Since cm13 for redmi note 3 doesn't support voLTE, to place voLTE calls i only have the option of using JioJoin app.
But it fails to show the dialer in the Calls tab which it is supposed to show. And when I tap on any contact to call it just copies the contact number onto the stock dialer.
Please help!

Jiojoin is not working on any CM 13 based ROM. For that you can use dirty unicorn and enjoy jiojoin.
I am also using dirty unicorn and able to make calls using jiojoin.

I Tried CM 9.0 stable, 9.1 stable and 10.1 nightlies, but it does not work on any of them . Is Call Conferencing/Merging not available on CM?.

Doesn't work for me either
Actually call conferencing not working with any ROM, except stock, even the leaked JB
Don't understand why call conferencing is not working for anything except stock.
Wonder what might be the problem.
Can anyone confirm if they have call conferencing working on S2, with ICS or JB? on any other rom other than stock?
Make sure call conferencing is enabled from your service provider end
Just found out, so dumb of me :cyclops:, it seems call conferencing needs to be enabled from service provider end if it has to work.
Just completed the call with service provider customer care. Fingers crossed
Hope that is the only issue
Call Conferencing Works - Make sure it is enabled from service provider end.

YES
That was the only issue, working flawlessly now. How dumb :cyclops: of me .
Yesterday I flashed the newest CyanogenMod 11 nightly, and I am now unable to call, text, or use mobile data. When I go to About Phone ->Status and check my phone number, it says my phone number is 000-000-0626. I am able to connect to Sprint, however. I tried going back to CyanogenMod 10.2 stable, but the problem still exists. I also tried going back to the stock ROM, and the problem still exists. I looked for hours online, but could not find anything to fix my problem.

You need to flash back to a Sense ROM and reactivate your device. Looks like your device programming got wiped out.

Thank you, it worked! I am now able to call/text/use mobile data again
Actually, there's a new problem... I can send texts, use mobile data, but not make/receive calls or receive texts...

If you are still on a sense ROM, dial ##72786# from your dialer and select reset from the menu. I'm not sure if it will work from CM though but you could try.

Dialer codes don't work on AOSP.
I also suggest updating your PRL & profile from a Sense ROM. Also, make sure your firmware is up to date. If you've done all this already, try what @Evolution_Freak suggested above.

Hi, sorry for the late response. I updated the profile, prl, and firmware, and that did not fix it. I ended up doing the ##72786# method, and I am now able to send mms, but not receive or send/receive sms. 3G (and hopefully 4G) still works, however.
To those of you who have already got a hand on the phone - Does it support Google Voice outgoing call interception (on Huawei's EMUI stock ROM)?
I use Google Voice so I want my outgoing calls to display my GV #. What I figured is that the Google Voice app will intercept the outgoing call intention and then dial a different number. Then the receiving party will see my GV # as the calling number. This works on almost all Android phones until I got a Huawei MediaPad X1. Huawei's EMUI broke GV's call interception: the phone will ignore Google Voice app's call interception request and just directly call out. Receiving party will see the cell phone number but not the GV #.
Is Honor 5X still the same way or not?
Thanks.
Good question, i would have just assumed that GV worked on it. But the fact it doesn't work on some Huawei devices makes me wonder.
Yes, it works just fine.
I can confirm it works on the US model
Thanks much to the confirmation!
Someone left a bad review on Amazon saying how they cant get wifi-calling working on their Honor 5x. I assume they are referring to Tmobile wifi-calling since AT&T only has that for IPhone users and this phone does not work for CDMA users.
Does anyone know of any AOSP roms with working Wifi-Calling yet? This webpage says its open source and is possible.

It is possible, but quite hard without the stock rom having wifi calling already
just gonna have to wait for marshmallow i heard it comes with wifi calling integrated into the os, and people have tested it on the nexus devices and it works just fine.
Can someone confirm if it works on any model other than L24 (US)? I have a Mate 8, and am trying to figure out if it doesn't work because of hardware or software
Google voice calling is not working for me on this phone (I have the L24). I get "call not sent" message and then it uses my mobile #

It may even be made the port of this dialer, but it will be something laborious for something that may still not work ...
People asking about VoLTE all over the place, something that seems to be answered every day even in that section ..
I think we should stick to something official, because it will have less risk and stress.

Oops my bad.
BTW you can use many apps for video calling like Skype,WhatsApp,simi etc.
Also video calls can't be made offline. It requires internet connection to work.

There's a thread below that covers the same subject and has a discussion going. Might be info there
Yeah. But no solution at all :/ The strange thing is, it was working on my mi9t.
Tried it all. Nothing works
Any solutions yet?
Install an Android 11 rom and the problem is solved.
In my case Android 11 did not solve the problem. The only way to fix this was following this method - https://forum.xda-developers.com/poco-f1/how-to/guide-activate-vowifi-wlan-call-t3871263
