WTF? I had DLNA frozen because I never used it, and I just went through all my frozen apps and completely uninstalled them if I decided I REALLY didn't want them (and if I decided that having them frozen for a while hasn't caused any problems). I uninstalled DLNA and now it's constantly force closing...how the heck is that happening??? I've had to pull my battery just now, and I'm rebooting. Why wouldn't it do this while it was frozen...isn't freezing basically like uninstalling?

Well upon reboot I haven't seen any more problems, and it's been a while. But yeah you're right, I'm sure I'll open up another app or some process later on will call on DLNA and it'll start force closing again...
Anyway, I guess my concern is why it even did that? Don't most of the ROMs and P-ROMs us Atrix users have used get rid of bloat, including the DLNA app? And why didn't it do anything while it was frozen?

Haha, that's a fair answer. I just need to learn to not screw with this stuff in my attempts to preserve space or battery or whatever. All the more reason to ditch this for CM7 when it's completed

Don't be too sure. Our guys have a lot cooking and I don't think everyone will jump ship to CM. I for one won't, at least not until I tried what our devs will cook. CM is great for outdated phones with lesser power.
We'll find out soon enough!
I keep accidentally deleting cards and they don't seem to come back. How can I get them back?
Thanks!
You can't. Dismissed = dismissed (thank god, otherwise al the duplicate notifications would drive you crazy)

I sort of depends on your cards. I lost my Stock quote cards and had to do a Google "Quote XRX" search. That restored my card for stocks. It's tied closely to your search activity, so do some searches and see if that restores the cards you're looking for.

That's not true. Also the watch prevents duplicate cards...
Usually just search for it in order for it to reappear. Weather gone? Say "How's the weather?". Calendar gone? Say "What does my schedule look like?" And so on...
If it was an app that had a card just open the app again.
You might also try refreshing google now on the phone if it was a google now card.

You're right about that, but technically that means refreshing the notification (and thus the input may be different/updated). It depends on how you look at it (perhaps i'm splitting hairs now )
How do I refresh google now on my phone? I've looked but don't see a refresh button. I've googled the weather like 10 times and the weather card still isn't showing up. Same for stocks. What a pain!

That's weird, this usually works for me. Is the weather showing when you asked for it or does it just do a google search? And is the weather card still on the phone? You can refresh google now on the phone by swiping down when open and at the top.
Do your searches for the relevant card, give it some time. It will reappear.
Thanks Devs, from my LG G2
I understand some of the above frustrations with cards. For me I really like the weather on my watch face and wish there was a watch face that had weather (temperature) built right the face (not a card). I have accidentally swiped away my weather card and sometimes it takes hours for it to reappear.
Hoping over the next few weeks, devs will start making 3rd party watch faces (if it is even possible).

Thanks for the heads up; did not even notice that thread. Wish they had a category on Play for "Android Wear Watch Faces", would make it so much easier to discover new content.

Hi guys,
I listened to pandora last night, I've closed and reopened pandora a dozen times trying to get the Pandora navigation card off my LG G watch but it won't leave and I can't dismiss it. Any ideas?

I want to resurrect this thread. I'm the one who posted the issue in the thread above, but I agree this deserves its own thread.
I've emailed back and forth to Pandora support, and they wash their hands of it, and told me to talk to LG. I'm of the opinion that if there were no native Wear support for Pandora, how does it work in the first place? It displays album art and allows you to pause, play and skip. The Pandora support monkey says they don't support Wear, period.
Sorry for any confusion, but as I mentioned before, we do not support Wear functionality. The card may be appearing due to the way LG identifies music playing on your phone. Since we have not yet created an implementation for Android Wear, there isn't anything we can change to fix this.
Again, I'd recommend reaching out to LG about this issue to see if there is anything they can do about the music card on their end.
Let me know how that conversation goes.

Wear simply pulls the image, text, and buttons from a notification. In the case of media playback, it pulls that functionality from the same place your lockscreen does to display the art and pause/next functionality. Music apps don't need to do anything to work with Wear. I feel like what they're saying is true... Because I've encountered this bug on a few other apps. I think it's a bug in the Wear software itself (or just bad code on the developer's part). I figured it might have something to do with media apps not releasing themselves from the system correctly so Wear doesn't realize the app has stopped and no longer wants to display track info.
You can change watch face or open Amazon prime music and Swype off to get rid of it. prime works as it should.

While it may be a case of evolving functionality, I think it's chickenshark of Pandora to simply dish it off on LG or Google. I would hope that they'd take some ownership in the matter, and contact LG themselves to see what might be done, or offer some workaround. They just told me to go pound sand.

Oh, that definitely sounds like Pandora to me. They're incredibly lazy. Look how many years it's taken them just to get playback controls in the ongoing notification.
Found a workaround in the other thread on this topic. If you press Pause on the Wear card, you can then swipe right to dismiss it.

Works for some people, hasn't worked for me.
EDIT: Correction. This now works for me. Weird.
Same with Sticher or TuneIn for me...
I have had this happen for Sticher and TuneIn as well. I placed the watch in "airplane mode" and the notification on the watch immediately went away. Turned off "airplane mode" on the watch and everything was normal.
Even though I think I disabled the Mocalite app , when I go to Manage apps > Running apps , it;s still there and force stop is required.
We need a root. I like the phone as is , I just don't like pre-installed apps that can't be stopped or removed.
Anyone know what this app is? We can uninstall via titanium backup because it seems to cause some wakelocks, but I have no idea what it is or what it does.
did anybody figure out what mocallite is? i saw it today and wanted to delete it, but i bricked my first ham2, so i learned to be a little more paitent.
MOCALite is said to be " a built in software by Huawei to view Office documents like word, ppt etc "
Thanks for the reply. How did you find out this info?

Hehe, I read that from chinese forum, there is no official answer yet, and another answer is "MOCA Lite" which maybe huawei multi-media client. As Huawei is a memeber of MOCA (Multimedia over Coax Alliance). Since we have recovery now, so feel free try to disable/delete them.
Hi, I force stop my mocalite. N clear my cache on it. Would it affect my phone? How can I reinstalled it back?

Force stopping and clearing cache won't uninstall Mocalite, so it is still on your phone.

Apparently MOCA is a museum. They have weird art and few cool ones.
Hi all,
I followed the instructions on here to enable the Google feed and remove the Oppo one. It works occasionally but unfortunately it seems to have had an impact on my main/home screen. Often, when I unlock the phone the screen will be blank (aside from the wallpaper). If I unfold it, the left side of the screen will be similarly blank but the right hand side will show my home screen. I have no idea what I have done or how I can get it back to normal - I have to restart to get it to work properly.
Any thoughts are welcome.
Thanks
Ditch the buggy 3rd party app... app instability shouldn't be tolerated.
I keep live feds and social media apps off my devices, security risks.

Turn it off or not use it. I use a package disabler which is how I kill a lot things I don't want running.
You can try rolling the version back to the factory load or updating it, or clearing its cache or data. Another 3rd party app could be conflicting with it.
Or it's a bug the manufacturer hasn't fixed yet.
It's possible the firmware got corrupted or the user partition (in which case a factory reset would resolve it).
I didn't enable Google feed on mine but lately when I unlock the front screen its blank. I sometimes have to lock/unlock 10 times in a room or go into settings and back out many times until my icons come back. :-(
you should reinitialize the phone. In my case it was caused by hard debloating
Had the same issue. Fixed it by uninstalling Google assistant.
