As there is no miui8 stable rom for Redmi Note 3 Special Edition, have anyone tried Redmi Note 3 Qualcomm Global stable rom in it?
Is that can be possible to flash Redmi Note 3 Qualcomm Global stable rom into Redmi Note 3 Special Edition ?
Any issue found doing on that?

You can't flash the Qualcomm (Kenzo) to the special edition (Kate). At least not without hacking it. And I won't recommend it.
However, I have flashed the Developer version on of the Special Edition ROM and that is based on MIUI 8. I have no instability issues, so you can also try doing it. Download on your pc from here:

Copy file to your phone
Install with Updater app (it does fill wipe if I remember correctly)

The original Rom, which is for the especial edition doesn't work on redmi note 3 pro. Actually it doesn't get installed. So, every Rom for the special edition have to be ported to work on redmi note 3 pro.

You sure you've bought the redmi-note-4x??
Or just open CPU - Z app, and check the SoC, if it's SD625 then both Redmi-note-4 [Indian SD version] & 4X are same, Roms are compatible.
You could have got the Global version of the Note 4X that's why it doesn't show the "X" but is has the same hardware as the 4X with more radio bands.
Same device.
Note 4X with software global = note 4 on info about smartphone.

i cant seem to find any guides on it, but maybe you know one. thanks

Sorry.... Redmi note 4x is Qualcomm snapdragon variant not the MTK variant...

Don't worry both are same.... So it doesn't matter 4x or 4....

This guide has everything you need to know.
You'll have to unlock the bootloader (by downloading the MiFlash Unlock tool — link in page), then download the Global ROM version (link in the "B. Fastboot Flashing Method" section)
Then install Xiaomi USB driver and use the MiFLash Tool (not the same as MiFlash Unlock Tool above) to flash the ROM you downloaded
When are we going to get miui 10 for Redmi note 3?
As China developer ROM is already available for Redmi note 4 (mido).
I am not talking about global beta or stable, just China developer ROM would do fine.
Just want to experience miui 10 on Kenzo

Nope, you better don't. Note 5 pro Has SD 636 and regular Note 5 has SD 625. Similar but not the same.

Never flash a rom that isn't for your phone or you will very likely brick your phone
Android isn't like windows, you can't simply install the same version on every phone, each rom is only meant to run on a certain device with a specific configuration.
