Asus Memo Pad 7 ME176CX won't boot up, please help? - Android Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

I uninstalled Xposed Framework and it said that i have to reboot tablet, which i did. Then, it got stuck on spinning dots on Asus logo on boot up. I could go to fastboot mode but option to Normal Boot didn't work, Recovery Mode option said Error, so, because it was 100% full battery, i just let it on spinning dots until battery drained. Then i let it charge for a while and when i pressef power button i saw only flashing black screen. No Asus logo, no fastboot, PC doesn't recognizes it. When i only push(not hold) power button it flashes, also when it is on charger. Only flashing black screen. Please help me, and sorry for long description.

Do you have stock files? If you do, you can try out my Unbricker tool (https://drive.google.com/open?id=0B6vSHGXxJIWmVjRVMlRSQW9HWWs), since you got fastboot working, all you need is stock rom.

Well, not sure what's your question but when i WAS able to get it to fastboot, i had option NORMAL BOOT, but it was unable to boot it "normally" cuz it stucks on Asus logo... then i had option to BOOT TO RECOVERY, but that option didn't work neither, it just said "Error" with Android guy holding red exclamation mark and then there was option to reboot fastboot mode and to turn it off, but now i CAN'T boot to fastboot, just black light on screen

I think your only option is to restore it via RIFF JTAG... I don't know another way...

If you haven't done it yet, pull out the battery, put it back in and try to get into bootloader or recovery. (the pulling out the battery part is important)
by the way, what exactly is happening when you try to boot? please describe step by step what is happening. And what do you mean by boot "into hboot"?
And how did you try to go back to stock? Did you even get into the stock rom. Didn't you just forgot to flash the boot.img when going back to stock?

to flash a rom I
1. Switched off my phone,
2. hold power + vol down (to boot into bootloader recovery), just blank screen no boot.
3. hold power button + vol up, again just blank screen no boot.
4. when us connected led lights up, and PC detects as "unknown device found".
not booting at all.

I guess I broke my XT910

Hi everyone,
I am writing in order to find a helping hint to rescue my Motorola Razr XT910...
I was just trying to install another ROM via BMM, wiped everything, tried to reboot to BMM again because I inserted a SD card...
Now it does not reboot anymore and does not show the BMM boot animation!
It shows the regular, red Motorola logo, and then nothing.. black..
What did I do wrong, or what can I do to revive it??? Is there any windows one click installer/tool/recovery program??
I have been using BMM for a while now and this never happened... I installed many roms but now it seems as if it is broken.
I would be so happy to get some hints. I haven't found some similar posts for this problem.

there isn't a script tool for the xt910 because there are too many firmwares. The motorola logo means your bootloader is there, the black screen after means there isn't a ROM for it to boot up. It is curious that BMM hijack isn't showing up though. Have you taken the sd card out and tried booting it up again?
Anyways make sure you can get into stock recovery, if so, find the correct firmware for your xt910 (it is region specific.)
reinstall it with RSD lite(make sure you have plenty of battery.) Reroot, Reinstall BMM and restore your backup.

Thanks for your quick reply!
Right now I cannot get into ANY menu or something, I can press any button I want. After the "logo" it stays black. The phone also might not even be able to be connected to my computer. At least Microsoft Windows doesn't even show a new device when I connect it via USB, regardless if I have the correct drivers...
I dont know what to do... RSD didnt help me either. It wont find the phone...

Well, whenever you turn on your Razr, there is an initial red Motorola Logo. After that you usually touch the screen to boot into BMM (in case the green boot loader appears).
BUT... (of course I tried the VOL+ Vol- und Power button move) after rebooting it only shows the red Motorola Logo and then nothing but black.

How long are you holding them down.. it can take a good twenty-thirty seconds sometimes. Mine is also finicky if I don't press them all down at the exact same time, it wont let me in then either.
If your getting the boot logo it is just really hard to believe you dont have stock recovery... can the device charge? If you hook it to a computer do you get the white led?
While it is Flashing M LOGO.... just keep the VOLUME DOWN AND POWER KEY Pressed...till it Flashes and Shutsdown....and immediately let go the Buttons and Immediately Again press Both the buttons... VOL DOWN+POWER Key
when you get to the FASTBOOT mode

Now I am facing an issue that's really annoying. I can get into recovery (AP Fastboot) if the phone is connected to a power source. As soon as I unplug it, the screen turns black! When I connect the phone to my computer, the LED goes white and I cannot access AP Fastboot....
When no cable is connected to the phone I cannot access any recovery mode.
What is wrong here? Even if I connect the phone to the power source only, it shows the red Motorola logo all the time. It seems as if I cannot turn it off. Is there also a trick how to really turn it off and let the phone charge??

Kernel boot loop? NO logo, wont enter Flashmode, but does go into fastboot (Verizon)

I have been reading posts for days in multiple Xperia forums here trying to identify my soft brick condition.
I had a bad flash using flash mode, and the device just keeps power cycling with no logos. I turn it on, and I receive one "buzz" followed by a red light, then a green light, then it goes back off.
If I hold vol down for flash mode, this just repeats over and over.
If I old up for Fast boot, it does go into fast boot, but this is a VZW locked boot loader, and I can not do much in fast boot mode due to these restrictions.
If anyone knows a hack to unlock the boot loader or some other way to fix the flash mode so I can re-flash, it would be greatly appreciated!
When the read and green leds are going off ypu should be in flashmode
Look on your pc device manager and ypu will see the device therw
When the red light flashes, it buzzes, then the green light comes on for a brief second, then it reboots immediately and I never see the device show up in device manager. The Flashtool also never recoginzies the device either while it is in this cycle of kernel rebooting (I assume it is just the kernel attempting to boot since it can go into fastboot).

When I try, at each time I press the power button the flash light is on!!! My phone is not recognised by my pc. So what can I do? Buy another one?
Thank you in advance

Lumix DMC-CM1 bootloop; ADB troubles

Hi,
I'm having problems with my great Lumix phone, stuck in a bootloop. I got it in to ADB mode using this a thread: on another site, but cannot get further. Maybe my phone was in MTP before it got stuck in the bootloop. It definitely is running in developer mode. I am on 5.0.2 and the problem started when deinstalling Kingroot via Super Sume Pro
Does anyone know how to solve this problem? Is there a regular factory reset mode, I can't find a keycombination that will start the factory reset other than the one in the thread. If not, does anyone know how to change the mtp to adb mode?
I hope someone out there does know the answer....

Try letting go the power button only when the "lumix logo" appear, and keep holding the volume button.
unfortunately, that does not work either. I noticed that the Lumix logo only apears on the second loop; i.e: first it starts with a screen powerd by Android twice, after the second it goes to Starting system and then Lumix. Maybe that does give you/someone a clue?

I thought that lumix logo is the first thing that shows app.
In that case you need to let go the power button when you see the "powered by android" logo, and keep holding the volume button.
In short, release on the first thing that show up, no matter what it is..lumix logo..android logo..etc

Ok, last thing to suggest is to search google for:
"(your model number) recovery mode"
Or any other suggestions that comes in your mind, i tried doing that but "Lumix phone" didn't come out with anything related because it's not accurate.

Hello mate, I have the same bootloop issue after uninstalling KingRoot. Did you fix your phone somehow?
I'm in the same boat - stuck in boot loop at "Lumix" logo. I tried Power + Volume Up/Down to no vail.
