM12, no issues.
Hope this helps : )

Yup, no issues with BT toggling either.. even tried transferring a file. worked perfectly.
Rotation works without flashing baseband?

didn't flash anything but the CM12 ROM and GApps.. from the links above.. Did a clean install. Rotation works perfectly well...
I'll just leave this here

All good. It's my daily driver. Awesome experience so far.
Found one issue.. Not sure if its ROM specific. I use open WiFi when in travelling to work via tube. I always use to be able to connect to the WiFi and sign in to the network. Now I can connect but can't sign in to the network. Cm12s 'sign in to network' is very different than the one on CM11. In CM11, I will need to click on 'Sign in to network' notification and it will take me to the default browser for signing in. In CM12, it doesn't take me to the browser, rather I get a dedicated 'sign in to network' window (see attachment) and it never signs in.
This not a big issue but I thought I will point it out : )

As we know oneplus X is non VoLTE device so we have to use jio4Gvoice app to use jio Sim for calling purpose.
I am facing issue with jio4gvoice app which is not able to stay connected to network even if it is not optimised in battery setting. It automatically get disconnected after some time. And if it is connected I am not able to receive calls when app is not running in foreground. There is only message notification that you have missed a call.
This app is able to receive call only when application is open on the foreground, but when you clear it from recent the problem will start again.
I tried many solutions like enable GPS, switch off automatic network selection. But none of them is able to resolve the issue.
Now I am frustrated with testing new ROMs of Oreo because this problem is not resolved in any of them.
Due to this problem I am not able to use latest Oreo ROM.
Is there anyone with concrete solution of this problem in our community?

Thanks again. I tried this build also and got same situation with jio4gvoice app. I think naptime and lspeed has to do something with it. I will check and let you know outcome.:good:
Problem resolved.
Just turn on GPS and it will work like a charm. No need to whitelist app in Lspeed or Naptime or any other app. It will work as normal like in any nougat or marshmallow ROM after turning ON GPS.
Didn't in first post you said that Enabling GPS didn't helped? I am also having the same issue. Will let you you know if this resolves it.

Yes I mentioned it in first post. I was facing problem with older ROMs I tested. Solution with "GPS ENABLED ALWAYS" works with new builds of ROMs. I think it might be problem with older ones.
Enabling GPS did solve the Problem.
But Wouldn't GPS drain Battery if it is ON 24x7?
I was happy to flash Latest LOS 15.1 on my OPO.
But this Bug Ruined everything.
Hope there will be a fix out Soon.
Saddest Part is I've Just Replaced My OPO's Battery A few Days Back.
And I'm afraid this Battery will Lose its Full Capacity.
Time to Say Bye Bye to Jio I guess.

You can set the location to Battery Saving, no need to set it to High Accuracy.

Exactly. I use GPS in battery saving mode and it's not that much battery draining compared to high accuracy or device only mode. Which turns out to be daily driver even with jio4gvoice app running.
I tried to use xposed module to make Jio4gvoice app get predefined GPS location without turning GPS on, but not succeeded. If some app with ability to modify system settings or giving fake GPS location can make Jio4gvoice app to run without GPS always enabled. Which can solve battery draining due to it.
If someone finds any app please acknowledge us.
Thanks @SjBathavar for these. It saved my plenty of time.

no, let you be clear, we have said multiple times, it it the latest firmware and all pie roms, stop trying to deny its a major bug.

seems like only mdeejay build trees are broken for MEE7.

Just install an update to your ims app (copy & paste below link) and reboot.

I'm also having this issue.
Hi all.
I'm also having this issue. I installed the latest Pixel Experience Rom on my Xiaomi Redmi 5 plus Saturday night.
Sunday afternoon i restarted the phone and was plagued by this infernal popup every couple seconds. I'll attempt to post a screen shot but the message is "com.android.phone" keeps stopping.
As per a previous message, disabling "Enhanced 4G LTE Mode" makes the error popup stop.
Unfortunately getting there is tricky as the popup keeps closing the screen you need to be on.
To make it stop: Open Settings, tap "Network & internet", "Mobile Network", "Advanced", and then tap "Enhanced 4G LTE Mode" to toggle it off.
This only started happening after I rebooted the phone.
I can try to provide logs an any other information that will help fix this, but I am a newb to Roms so I'll need the steps laid out unfortunately.
Otherwise the Rom is working well and I appreciate all the great work that obviously gone into it!
---
Edit: Harry_virdi suggestion to update the ims app appears to have worked. Thank you sir.
Though I must confess as a newb I would certainly like a few more details about what file I just downloaded and installed on my phone, where it came from, what it does. My phone is a fresh install and there's no sensitive information on it yet, so I can afford the risk today, but once I get my work stuff back on it Id be a lot more hesitant.
i am getting the error android.phone.app popup error too.
ims.apk not fix properly long delay to connect when making phone call.
I have MEG7 and my signal bar keeps disappearing and I get the force close popup on AEX, PE and Havoc. Driving me mad.
Same here
No signal no calls phone app keep crashing on havoc and pixel experience
Hi all,
this is probably an issue from MIUI itself, but I have a Poco F1, so I post it here.
Since I updated my phone to MIUI 12, my apps stopped report data usage. Neither mobile nor wifi data is working.
Beside this, I noticed the connection speed in the status bar always shows "0,0 KB/s".
Does anyone have a clue what's the cause?
